A single-layer hollow container includes: a resin composition that is formed of 60 to 90% by mass of polyolefin, 2 to 35% by mass of meta-xylylene group-containing polyamides, and 5 to 30% by mass of modified polyolefin. The meta-xylylene group-containing polyamides are dispersed insularly in the polyolefin, and in a case where each of a vertical length and a horizontal length of the meta-xylylene group-containing polyamide in an initial state is 1, the vertical length of the meta-xylylene group-containing polyamide in the hollow container ranges from 3.3 to 15.8 and the horizontal length ranges from 0.5 to 2.0.

An injection aid for use with an injection device, such as a safety syringe, for example, is disclosed. The injection aid employs a flexible clip-based design to compensate for manufacturing tolerances associated with the injection device. The injection aid includes a body and a lever mounted to the body, the lever being configured to rotate about the body. The injection aid may further include gears rotate with rotation of the lever, and which function to remove a needle shield from the injection device. The body positions the injection device so as to ensure consistent injection depth.

Further, the rotary or stationary drum member is rotatably supported through a support shaft secured in a bore of the stationary or rotary drum member, respectively, and at least one concave or undercut annulus is formed in the inner surface of the bore into which the support shaft is the inserted with a press-fit so as to be secured to the inner surface of the bore at its lands or portions above and below the concave or undercut annulus.
