A method for forming hydraulic oil passages for hydraulic actuators according to an aspect of the present invention includes: forming a valve block mount surface including first and second regions on an outer surface of a housing; collecting valves for hydraulic actuators belonging to a main function group to a main function valve block that is mountable directly or indirectly on the first region; collecting valves for hydraulic actuators belonging to an additional function group to an additional function valve block that is mountable directly or indirectly on the second region; and mounting the valve blocks on corresponding regions of the valve block mount surface, and thereby, the hydraulic actuators to be mounted are fluidly connected to each other so that the hydraulic actuators are operable by using hydraulic oil from a common oil source.

Method for forming hydraulic actuator hydraulic oil passage

An HST control mechanism includes a rotary member, a servo unit, a telescopic member, and a biasing device. The rotary member for controlling a displacement of a hydrostatic transmission (HST) is pivoted outside of a casing incorporating the HST. The servo unit includes a telescopically movable actuator and a valve controlling the telescopic movement of the actuator. The actuator is interlockingly connected to the rotary member. The servo unit is pivotally supported on the casing via a first pivot. The servo unit rotates centered on the first pivot as the rotary member rotates according to the telescopic movement of the actuator hydraulically controlled by the valve. The telescopic member is pivotally supported on the casing via a second pivot. The telescopic member is provided with the biasing device that biases the telescopic member and the rotary member toward a position corresponding to a neutral state of the HST.

Actuator unit for controlling hydraulic pump

A vehicle transaxle system includes a pair of right and left transaxle units equipped on a vehicle. The right transaxle unit supports a single right axle, and the left transaxle unit supports a single left axle. A variable displacement hydraulic pump is disposed in each of the right and left transaxle units so as to be driven by power from a prime mover of the vehicle. A variable displacement hydraulic motor is disposed in each of the right and left transaxle units and is fluidly connected to the corresponding hydraulic pump so as to drive the corresponding right or left axle. A movable motor displacement control member is provided in each of the transaxle unit so as to be moved to change the displacement of the corresponding hydraulic motor. An interlocking connection means is connected to both the movable motor displacement control members of the respective hydraulic motors. The vehicle is provided with a first manipulator for changing displacements of the hydraulic pumps, and is provided with a second manipulator for operating the interlocking connection means. The interlocking connection means is operated by operating the second manipulator so as to synchronously move both the movable motor displacement control members.

Vehicle transaxle system

A hydraulic transaxle comprises a transaxle housing, an axle, a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic circuit, and a pair of auxiliary pumps. The transaxle housing defines a fluid sump therein. The axle is supported by the transaxle housing. The hydraulic motor is disposed in the transaxle housing so as to drive the axle. The hydraulic pump is disposed in the transaxle housing so as to supply hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic motor. The hydraulic circuit is disposed in the transaxle housing so as to fluidly connect the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic motor. The pair of auxiliary pumps are disposed in the transaxle housing so as to supply fluid from the fluid sump to outside of the transaxle housing.

Hydraulic transaxle

The traveling system transmission structure for vehicle includes a planetary gear unit, a forward/rearward-travel switch unit and a transmission case. A front end portion of a sun gear shaft is directly or indirectly supported by a front bearing wall that is detachably connected to a front side of the transmission case and a rear end portion of a planetary outputting member is directly or indirectly supported by an intermediate bearing wall, so that the planetary gear unit is accommodated in a front chamber that is sandwiched by the front bearing wall and the intermediate bearing wall. A front end portion of a forward/rearward-travel input shaft is directly or indirectly supported by the intermediate bearing wall and a rear end portion of a clutch shaft is supported by a rear bearing wall that is detachably connected to the rear side of the transmission case, so that the forward/rearward-travel switch unit is accommodated in a rear chamber that is sandwiched by the intermediate bearing wall and the rear bearing wall.

Traveling system transmission structure for vehicle

The working vehicle includes an axle unit that has a differential gear device, an axle case, an axle input shaft and first and second main output shafts, and an HST unit that has a hydraulic pump main body, a hydraulic motor main body, a capacity adjustment mechanism, an HST case, a pump shaft and a motor shaft, an HST input shaft, and an HST output shaft, wherein the axle unit is directly or indirectly supported by the vehicle frame so as to be positioned close to a first main driving wheel in a state where the axle input shaft extends in a vehicle widthwise direction, wherein the HST unit is directly or indirectly supported by the vehicle frame at a position away from the axle unit in a state where the HST output shaft extends in the vehicle widthwise direction, and wherein the HST output shaft and the axle input shaft are operatively connected to each other through an endless type transmission member.

Working vehicle and HST unit

A vehicle has an engine, an accelerator for controlling the rotary speed of the engine, an axle and a multi-speed transmission for transmitting power from the engine to the axle. The multi-speed transmission includes an odd-numbered speed drive train for an odd-numbered speed level, a first clutch for the odd-numbered speed drive train, an even-numbered speed drive train for an even-numbered speed level, and a second clutch for the even-numbered speed drive train. In correspondence to operation of the accelerator and an actual speed of the axle, either the odd-numbered speed drive train or the even-numbered speed drive train is selected so as to transmit power from the engine to the axle. A shift-up or shift-down timing between the odd-numbered speed level and the even-numbered speed level relative to variation of the actual speed of the axle is changed according to detection of a tilt angle of the vehicle or a weight of the vehicle.

