In a lamp body, a second reflective surface, which reflects light reflected from a first reflective surface to a front side again so as to emit the light toward the front side, is formed on a back surface of a lens main body; fixing portions protrude outward from an outer peripheral portion of the lens main body and are fixed to a seating section; the first reflective surface is formed in a shape of a band which extends in one direction and of which both end portions reach the outer peripheral portion of the lens main body; constricted portions, which are recessed inward, are formed at the outer peripheral portion of the lens main body near at least one of the both end portions of the first reflective surface; and the fixing portions are disposed in the constricted portions.

Lamp body and vehicle lamp body unit

An LED lighting unit, and a vehicle lamp using the LED lighting unit can have a favorable light distribution that can be perceived as a single, integrated lighting surface. The LED lighting unit can include a plurality of base boards, a plurality of LED light sources located on each mounting surface of the base boards, a plurality of parabolic reflectors and at least one V-shaped reflector configured to locate between the adjacent parabolic reflectors. Because each of the LED light sources is located substantially at each focus of the parabolic reflectors and the at least one V-shaped reflector, light emitted from the LED light sources can be illuminated as a single, integrated light via their reflectors. Thus, a vehicle lamp using the LED lighting unit can have a favorable light distribution that can be perceived as a single, integrated lighting surface and which can be used for a headlight, a tail lamp, etc.

LED lighting unit and vehicle lamp

A lighting fixture equipped with a reflex reflector, for vehicles includes a transparent outer lens, a housing, and a light source. The reflex reflector is provided in an internal surface of the housing at a location at which incident light can be reflected through the outer lens in a predetermined direction, such that a surface of the reflex reflector and the internal surface of the housing are arranged on the same plane. The reflex reflector has a rear surface thereof covered with a rear cover in order to prevent a reflecting cut surface of the reflex reflector from being covered with dust. If an ornamental plate is provided within a light body of the lighting fixture, the reflex reflector is integrally formed with the ornamental plate, or alternatively separately formed from the same. In both the cases, the surface of the reflex reflector and the internal surface of the ornamental plate are arranged on the same plane.
