A power conversion device includes: a DC/DC converter; and a control circuit unit that controls the DC/DC converter, in which the DC/DC converter includes a first power output circuit that converts first direct current power into first alternating current power, an isolation transformer that converts the first alternating current power into second alternating current power, and one or a plurality of second power output circuits, each of which converts the second alternating current power into second direct current power, and the control circuit unit includes a resonance characteristic calculator that calculates a resonance characteristic of the second power output circuits based on a load for each of the second power output circuits to output the second direct current power, and determines a drive frequency of the first power output circuit based on an output request value of the second power output circuit and the resonance characteristic that is calculated.

Method of treating cancer comprising administration of anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugate

A motor can be controlled in a user-friendly manner so that a phase current based on an input command torque command value is caused to flow to at least one among U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase windings of the motor, so that a predetermined in-phase current is superimposed on the phase current and caused to flow to at least one among the windings. The motor is controlled such that energization to one winding corresponding to a predetermined energization stop phase is stopped, for example, so that energization to the U-phase winding is stopped, and so that a V-phase current, a W-phase current and an in-phase current are caused to flow to each winding corresponding to a phase other than the energization stop phase, for example, so that the V-phase current, the W-phase current and the in-phase current are caused to flow to the V-phase winding and the W-phase winding.

(Anti-HER2 antibody)-drug conjugate

Pulsating current (ripple) is generated in a zero-phase current to increase a loss. A motor control system includes an inverter which drives a motor which includes windings separately wound around each phase and an inverter control unit which generates an output voltage pulse corresponding to each phase to control the inverter on the basis of a torque command value and a rotor position of the motor. The inverter control unit divides the output voltage pulse of at least one phase of the output voltage pulses into several pulses during one period of the output voltage pulse such that a zero-phase voltage of only one of positive and negative polarities is output several times from the motor in the one pulse period.

An electric power conversion apparatus includes a channel case in which a cooling water channel is formed; a double side cooling semiconductor module that has an upper and lower arms series circuit of an inverter circuit; a capacitor module; a direct current connector; and an alternate current connector. The semiconductor module includes first and second heat dissipation metals whose outer surfaces are heat dissipation surfaces, the upper and lower arms series circuit is disposed tightly between the first heat dissipation metal and the second heat dissipation metal, and the semiconductor module further includes a direct current positive terminal, a direct current negative terminal, and an alternate current terminal which protrude to outside. The channel case is provided with the cooling water channel which extends from a cooling water inlet to a cooling water outlet, and a first opening which opens into the cooling water channel.

A six-wire three-phase motor that can realize both of increasing an output and reducing a torque ripple is provided. A six-wire three-phase motor is a six-wire three-phase motor including: a stator including a winding wire wound independently between phases; and a rotor including a plurality of magnets in a circumferential direction, wherein the stator or the rotor is configured in such a manner that a third harmonic current component in a motor current of when an overmodulation voltage based on a PWM signal is applied becomes higher than a third harmonic current component in a motor current of when a sinusoidal modulation voltage based on the PWM signal is applied.

In a case where a switching element of an inverter does not operate properly due to failure or the like, a three-phase short circuit cannot be made, and an induced voltage cannot be suppressed. An induced voltage suppression device is electrically connected to the three-phase wiring between the power converter and the motor, in parallel to the power converter. A rectification circuit including a three-phase diode bridge circuit. A DC voltage source including a capacitor. A voltage detection circuit detects a voltage of both ends of the DC voltage source. In a short circuit, when a transistor of the voltage detection circuit is turned on, transistors are turned on to perform three-phase short-circuit operation to suppress an induced voltage of the motor. Since the induced voltage suppression device secures a DC voltage by the induced voltage of the motor as a drive source in a self-excited manner, it is possible to suppress the induced voltage even when an abnormality occurs in the power converter.