Vehicle transmission system

A hydrostatic transaxle is provided for a vehicle having a first axle and a second axle. The hydrostatic transaxle comprises: a hydraulic pump; a first hydraulic motor drivingly connected to the first axle; a closed circuit fluidly connecting the hydraulic pump to the first hydraulic motor; and a fluid-supply switching device shifted between a supply position for supplying fluid from the closed fluid circuit to a second hydraulic motor, which is disposed on the outside of the hydraulic transaxle and is drivingly connected to the second axle, and a supply-stop position for stopping the supply of fluid from the closed fluid circuit to the second hydraulic motor. The first hydraulic motor is variable in displacement, and the hydrostatic transaxle further comprises a linkage system for associating the switching of the fluid-supply switching device between the supply position and the supply-stop position with an operation for changing the displacement of the first hydraulic motor.

Hydrostatic transaxle

A power transmission system for a working vehicle comprises: a vehicle frame; a prime mover mounted on the vehicle frame; a pair of left and right drive wheels; a pair of left and right transaxles juxtaposed on the vehicle frame, wherein each of the left and right transaxles includes a single axle for individually driving each of the left and right drive wheels in forward and rearward directions; a working device; and a working power clutch unit disposed between the left and right transaxles so as to clutch on/off power transmitted from the prime mover to the working device. The working power clutch unit includes: a driving side rotary mechanism for receiving power from the prime mover; the driving side rotary mechanism having one or more first rotors interlocking with each other; a driven side rotary mechanism for outputting power to the working device, the driven side rotary mechanism having one or more second rotors interlocking with each other; and a hydraulic clutch drivingly interposed between the driving side rotary mechanism and the driven side rotary mechanism, and incorporated in the working power clutch unit.

Power transmission system for working vehicle

Vehicle

In a transmission for a working vehicle, a working unit includes a hydraulic power unit and a valve unit enclosed in a first bulging portion of a transmission case closer to an upper side or on a top surface thereof and connected with each other along a vehicle lengthwise direction. The first bulging portion is closer to a first lateral side along the vehicle width direction of the transmission case, while a hydraulic pump is located closer to a second lateral side. Hydraulic fluid is drawn from the transmission case, around a lower side of the hydraulic pump, through a suction port thereof, and discharged to a suction port of the valve unit. The hydraulic power unit includes a cylinder tube and piston, extending in the lengthwise direction, and a support shaft, extending along the width direction, which is supported by the transmission case and connected to a lift arm.

Transmission for a working vehicle

In a transmission for a working vehicle, a PTO input shaft is located with its rotational axis extending in a vehicle lengthwise direction substantially at a widthwise center of a transmission case along a vehicle width direction. A running power input shaft is located with its rotational axis extending in the vehicle lengthwise direction substantially at the same position as that of the PTO input shaft along the vehicle width direction and at a lower side of the PTO input shaft. The transmission case provides an accommodation space for accommodating a differential gear unit, which space is displaced to a first lateral side of the vehicle along the vehicle width direction. A running power transmission shaft is located on the front side of the space with its axis extending in the vehicle lengthwise direction, and the running power input shaft, the running power transmission shaft and the differential gear unit are interlocked to each other via a running power gear train.

Power transmission arrangement of a working vehicle and transmission for the working vehicle

In a power transmission arrangement, a working unit includes a hydraulic power unit and a valve unit enclosed in a first bulging portion of a transmission case closer to an upper side or on a top surface thereof and connected with each other along a vehicle lengthwise direction. The first bulging portion is closer to a first lateral side along the vehicle width direction of the transmission case, while a hydraulic pump is located closer to a second lateral side. Hydraulic fluid is drawn from the transmission case, around a lower side of the hydraulic pump, through a suction port thereof, and discharged to a suction port of the valve unit. A valve casing (,) having plural direction control valves (,H,,L,,A,,B,,C) and plural pressure sensors (,H,,L,,A,,B,,C) is mounted on an outer side surface of a vehicle body (,) which includes therein plural fluid-operated clutches (,H,,L,,A,,B,,C) for changing the vehicle running speed. The control valves are secured to the casing from one of upper and lower surfaces thereof and the pressure sensors are secured to the casing from the other of the upper and lower surfaces such that the valves and the sensors are arranged respectively in parallel in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. Preferably, the valve casing is composed of an outer plate member (,) to which the control valves and pressure sensors are secured, an inner plate member (,) comprising plural output ports (,H,,L,,A,,B,,C) which are connected respectively to the plural fluid-operated clutches, and a separator member (,) interposed between the plate members and having plural fluid passage bores which connect between fluid passages in the outer plate member and fluid passages in the inner plate member.
