A titanium plate includes a chemical composition of industrial pure titanium, in which an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of a surface is 0.05 &#x3bc;m or more and 0.40 &#x3bc;m or less, the surface has titanium carbide regarding which a ratio between a total sum of integrated intensities Ic derived from the titanium carbide and a total sum of integrated intensities Im of all diffraction peaks derived from the titanium carbide and titanium obtained from X-ray diffractometry ((Ic/Im)&#xd7;100) is 0.8% or more and 5.0% or less, a number density of asperities on the surface is 30 to 100 pieces/mm, and an average spacing of the asperities is 20 &#x3bc;m or less.

Titanium plate

A titanium sheet including the following chemical components in mass %: Cu: 0.70 to 1.50%, Cr: 0 to 0.40%, Mn: 0 to 0.50%, Si: 0.10 to 0.30%, O: 0 to 0.10%, Fe: 0 to 0.06%, N: 0 to 0.03%, C: 0 to 0.08%, H: 0 to 0.013%, elements except the above and Ti: 0 to 0.1% each, with a total amount of the elements being 0.3% or less, and the balance: Ti, wherein A value defined by Formula (1) is 1.15 to 2.5 mass %, and the titanium sheet having a metal microstructure in which an area fraction of an &#x3b1; phase is 95% or more, an area fraction of a &#x3b2; phase is 5% or less, and an area fraction of an intermetallic compound is 1% or less, wherein an average crystal grain size D (&#x3bc;m) of the &#x3b1; phase is 20 to 70 &#x3bc;m and satisfies Formula (2).

Titanium sheet

A titanium alloy material contains: in mass %, Cu: 0.7% to 1.4%; Sn: 0.5% to 1.5%; Si: 0.10% to 0.45%; Nb: 0.05% to 0.50%; Fe: 0.00% to 0.08%; O: 0.00% to 0.08%; and the balance composed of Ti and impurities, in which in a structure, an area fraction of an &#x3b1; phase is 96.0% or more and an area fraction of an intermetallic compound is 1.0% or more, and an average crystal grain size of the &#x3b1; phase is 10 &#x3bc;m or more and 100 &#x3bc;m or less and an average grain size of the intermetallic compound is 0.1 to 3.0 &#x3bc;m.

Titanium alloy material

A titanium plate is provided in which a Vickers hardness Hvat a load of 0.245 N at a surface is 150 or less, and an average length of the profile elements RSm is 80 &#x3bc;m or less and a maximum height Rz is less than 1.5 &#x3bc;m, RSm and Rz being as defined in JIS B 0601: 2013. The titanium plate has good surface deformability.

A titanium sheet has a chemical composition containing, in mass %, Cu: 0.1 to 1.0%, Ni: 0.01 to 0.20%, Fe: 0.01 to 0.10%, O: 0.01 to 0.10%, Cr: 0 to 0.20%, the balance: Ti and unavoidable impurities, and satisfying 0.04&#x2264;0.3Cu+Ni&#x2264;0.44%. The average grain size of &#x3b1; phase is 15 &#x3bc;m or larger, and an intermetallic compound of Cu and/or Ni, and Ti is at 2.0 volume % or less. This titanium sheet has excellent workability and high strength.
