A medical hollow needle assembly includes an outer cylindrical body including a through-hole; a hollow needle having an outer peripheral surface, wherein a proximal portion of the hollow needle is disposed in the through-hole of the outer cylindrical body, and wherein the outer peripheral surface of the hollow needle has an outer reduced-diameter surface that has a smaller outer diameter than that of a more proximal portion of the outer peripheral surface of the hollow needle; and an inner cylindrical body including an insertion hole in which the hollow needle is disposed, wherein the inner cylindrical body is disposed between the hollow needle and an inner peripheral surface of the through-hole of the outer cylindrical body, and wherein the inner cylindrical body joins the outer cylindrical body and the hollow needle.

A puncture needle sensor manufacturing method includes applying an insulation layer to a metal sheet and applying spaced apart stripe-shaped electrodes on the insulation layer after the insulation layer is applied on the metal sheet. The manufacturing method also includes cutting the metal sheet to produce a plate-shaped body that includes at least two of the electrodes. The plate-shaped body is press-worked to form the plate-shaped body into a tubular body, and a pointed, beveled end portion is formed at the distal end of the tubular body.

Puncture needle sensor manufacturing method

A tubular sensor includes a tubular body having a longitudinally extending cavity, an insulation layer formed on the inner wall surface of the tubular body; and a plurality of longitudinally extending electrodes formed on the insulation layer and extending continuously from one end to the other end of the tubular body. The tubular sensor can be employed in a constituent measuring device. The tubular sensor can be manufactured by forming the insulation layer on a thin metal sheet, forming the plurality of electrodes on the insulation layer in stripes, cutting the thin metal sheet with the insulation layer and the electrodes formed thereon to produce a plate-shaped body having a development shape of the tubular body, and press working the plate-shaped body to form the tubular body.

Objects are to ensure a required depressing force and puncture speed when a needle tube is punctured in the skin, and to be able to reliably situate a needle tip of a needle tube in the upper layer of skin. A needle injection assemblyincludes a needle tubehaving a needle tipthat can be punctured in a living body, a hubthat holds the needle tube, an adjustment section, a stabilizing section, and a puncture speed securing member. The adjustment sectionis provided around the periphery of the needle tubeand has a needle projection surface, from which the needle tipof the needle tubeprojects. The stabilizing sectionextends from the hub, is disposed to surround the needle tubeand has an end facethat comes in contact with the skin when the needle tubeis punctured in the living body. The puncture speed securing member is provided at the adjustment sectionor stabilizing sectionsuch that the puncture speed securing member moves along the axial direction of the needle tube. The puncture speed securing memberis brought into contact with the skin ahead of the needle tipof the needle tubewhen the needle tubeis punctured in the living body and ensures the speed and depressing force as desired when the needle tubeis punctured in the living body.

Injection needle assembly and drug injection device

A circuit breaker of different interruption speeds, and a spring operation mechanism is standardized for designing and manufacturing the circuit breaker. The circuit breaker has a power transmission mechanism for driving a movable contactand a fixed contactand an interruption springthat imparts a driving force to separate the contacts through the power transmission mechanism. A latch mechanism restricts movement of the power transmission mechanism, and a pull-out operation section releases the restriction of the power transmission mechanism by the latch mechanism. The pull-out operation section is arranged to oppose a first arm of a lever to rotate the first arm. The lever is arranged so that a tip of a second arm is able to engage with and rest on the latch mechanism, and release the restriction of the power transmission mechanism by the latch mechanism.

Circuit breaker

In an interrupter of a gas circuit breaker that uses springs as a driving source, a contact having a fixed contact and movable contact is opened and closed so as to turn on and off electric power. An operation unit generates driving force for driving the movable contact. A link mechanism interconnects the operation unit and interrupter. The link mechanism has a first lever linked to the operation unit, a second lever linked to the movable contact, and a rotational shaft to which the two levers fit. The operation angle of the first lever with respect to a direction parallel to the motion direction of the movable contact differs depending on whether the contact is open or closed. The gas circuit breaker operates at high speed without the energy of the driving source being increased.

Disclosed is a hydraulic operating apparatus for switch with which it is possible to constantly obtain a stable interrupting performance at the time of high-speed successive operations. Closing and interrupting pressure accumulators comprise closing and interrupting pressure accumulation pistons, and closing and interrupting pressure accumulation springs for biasing the closing and interrupting pressure accumulation pistons in pressure accumulation directions, respectively. The closing and interrupting pressure accumulation springs exert, on the closing and interrupting pressure accumulation pistons, forces corresponding to received pressures acting on the closing and interrupting pressure accumulation pistons from closing and interrupting pressure accumulation chambers in a steady state. The closing pressure accumulator and the interrupting pressure accumulator are independently constituted for closing and for interrupting, respectively.

Hydraulic operating apparatus for switch

A gas-insulated switch equipped with a fixed contact and a moving contact that can contact with and separate from the fixed contact, wherein a single shock absorber absorbs the shock in both the breaking action and the closing action of the moving contact.

Gas-insulated switch

In a hydraulic pressure actuating apparatus for a circuit breaker, contacts of the circuit breaker have a moving contact and a stationary contact for turning on/off current. A shaft, at an end portion of which is attached the moving contact, and at the other end of which is attached a piston, is received within a cylinder. A directional control valve exchanges oil pressure for actuating the piston. For changing over the directional control valve, pilot valves are provided. Each pilot valve has a pair of valve bodies, each opposing to each other, and springs. One of the valve bodies is able to stroke up to contact with the valve body of the other valve body, therefore giving no ill influences upon actuating time, even if drawback occurs in the pilot valves in the hydraulic pressure actuating apparatus for the circuit breaker.

A color-mixing fixing device includes a first fixing rotary member, and a second fixing rotary member for forming a nip together with the first fixing rotary member. After toner images of a plurality of colors stacked on one surface of a recording medium are fixed by a nip, toner images of a plurality of colors stacked on the other surface of the recording medium are fixed by the nip, thereby forming full-color images on both the surfaces of the recording medium. Each of the first and second fixing rotary members has a surface rubber layer with an impact resilience of 50% or less.

A puffer type gas circuit breaker wherein an insulated nozzle made of heat proof resin and a movable arc contact are mounted on a puffer cylinder to perform an open/close operation of the contact. The insulated nozzle is divided into three areas of a downstream area, an area in the vicinity of the throat and an upstream area. The downstream area and the upstream area are made of heat proof resin alone, while the area in the vicinity of the throat is formed of heat proof resin mixed with an inorganic material such as boron nitride. A movable arc contact cover made of heat proof resin having a downstream area and an upstream area is provided between the insulated nozzle and the movable arc contact, and only the downstream area of the contact cover is made of heat proof resin mixed with inorganic material.

A roller has an elastic layer formed by curing a silicone rubber material containing at least expanded resin microballons, wherein, when the roller is placed in a vacuum chamber in which atmospheric pressure is reduced to 0.001 MPa or less over 2 minutes, the roller has a gas permeability indicating the recovery characteristic where an increased amount of the thickness of the elastic layer after 10 minutes from the start of evacuation is two-thirds or less of the maximum increased amount of thickness of the elastic layer during a 10 minute period from the start of evacuation. The elastic layer is formed by curing a silicone rubber material containing the expanded resin microballoons and has air void portions formed by breaking the resin microballoons and passages connecting the air void portions therebetween.
