An electronic component mounting structure includes a terminal of an electronic component package and a chip heat radiating member. The terminal is soldered on a land of an electronic substrate and the chip heat radiating member is soldered on a back surface of the electronic component package. The chip heat radiating member is covered by a packaging resin. A metallic heat radiating pattern integrally includes a pattern extension part that protrudes from the electronic component package, such that at least a part of the metallic heat radiating pattern is formed so as to be larger than the electronic component package. The pattern extension part is configured to guide excessive solder to an outside of the electronic component package.

Electronic component mounting structure

Air in a thermally insulated space, which has been expanded by heat resulting from heating treatment for curing a thermosetting potting material, is prevented from entering the potting material. A casing has a partition wall that partitions an opening into a heat-generating-electronic-component placement section, where a heat generating electronic component is placed, and an adjacent section that is adjacent to the heat-generating-electronic-component placement section, when a heat releasing member is fixed to the opening. The heat-generating-electronic-component placement section is filled with a thermosetting potting material for moisture prevention up to a height which allows at least the heat generating electronic component to be buried in the potting material. The adjacent section has in the casing a communicating portion that communicates with a position which is apart from the heat-generating-electronic-component placement section filled with the potting material.

Electronic unit

A vehicle air-conditioning system includes a solar radiation amount detection element configured to detect the amount of solar radiation incident on an instrument panel, a temperature correction element configured to correct a detection signal value output from the solar radiation amount detection element according to a temperature on the instrument panel, a solar radiation sensor configured to output a detection signal in which a temperature is corrected by the temperature correction element, and an air conditioner configured to control air conditioning inside a vehicle based on the detection signal from the solar radiation sensor.

Vehicle air-conditioning system

An actuator controller includes an actuator body to be driven in a predetermined driven range, an actuator driving unit; and a controller body for controlling the driven position of the actuator body. The controller body includes an instructing signal outputting zone configured to outputting a position instructing signal for instructing the driven position of the actuator body according to a bid, excluding arbitrary two bits among the predetermined bit counts, an normal direction forcedly driving signal for instructing a normal direction forcedly driving to drive the actuator body in a predetermined direction with the one of the arbitrary two bits, and a reverse direction forcedly driving signal for instructing a reverse direction forcedly driving to drive the actuator body in a direction reverse to the predetermined direction with the other arbitrary bit.

Actuator controller and a method for controlling such an actuator controller

A surge protective circuit and a noise filter circuit are provided in a power-supplying line, the surge protective circuit is adapted for protecting a switching device from surge voltage generated during operation of an electric motor and the noise filter circuit is adapted for absorbing noise generated during operation of the switching device, each of the surge protective circuit and the noise filter circuit include a plurality of elements, wherein at least one of the plurality of the elements constructing the surge protective circuit is used as at least one of the plurality of the elements constructing the noise filter circuit in common with each other.

Electric motor driving apparatus

An actuator includes a lower housing member, an upper housing member ached to the lower one, and a cover member. Inside the lower housing member are arranged a driving source, a power-transmitting mechanism configured for transmitting a driving powder of the driving source to a output shaft to which a member to be driven is to be attached, a connector having terminals projected therefrom. A partition plate is provided in the upper housing member and has an opening for exposing said terminals of the connector and adapted to define a partition chamber opened to outside. A circuit board is placed on the partition plate, and has connection terminals connected to the terminals of the connector with a solder on the partition plate. A control circuit is assembled into the circuit board for the driving source. The cover member covers the circuit board.

Actuator

An inductive load driving device includes two inductive loads (A,B) connected to a power source (), two switching elements (A,B), which are connected in series to the two inductive loads, respectively, their on/off are controlled by a pulse width modulation signal, respectively, and a control device (), which outputs the pulse width modulation signal to each of the two switching elements, and the pulse width modulation signal is configured such that a rising edge of one pulse of the pulse width modulation signal to be output to one switching element starts between an end point of a rising edge and a start point of a trailing edge of one pulse of the pulse width modulation signal to be output to the other switching element, and a time from a start point of a trailing edge to an end point of the trailing edge of the one pulse of the pulse modulation signal to be output to one switching element does not overlap with a time from the start point of the trailing edge to an end point of the trailing edge of the one pulse of the pulse width modulation signal to be output to the other switching element.

