A plurality of individually corresponding heaters and temperature sensors are provided along with a plurality of a PID control means. An average temperature/gradient temperature calculating means calculates the average temperatures of the temperatures measured by the temperature sensors and the gradient temperatures based on the measured temperatures. Each of the PID control means outputs an operation signal so that the average temperatures or gradient temperatures may be made equal to the desired values. A distributing means distributes the operation signal from each of the PID control means to each heater so that control by the PID control means may produce no effect on the control of the other PID control means.

The invention has a first series circuit consisting of a capacitor and a diode and a second series circuit consisting of a coil and a diode, the first series circuit is connected in parallel to the commutating diode in a state that the capacitor is connected to a choke coil side in the commutating diode, and the second series circuit is connected between a connecting portion of the capacitor and the diode in the first series circuit and a commutating diode non-connecting side in the choke coil.

Snubber circuit and power transformer using the same

A power supply module includes a plurality of power supply modules. One of the power supply units is designated as a master power supply unit. Other power supply units are handled as expansion power supply units. The power supply modules can be connected in parallel on a DIN rail so that the master power supply unit may supply an external AC voltage to the expansion power supply units. When a desired power supply capacity exceeds a power supply capacity of the master power supply unit, an expansion power supply unit is connected in parallel with the master power supply unit in order to increase the power supply capacity.
