A hinge, can be used for a stand of an electronic device, includes: a first hinge shaft that is provided in a rotation fulcrum of a rotary body and rotatably supports the rotary body from first rotational position to second rotational position; a second hinge shaft that is provided in parallel with the first hinge shaft; a coupling member that couples the first hinge shaft and the second hinge shaft together and is rotatably supported by the second hinge shaft; a stopper that is provided to the coupling member and regulates the second rotational position by abutting the rotary body; and a rotation restriction mechanism that restricts rotation of the coupling member until a load in a rotational direction, which is exerted on the coupling member with respect to the second hinge shaft as a center, exceeds a threshold load.

Hinge, stand device, and electronic apparatus

A fixing component fixes a detachable component to a housing of an electronic apparatus. The fixing component includes a first operating portion, a first engaging portion and a second operating portion. The first operating portion is configured to receive a movement operation in a first direction and to permit movement in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The first engaging portion is connected to the first operating portion and is configured to release engagement with the detachable component when the first operating portion is moved in the second direction. The second operating portion is connected to the first engaging portion and is configured to receive a movement operation in the second direction.

Fixing component for detachably coupling an electronic component to an electronic apparatus

An electronic device includes a replaceable component; a battery that supplies power to the component and is removably attachable; an enclosure that includes a component housing opening in which the component is housed and a battery housing opening which is adjacent to the component housing opening and in which the battery is housed; and a lid that covers the component housing opening and forms a part of an outer surface of the enclosure. The lid includes a covering section which covers the component housed in the component housing opening and an extending section that extends toward the battery housing opening. The battery prevents a removableness of the lid from the component housing opening by covering the extending section when the battery is housed in the battery housing opening.

An electronic device equipped with a speaker includes: a first cushion member interposed between the side surfaces of the speaker and the side guides of the speaker holding section formed on the cabinet; a second cushion member that is formed of a material softer than the first cushion member and is interposed between the undersurface of the speaker and the pedestal of the speaker holding section; and a third cushion member that is formed of a material softer than the first cushion member and is interposed between the rear surface of the speaker and the backrest of the speaker holding section.

An electronic device has a first cabinet and a second cabinet. The second cabinet has a locking module including a hook, an operation member and a linking mechanism. The hook is formed at a position near a top end of the second cabinet around the center in the lateral direction in opened state, and is engaged with the first cabinet to lock the second cabinet in the closed state. The operation member disengages the hook from the first cabinet in response to operation. The linking mechanism links the operation to movement of disengaging the hook. The second cabinet further has a board mounted with a camera module having an image taking lens and an imaging device and a signal processing circuit for the camera module. The board is disposed at such a position that a portion in which the signal processing circuit is mounted overlaps with the linking mechanism.

A radio receiver and a method of amplifying a signal in the receiver comprise a receiving system which receives a radio signal according to plural types of radio communication modes. The receiving system is provided with amplifiers adapted for amplifying plural types of received signals to amplify received signals according to the corresponding radio communication modes to carry out an optimal amplifying process of the signal for each radio communication mode. As a result, the power consumption may be reduced.

A strap mounting space is formed around a boss formed on an upper cover and a lower cover which, when assembled together, form a case for an apparatus. One, or each, of the upper cover and the lower cover is/are formed integrally with a respective boss, preferably at each corner, so that the respective bosses at corresponding, common corners of the upper and lower covers, when assembled, are in an aligned and abutting relationship. A slits is formed in one of the corners of the upper and lower covers, extending around the respective boss(es) thereof, making up a strap mounting space. A screw is inserted into a corresponding axial hole extending through each boss, affording a sufficient strength of the abutting bosses for supporting the case, with the apparatus therein, by a strap received through the strap mounting space.