Inductive load driving device

When a PWM signal generating unit () sets a duty D of a PWM signal based on command signals (), the PWM signal generating unit () sets a phase difference &#x3c6; between each of the PWM signals based on a relation formula of &#x3c6; (degree)=360 (degree)&#xd7;D (%)/100 (%), and generates and outputs first PWM signals () and second PWM signals () in which the duty is D (%) and the phase difference is &#x3c6; (degree). The first PWM signals () and the second PWM signals () are respectively supplied to a first load driving circuit () and a second load driving circuit () to operate a first motor fan () and a second motor fan () by a PWM control, respectively.

PWM driving apparatus

An automobile servomotor controller includes a master control unit having a master control circuit for transmitting a designation signal and a slave unit having a motor and a control circuit which controls driving of a motor by outputting an operation signal to a driving device depending upon said designation signal. The slave unit is constructed by a same feedback control unit having a non-feedback control unit for inhibiting the operation of the motor until a target is changed by an input of a new designation signal with a target reached state and a feedback control unit for driving the motor to reach a target state by detecting a present position value with a position detecting device, and a control inhibiting signal for inhibiting the feedback control is individually provided to the designation signal transmitted from the master control circuit to the non-feedback control unit.

Automobile servomotor controller

A driving control device for an actuator comprises a driving device to drive an actuator having an electric motor () and a driving control device () to control the rotation of the electric motor () by controlling the driving device. The driving control device includes an H bridge circuit constructed by four switching semiconductor elements (Trto Tr), and rotates the electric motor in normal and reverse directions by turning on and turning off the switching semiconductor elements (Trto Tr). The driving control device () conducts to activate and to stop the electric motor () by applying a PWM signal to the switching semiconductor elements (Trand Tr) constructing the lower arm of the H bridge circuit ().

Driving control device for actuator

In a servomotor controller, when a comparing circuit () detects that a position of an object to be controlled has been achieved to a target position, an operation inhibiting signal generating section () supplies an operation inhibiting signal () to an operation permitting/inhibiting signal-processing section (), and obtains an operation stopped state of an H bridge-driving processing section () for controlling driving of a motor. A LIN communication processing section () receives information to a self address supplied from a superordiante device, and outputs a forced operation (recovery) request (R) in the received information. The operation state of the H bridge-driving processing section () is obtained through an operation permitting trigger signal generating section () and the operation permitting/inhibiting signal-processing section () through the H bridge-driving processing section (). The motor is accordingly driven, and the feedback control based on the difference between the target position and the present position is restarted.

Disclosed is a canned pump comprising a housing, a rotor contained in the housing, a circuit substrate supported on the housing, semi-conductor means for power control attached to the circuit substrate, an end cover attached the housing to cover the circuit substrate, an a heat sink having heat radiating means for cooling the semi-conductor means for power control. The semi-conductor means for power control is mounted on a surface of the circuit substrate facing to the end cover. Canned pump

Control apparatus of air conditioning system

A brushless motor for a blower fan unit has a circuit structure constituted by a drive control circuit and a fuse member. The drive control circuit supplying drive current comprises a first circuit section for eliminating surges of electric power and a second circuit section for controlling magnetic field generated by the stator. The first and second circuit sections are three-dimensionally arranged with a predetermined space therebetween. The fuse member electrically connects the first and second circuit sections. An end portion of the fuse member is welded with the first circuit section, and the other end portion of the fuse member is soldered with the second circuit section. The fuse member cuts an electrical connection between the first and second circuit sections when a temperature of solder becomes higher than a predetermined temperature.

Brushless motor

A brushless motor for a blower fan unit is comprised of a heat sink which has a heat radiating portion and a pair of supporting legs extending from both opposite sides of the heat radiating portion. A free end portion of each supporting leg is in contact with an electric circuit board. A pressing member has a pressing portion, a pair of positioning portions perpendicularly extending from opposite end portions of the pressing portion, and a pair of connecting portions projecting from the pair of positioning portions respectively. The connecting portions are engaged with supporting legs of the heat sink respectively. The pressing portion presses switching devices to the heat sink. The positioning portions are inserted into the through-holes of the electric circuit board respectively.
