The vehicle-use power supply control apparatus is for controlling transmission of electric power between a vehicle-mounted power supply apparatus including switching elements turned on and off in accordance with manipulation signals and an external power supply located outside the vehicle. The vehicle-use power supply control apparatus includes a control section to output an electric power transmission command signal depending on an electric power transmission request signal received from an external device, and a manipulation signal generating section to generate the manipulation signals based on the electric power transmission command signal received from the control section. The control section is configured to operate in order that noise sound generated due to switching operation of the vehicle-mounted power supply apparatus is within an audio frequency range.

A design method of on-board wiring for a designed circuit includes determining a severity as a crosstalk prevention index for a pair of wires based on a generated noise level of a damaging side wire and a permissible noise level of a damaged side wire. The pair of wires is then assigned a severity class (SC) based on the severity determined. The SC is a pre-defined value range(s) for severity classification. Based on a preset SC specific permissible value list, one or more by-design permissible values belonging to the SC is generated for a design element of the pair of wires. A layout of the pair of wires on a board is constructed based on the by-design permissible value.

Method of on-board wiring

A fuel cell system according to the present invention has a movement drive device (load) (), a fuel cell () for supplying electric power to the drive device, an electric power storing device () consuming electric power equivalent to the consumption power of the drive device, and an electronic control unit (connection control unit) () for controlling the connection of the fuel cell to the drive device. Before the fuel cell is connected to the drive device by the control of the electronic control unit, the fuel cell is made to generate electric power equivalent to the consumption power of the drive device, and the generated power is supplied to the electric power storing device. When a fuel cell voltage at the time of supply of the electric power to the electric power storing device is not less than a specified value, the connection between the fuel cell and the drive device is permitted.

A fuel cell system, control method and current measuring device for a power unit are disclosed. The fuel cell system includes a fuel cell having local areas, a current measuring device associated with at least one of the local areas to measure localized current related to a specified operating characteristic, and a control section for diagnosing an operating condition of the fuel cell in response to localized current to enable optimum control of the fuel cell depending upon a specified operating characteristic determined by localized current. The control method controls the operating condition of the fuel cell in response to localized current indicative of the specified operating characteristic of the fuel cell. The current measuring device includes an electrical conductor formed with a recessed portion, a localized current conductor received in the recessed portion, and a current sensor for detecting current flowing across the localized current conductor.

The measurement precision of a current detector of the fuel cell in a fuel cell system is improved. The control unitthen obtains the current value Ad from the fuel cell current sensor(step S), and determines the offset correction value Ac needed in order to cancel the drift amount (i.e., in order to perform zero-point correction).

A fuel cell system FC replenishes a fuel cell stack with air or hydrogen by temporarily driving a compressor or a low-pressure valve even during an intermittent operation mode. If air is supplied for replenishment, the amount of air remaining in an air supply system is kept substantially constant, so that the voltage fall during a stop of the fuel cell system can be curbed. If hydrogen is supplied for replenishment, the amount of hydrogen moving to the air supply system is offset, so that a delay in supplying hydrogen can be curbed. Furthermore, the fuel cell system FC inputs signals from a sensor, such as, a brake sensor, a shift selector, or other suitable means and anticipates acceleration of a vehicle equipped with the system FC. On the basis of the anticipation of acceleration, the system FC replenishes the fuel cell stack with air or hydrogen in advance.
