The present invention relates to a heat exchange element in which unit constituent members, each of which includes a partition member that has a heat-transfer property and a moisture permeability and a spacing member that holds the partition member with a predetermined spacing, are stacked and in which a primary air flow that passes along an upper surface side of the partition member and a secondary air flow that passes along an undersurface side of the partition member and crosses the primary air flow exchange heat and moisture through the partition member, wherein a detachment suppressing rib is provided on the opposite side of the spacing member when viewed from the partition member at a bonded portion between the partition member and the spacing member, and the partition member is sandwiched by the spacing member and the detachment suppressing rib.

A refrigerant circuit forming a refrigeration cycle by connecting together a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve, and an indoor heat exchanger via a refrigerant pipe; and a control unit controlling a blown-out air temperature by causing the indoor heat exchanger to exchange heat while controlling the refrigeration cycle based on one of a sensible heat capability and a latent heat capability calculated from a cooling capability of the refrigerant circuit and a cooling load of the refrigerant circuit. The control unit includes: a capability judging unit judging the cooling capability of the refrigerant circuit based on the one of the sensible heat capability and the latent heat capability; and a control selecting unit selecting one from between superheat degree control to control a degree of superheat and evaporating temperature control to control an evaporating temperature, based on a determination result obtained by the capability judging unit.

Air-conditioning apparatus and air-conditioning system that selects control based on sensible or latent heat cooling capability

An air-conditioning and ventilation apparatus includes an air-conditioning coil that is installed on a downstream side of a heat exchanger in a supply air trunk and changes cooling capacity with respect to heat-exchanged outdoor air in multiple stages; an outdoor-air temperature and humidity sensor that detects temperature and relative humidity of the outdoor air; and a control unit that stores therein reference data in which the cooling capacity is set for each combination of temperature and relative humidity of the outdoor air such that absolute humidity of supply air becomes equal to or lower than indoor target absolute humidity on the basis of a dehumidification load corresponding to an absolute humidity difference between indoors and outdoors, and determines a cooling capacity value of the air-conditioning coil on the basis of detection results during a cooling operation by the outdoor-air temperature and humidity sensor and the reference data.

Air-conditioning and ventilation apparatus

The present invention is a total heat exchange element in which a spacing member is provided on both sides of a sheet-like partition member to form a flow path and which performs heat exchange between an airflow that flows in a flow path formed on one side of the partition member and an airflow that flows in a flow path formed on another side of the partition member via the partition member, wherein the spacing member is molded integrally with the partition member by using a resin, and the partition member is configured to include a functional layer that has heat conductivity, moisture permeability, and gas shielding property and a heat shrink layer that shrinks at a predetermined temperature or higher.

A heat exchanger element includes partition members that include first gas passages that are passages for first gas and second gas passages that are passages for second gas and that are provided above the first gas passages, the partition members operative to partition the first gas passages and the second gas passages; spacing members that form the first gas passages and the second gas passages and that maintain a gap between the partition members; and an adhesive that adheres the partition member and the spacing member with each other. At least one of the partition member and the spacing member is made of a liquid absorbing material, and the adhesive is a water solvent adhesive in which water-soluble flame retardant is impregnated.

A total heat exchanging element includes a partitioning component to which a water-soluble moisture-absorbing agent has been added that is a component partitioning between a first laminar air-flow path and a second laminar air-flow path that are layered; a spacing component that forms the first laminar air-flow path and the second laminar air-flow path and maintains a space between adjacent partitioning components; and an adhesive agent that adheres the partitioning component and the spacing component. The adhesive agent is a water-solvent-type adhesive agent impregnated with a water-soluble moisture-absorbing agent. The partitioning component and the spacing component are made from a liquid-absorbing material that absorbs water and substances dissolved in the water.

According to the present invention, in constituting a heat exchange element having a stacked-layer structure in which sheet-like partition members added a moisture absorbent thereto and spacing members are stacked alternately, the spacing members being joined with the partition members so as to form air flow passages together with the partition members, each of the spacing members includes a plurality of section walls that divide a space between the partition member joined under the spacing member and the partition member joined on the spacing member into a plurality of flow passages, and one or more first section walls formed with holes that bring adjacent flow passages into communication with each other and one or more second section walls formed with no hole that brings adjacent flow passages into communication with each other are alternately arranged in each of the spacing members. The present invention facilitates to constitute a light-weight total-heat type heat exchanger having high heat exchanging efficiency using the heat exchange element.

Heat exchange element and manufacturing method thereof, heat exchanger, and heat exchange ventilator

A total heat exchange element includes a sheet-like partitioning member and space holding members on both sides of the partitioning member to form air paths and performs a heat exchange via the partitioning member between an air flow flowing through an air path formed on one side of the partitioning member and an air flow flowing through an air path formed on other side of the partitioning member. The partitioning member and the space holding members are bonded by a water-solvent adhesive in which a water-soluble moisture-absorbing agent is dissolved.

Method of manufacturing total heat exchange element and total heat exchange element

A known heat exchanger has a lower rate of blocking the movement of moisture through the joint as compared to a joint bonded with a moisture impermeable adhesive because the corrugated and flat substrates are bonded with thermoplastic fibers by performing heating and pressurizing treatments, but has insufficient moisture permeability because both the flat substrate, which is a partition, and the corrugated substrate, which is a space retaining plate, have a poor moisture permeability. In a heat exchanger in which two types of air flows are directed across a moisture permeable partition plate spaced apart from an adjacent partition plate by a space retaining plate, and perform heat exchange between them through the partition plate, a joint is formed by bonding the partition plate and the space retaining plate using fluoro-resin or hydrocarbon resin containing a hydrophilic group to provide an excellent moisture absorption and diffusion property.

When latent heat is transferred between the two airflows flowing along the respective sides of each partition member, not only a layer of moisture absorbent but also a layer of flame retardant lies in the direction of transfer of the moisture. Thus, even if the moisture is absorbed by the layer of moisture absorbent, the layer of flame retardant resists the moisture transfer so that the amount of transfer of the moisture decreases in that part with a drop in the moisture permeability of the partition member. To solve the problem, there is provided a total heat exchanging element comprising partition members and spacing members having moisture permeable portions provided with moisture permeability and flame resisting portions provided with flame retardancy, the both portions not overlapping with each other within each single member. For example, the partition members have the moisture permeable portions provided with moisture permeability, and the spacing members have the moisture resisting portions provided with flame retardancy.
