There is provided a press brake that improves bending accuracy of a partial bending method. The press brake includes: a conveying mechanism that intermittently conveys a workpiece; a die; a punch; a crowning mechanism; a bending amount measuring device; and a control device. The control device presses an end portion of the workpiece in a conveying direction by the punch and conveys the workpiece by the conveying mechanism until the pressed portion enters into a measurement range of the bending amount measuring device. The control device drives the crowning mechanism so as to correct a crowning amount in accordance with a difference between a middle bending amount and an end bending amount measured by the bending amount measuring device.

Press brake

There is provided a press brake () that, if subjecting a workpiece () having non-uniform thickness to bending, can efficiently give uniform curvature to the workpiece (). The press brake () includes: a die () supporting the workpiece (); a punch supporting member () arranged so as to be opposed to the die (); a moving mechanism () that moves the punch supporting member () relative to the die (); a punch () that is supported by the punch supporting member (), is opposed to the die () or the workpiece () in a relative movement direction of the punch supporting member (), and includes punch elements () lined up in a direction orthogonal to the relative movement direction; and punch element adjusting mechanisms that are disposed so as to correspond to the respective punch elements () and adjusts positions of the punch elements () relative to the punch supporting member () in the relative movement direction.

An aircraft component assembly jig includes: header plates; positioners provided on each of the header plates, each positioner including a receiver that comes into contact with a lower/upper surface of an aircraft component, each positioner causing the receiver to advance and retract; receiver state detectors, that each detects, as control data, a supporting state of a corresponding one of the receivers; and a circuitry. The circuitry compares each of detection values of the control data with a preset reference value to determine whether an equal support state is achieved, the equal support state being a state where all the receivers are equally supporting the aircraft component. If it is determined that the equal support state is not achieved, the circuitry controls an adjustment-requiring positioner among all the positioners to adjust an advancing/retracting position of the receiver of the adjustment-requiring positioner within a design tolerance.

There is provided a press brake that can improve forming accuracy in partial bending. A press brake includes: a conveying mechanism that intermittently conveys a workpiece; a die including a pair of shoulder portions and a groove portion located between the pair of shoulder portions, the pair of shoulder portions being arranged away from each other in a conveying direction of the workpiece and supporting a rear surface of the workpiece; a backup plate that extends on the pair of shoulder portions, covers the groove portion, and is interposed between the die and the workpiece; and a punch that moves relative to the die so as to approach the die each time the conveying mechanism stops conveying the workpiece and presses the workpiece so as to bend the workpiece within an elastic deformation region of the backup plate.

A friction stir welding apparatus is used at a butted portion where a second workpiece is butted against a first workpiece such that the second workpiece is upright on the first workpiece. The friction stir welding apparatus includes: a rotary tool that is plunged into one inner corner of a pair of inner corners that are positioned, at the butted portion, on both sides of the second workpiece, respectively; an inner corner presser that presses the other inner corner of the pair of inner corners; and a mover that moves the rotary tool and the inner corner presser along a direction in which the butted portion extends. The inner corner presser includes a pressing roller that presses the other inner corner while rolling in a state where the inner corner presser is being moved by the mover.

A friction stir spot welding apparatus including a controller that (A) operates a rotary driver and a tool driver such that a pin and a shoulder are brought into contact with a welded workpiece; (B) operates, after the step (A), the rotary driver and the tool driver such that the pin separates from the welded workpiece; and (C) operates, after the step (B), the rotary driver and the tool driver such that the pin advances toward the welded workpiece. A friction stir spot welding apparatus according to the present invention includes: a rotary tool; and a perpendicular-to-plane detector, which detects whether or not the rotary tool is positioned to be in a perpendicular-to-plane state relative to a joining target portion of workpieces. The perpendicular-to-plane detector measures distances to at least three measurement positions set around the joining target portion by means of, for example, position sensors. The measurement positions are set to be positioned at the vertices of a polygon on a reference plane to which forward and backward movement directions of the rotary tool are normal.
