A stator for a simultaneous concentrated winding motor includes a core having 3&#xd7;m teeth, and 3&#xd7;m windings. The windings include at least a Uwinding and a Uwinding that belong to a U phase, a Vwinding and a Vwinding that belong to a V phase, and a Wwinding and a Wwinding that belong to a W phase. First lead wires of the Uwinding, the Vwinding, and the Wwinding extend, respectively, from the teeth on which the Uwinding, the Vwinding, and the Wwinding are arranged. First lead wires of the Uwinding, the Vwinding, and the Wwinding extend, respectively, from the teeth on which the Uwinding, the Vwinding, and the Wwinding are arranged.

Stator, motor using stator, and method for manufacturing stator

A stator for a motor of a compressor includes a stator core, insulator, coil, slot insulator, and inter-coil insulator. The stator core has a plurality of tooth portions arrayed circumferentially. The insulator is fitted to axial end faces of the stator core. The coil is wound on the tooth portions. The slot insulator is placed within slot portions that are spaces between circumferentially neighboring ones of the tooth portions, and which are interposed between the stator core and the coil. The inter-coil insulator is placed between circumferentially mutually neighboring windings of the coil. The inter-coil insulator is sheet shaped and folded over a width equal to double a sheet thickness at a folding-bottom portion extending along an axial direction. The folding-bottom portion is positioned on a distal end side of the tooth portions. Movement of the folding-bottom portion in a radial direction toward the rotor is restricted.

Stator, motor and compressor

A motor for a compressor includes a rotor and a stator disposed radial outside of the rotor. The stator includes a stator core having oppositely facing axial end faces, insulators disposed so as to face the end faces, and coils wound on the stator core and the insulators. Each of the insulators has an annular part, a plurality of teeth protruding radially inwardly from an inner circumferential surface of the annular part at specified circumferential intervals, an outer circumferential wall having one end fixed to an end face of the annular part, and protrusions disposed on an outer circumferential surface of an outer circumferential wall of an insulator. At least one lead wire of the coils is drawn out to an outer circumferential side of the outer circumferential wall, guided along the outer circumferential wall, and passed on a side of the protrusions facing the stator core.
