A stator includes a stator core having a plurality of slots, and a plurality of segment coils, each of which has an insulating film, the plurality of segment coils each including an inclined portion and a rising portion. the rising portions that are adjacent to each other in a radial direction of the stator core being joined to each other. Each of the plurality of segment coils includes first peeled portions each in which the insulating film facing the circumferential direction of the stator core is peeled in a lengthwise direction, and second peeled portions each in which the insulating film facing the radial direction of the stator core is peeled in the lengthwise direction, and a peeling length of the first peeled portion is longer than a peeling length of the second peeled portion.

A bending apparatus () includes an upper first die (), an upper second die (), a lower die (), a control unit (), an upper first moving mechanism (), an upper second moving mechanism (), a lower moving mechanism (), a holding die (), and a moving and rotating mechanism (). The lower die () is moved in an upper direction after the upper first die () and the upper second die () are moved to the front, whereby four coil segments () are bent. When the upper second die () is moved to a first withdrawal position in the rear direction after the four coil segments () are bent, a working space for the holding die () is ensured.

An insulating sheet is pushed into a first mold portion, and formed in a first shape along a shape of the first mold portion. Peeling apparatus and peeling method

A first leading end plate and a first rear end plate are provided at an upper part of a rotary table. When a conductor piece contacts the first leading end plate, a first contact detection sensor detects a contact of the conductor piece, and transmits a contact detection signal to a storage control unit. Upon receiving the contact detection signal, the storage control unit drives an air supply device for a predetermined period to spray air toward the conductor piece from a first air nozzle. The air spray brings the conductor piece into a tilted state with the rear end thereof moved downward. Even when the conductor piece contacts the first leading end plate and rebounds, the rear end thereof contacts an inner wall surface of the first rear end plate, thereby preventing the rear end of the conductor piece from getting over the first rear end plate.
