An output signal SHS is secondarily amplified by a high-frequency amplifier AMPand an output signal SHR is secondarily amplified by an AMPfor which high-frequency side amplitude reducing means is taken. In this case, the AMPhas small gain of a high-frequency region and its output SHR-2 is reduced in amplitude. However, a high-frequency noise has a frequency higher than that of a carrier wave SH and the amplitude of a noise NzB becomes smaller. The other output signal SHS is directly amplified by the wideband amplifier AMP. The width of an SHS-2 and the width of the SHR-2 are adjusted by amplitude adjusting means throughout the whole region and then mutually added by both signals addition amplifying means again so that the amplitude of the output signal SHS is adjusted to the SHR-2, and a predetermined threshold value is set to extract the noises.

Apparatus for automatically separating and detecting noise radio waves

According to a question displayed on a computer screen, a to-be-examined person selects, out of constituent elements (components) displayed on the screen, constituent elements that he considers optimum for the question and then makes a design by constructing them on the screen, and the content of the design on the screen is evaluated by using predetermined evaluation data. Further, there is provided a system which enables assembling an actual apparatus (an apparatus to be evaluated) according to the content of design, measures the performance of the assembled actual apparatus and evaluates the ability of the to-be-examined person to assemble the actual apparatus from the measured data by using a computer.

System for evaluating skills of to-be-examined person

When a mechanism constituent unit having a base is secured to a magnetic base at a predetermined position, a fixture having a detachable mechanism inside itself is employed, and the fixture is disposed on a notch of the base of the mechanism constituent unit in a non-adsorption state in which magnetic force lines of a permanent magnet of the detachable mechanism permeate the fixture. In this state, a rotation casing is rotated 90 degrees to be in a lock state, and a fixing casing is firmly adsorbed to the magnetic base such that magnetic force of the permanent magnet inside it permeate to the magnetic base side. Thus, the mechanism constituent unit base is firmly sandwiched by a pressing portion of the fixing casing and the magnetic base, and the base of the mechanism constituent unit is firmly secured to the magnetic base at a predetermined position.
