According to one embodiment, a transmission device includes an insertion unit, an allocation unit, a division unit, an IFFT unit, a phase rotation unit, and a transmission unit. The phase rotation unit performs a phase rotation to reduce a PAPR characteristic for each block on which inverse fast Fourier transform has been performed. The transmission unit combines transmission signals, on each of which a phase rotation has been performed by the phase rotation unit, and transmits the combined transmission signal to an external device. In addition, the division unit includes a predetermined band and at least one pilot symbol located outside another of end of this predetermined band on an opposite side of the one end into one block.

An air conditioning control system allows a supply air switching controller to alternately switch outside air control and return air control at a preset switching interval. The supply air switching controller is connected to an air conditioner placed to correspond to each room inside as an air conditioning control subject. The outside air control takes outside air into a temperature/humidity adjustment coil of the air conditioner by opening a first damper provided in the air conditioner in order to adjust an intake volume of the outside air into the air conditioner and by closing a second damper provided in the air conditioner in order to adjust an intake volume of return air from the room inside. The return air control takes the return air from the room inside into the temperature/humidity adjustment coil of the air conditioner by closing the first damper and opening the second damper.

According to embodiments, a regional energy integrated management device for managing energy in a region containing multiple buildings includes an information acquisition unit, an information generator, and an instruction transmitter. The information acquisition unit acquires energy management information containing energy shortage and surplus information of a building from the multiple buildings. The information generator generates regional energy management information for mutually adjusting energy supply between different buildings in the management target region based on the energy management information on the multiple buildings thus acquired. The instruction transmitter transmits the generated regional energy management information to the corresponding buildings.
