A wire harness manufacturing system includes a display unit, a wire cutting machine that draws an electric wire from a wire feed reel and cuts the electric wire to a predetermined length, a control unit that directs the display unit to display a wire laying image and wire work identification information for identifying a work regarding each electric wire, the wire laying image including a plurality of wire images showing the plurality of electric wire in the laid state and the wire work identification information being displayed in the vicinity of the corresponding wire image, and a memory unit that stores the wire laying image and work instruction information so as to correspond to the wire work identification information, the work instruction information including cut length of the electric wire. The control unit sends the cut length information to the wire cutting machine.

In an ink supply amount adjustment method for a printing press, one of a density value and a color value of a printing product is measured. The difference between the measurement value and a preset reference value related to one of the density value and the color value is obtained. The relationship between the obtained difference and at least one of a preset first allowable difference and a preset second allowable difference larger than the first allowable difference is determined in accordance with a set allowance mode. The ink supply amount is adjusted in accordance with the determination result. An ink supply amount adjustment apparatus is also disclosed.

Ink supply amount adjustment method and apparatus for printing press

In an ink supply amount adjustment method for a printing press, one of a density value and a color value of a printing product is measured. The difference between the measurement value and a preset reference value is obtained as a measurement difference. The first error ratio allowed with respect to the preset reference value is set as a first allowable ratio. The first allowable difference is obtained from the preset reference value and the set first allowable ratio. An ink supply amount is adjusted on the basis of the obtained measurement difference and the obtained first allowable difference. An ink supply amount adjustment apparatus is also disclosed.

A printing press includes a blanket cleaning controller, automatic plate change unit, image exposing section, pre-inking controller, and CPU. The blanket cleaning controller cleans a blanket mounted on a blanket cylinder. The automatic plate change unit changes a printing plate mounted on a plate cylinder to a new printing plate. The image exposing section exposes an image on the printing plate mounted on the plate cylinder. The pre-inking controller forms, on an ink roller group, an ink film thickness distribution corresponding to an image to be exposed next. The CPU automatically drives the blanket cleaning controller, automatic plate change unit, image exposing section, and pre-inking controller in an operation order set by a start command.

Printing press and printing press control method

A printing press includes an ink roller group, image exposing section, pre-inking controller, and CPU. The ink roller group supplies ink stored in an ink fountain to a printing plate mounted on a plate cylinder. The image exposing section exposes an image on a printing plate before plate making which is mounted on the plate cylinder. The pre-inking controller forms an ink film thickness distribution corresponding to the image to be exposed on the printing plate on the ink roller group. The CPU performs image exposing and ink film thickness distribution formation concurrently at least partly by controlling the image exposing section and the pre-inking controller. A control method for a printing press is also disclosed.

A method for processing a terminal of a cable including a plurality of fine coaxial cables arranged in parallel and a terminal-processed tape-shaped cable are provided. After sheaths closer to the terminal of a plurality of fine coaxial cables are removed to expose outer conductors, the outer conductors thus exposed are removed in such a way that the entirety of the outer conductors thus exposed are covered with a solder layer, then the solder layer and the outer conductors are separated at a processing groove formed at a predetermined position on this solder layer, and respective portions of the outer conductors closer to the end of the cable relative to the position of the separation are removed in a lump.
