A method for manufacturing a laminated iron core including placing a laminated iron core body on a conveyance jig. Downwardly moving the conveyance jig by a lift and downwardly moving an upper die with respect to a lower die of the die unit. The lift being mounted so as to be unaffixed to both the die unit and the conveyance jig. Holding the laminated iron core body placed on the conveyance jig from both sides in a lamination direction of the plurality of iron core pieces between the lower die and the upper die, the lower die coming into contact with the conveyance jig. Injecting a resin into a through hole formed through the laminated iron core body held by the die unit in the lamination direction of the plurality of iron core pieces from the lower die through the conveyance jig or from the upper die.

Method for manufacturing a laminated iron core

An apparatus for manufacturing a laminated iron core includes a conveyance jig on which a laminated iron core body is placed, a die unit including a lower die and an upper die upwardly and downwardly movable with respect to the lower die, which holds the laminated iron core body placed on the conveyance jig from both sides in a lamination direction of the laminated iron core body between the lower die and the upper die, an injector injecting a resin into a through hole formed through the laminated iron core body held by the die unit from the lower die through the conveyance jig or the upper die, and an upward and downward movement unit capable of upwardly and downwardly moving the conveyance jig with respect to the lower die, and being provided independently from the die unit.

Apparatus for manufacturing laminated iron core

A method of manufacturing a laminated iron core includes extruding resins from a plurality of plungers toward a plurality of through holes extending from an upper surface to a lower surface of a laminated body formed of a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates to fill the plurality of through holes with the resins. The plurality of plungers are mutually independent and an extrusion amount of the resin is controlled for each plunger.

Method and apparatus for manufacturing laminated iron core

There is provided a method for manufacturing a laminated iron core. The method includes receiving a plurality of block iron cores which are temporarily laminated and ejected from a die, each block iron core being formed by laminating a plurality of iron core pieces that are blanked from a thin plate workpiece using the die, individually separating the temporarily laminated block iron cores by a block iron core separating unit, and rotating and laminating each of the separated block iron cores by a rotating and laminating unit in order different from order of lamination of the temporarily laminated block iron cores before separation in a place different from a location of the die.

A method of manufacturing a laminated core includes: preheating a rotor core body; attaching a cull plate onto a surface of the body removed from a preheating device; placing the body in a resin-sealing mold; heating and liquefying resin in resin reservoir pots by the mold; extruding the liquefied resin into plural magnet insertion holes and curing the resin; and ejecting a laminated rotor core from the mold and detaching the plate, wherein attaching the plate and detaching the plate are performed at a same station, and the plate detached is used as the plate at the attaching of the cull plate.
