In a common mode choke coil having a magnetic core, a decrease in peak value of a common mode impedance in a vicinity of its resonance frequency is suppressed. A common mode choke coil includes a non-magnetic layer, a first magnetic layer formed on a top surface of the non-magnetic layer, a second magnetic layer formed on a bottom surface of the non-magnetic layer, a magnetic core provided between the first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer so that its axis extends in a top-bottom direction, a first coil conductor embedded in the non-magnetic layer and wound around the magnetic core, a second coil conductor embedded in the non-magnetic layer and wound around the magnetic core, and a first magnetic gap provided between a top surface of the magnetic core and a bottom surface of the first magnetic layer. The magnetic core is made of a ferrite material.

The coil component is structured in such a way that a helical coil is covered with a magnetic body. Inductance device and manufacturing method thereof

Delamination in the conventional chip-type electronic part may create voids thereinside, allowing an internal electrode therein to vibrate in presence of external impacts or large electromagnetic forces caused by a high frequency current flowing inside the electrode, in such a way that fatigue may accumulate in the internal electrode, which eventually will results in the internal electrode being electrically disconnected. To solve this problem, a chip-type electronic part of the present invention includes synthetic resins impregnated into the voids to secure the internal electrode, wherein external electrodes of the chip-type electronic part are made of a conductive synthetic resin or a porous conductive material formed by sintering a conductive paste. The former is achieved by impregnating the synthetic resins before the formation of the external electrodes and the later, by extending the pores from surfaces of the external electrodes to surfaces of a main body and then by impregnating the synthetic resins thereinto.

Chip type electronic part and method for the manufacture thereof

A multilayer type electronic part includes a laminated structure formed by stacking a plurality of first and second ceramic layers, the first ceramic layers being provided with internal electrode patterns on top thereof, the second ceramic layers having no internal electrode pattern and being located at a top and a bottom portions of the laminated structure, respectively, the internal electrode patterns being connected to each other to form a coil inside the laminated structure, a pair of external electrodes provided at two opposing sides of the laminated structure and connected to the coil. The multilayer type electronic part further includes one or more third ceramic layers, each of the third ceramic layers not including internal electrode pattern and being interposed between the first ceramic layers, and means for connecting the internal electrode patterns formed on the first ceramic layers to form the coil.
