An object of the present invention is to provide a material which can be safely ingested and which inhibits skin pigmentation. Therefore, the invention is a skin pigmentation inhibitor, containing a &#x3b2;-nicotinamide mononucleotide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a solvate thereof as an active ingredient; a health supplement which contains the skin pigmentation inhibitor and is ingested to inhibit skin pigmentation; and a method for inhibiting skin pigmentation, including ingesting the skin pigmentation inhibitor.

Skin pigmentation inhibitor

The present disclosure provides for the administration of &#x3b2;-NMN, which increases the secretion of adiponectin. The present disclosure also provides an adiponectin secretion enhancer comprising &#x3b2;-nicotinamide mononucleotide, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate thereof, and a dietary supplement containing the aforementioned secretion enhancer, which can be ingested in order to increase the secretion of adiponectin. Also disclosed are methods of treating insulin resistance-related diseases such as of metabolic syndrome, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver disease, hypertension, obesity, and arteriosclerosis.

Adiponectin secretion enhancer

A vacuum pump with abatement function is used for evacuating a chamber of a manufacturing apparatus. The vacuum pump with abatement function includes a vacuum pump having a discharge port to which one or more abatement parts for treating an exhaust gas discharged from the vacuum pump to make the exhaust gas harmless are attached. When daylighting into a building interior, this daylighting structure attenuates the brightness of a setting sun or a winter-time incoming light of small elevation angles, and causes the incoming light to be diffusely emitted toward the ceiling surface or into a deep portion of the indoor space domain regardless of the elevation angle thereof. The vacuum pump with abatement function includes a vacuum pump having a discharge port to which at least one abatement part for treating an exhaust gas discharged from the vacuum pump to make the exhaust gas harmless is attached. The abatement part is selected from a plurality of abatement parts having different treatment types of exhaust gas and/or different treatment amounts of exhaust gas and/or different treatment performances of exhaust gas.

The air nozzles are disposed at a plurality of stages spaced in an axial direction of the cylindrical member.

A vacuum pump has a discharge port coupled to an abatement chamber for treating an exhaust gas discharged from a chamber of a manufacturing apparatus to make the exhaust gas harmless. The vacuum pump is coupled to a heat exchanger configured to heat an inert gas by using heat generated when the exhaust gas is treated to be made harmless in the abatement part. The inert gas heated by the heat exchanger is introduced into the vacuum pump.
