Provided is a vehicle hood that allows a reduction in thickness of an outer panel while providing stiffness of the outer panel. A vehicle hood includes an outer panel, an inner panel, and a plurality of adhesive components. The inner panel has a plurality of beads. Each bead has a support part that supports each adhesive component. The adhesive components are provided on the support parts so as to be intermittently aligned along a specific direction. A support-part interval between the support parts adjacent to each other in an intersecting direction is smaller than an adhesive-component interval between the adhesive components adjacent to each other on the support parts.

A vehicle hood panel is formed by bonding an outer panel and an inner panel to each other. Disposed along the outer peripheral edge of the inner panel is an outer peripheral portion to which a cushion member and hinges for attaching the hood panel to a vehicle are to be later fastened. Anti-collision component

Since the circumferential wall has the excessive line length, when the end of the circumferential wall is expanded to form the flange, the flange having a large diameter can be formed.

The present invention provides an automotive door enhanced with the absorption performance for the collision energy in the side collision. Automotive door with enhanced side collision performance

The bumper stay includes a cylindrical shaft member fit in to a hole of a bumper reinforce, a cylindrical reinforcing member fit in to the outer periphery of the shaft member in the rear side of the bumper reinforce, and a mounting flange member fit in to the outer periphery of the shaft member in its rear end. The shaft member is enlarged by electromagnetic forming and is tightly adhered to the inner peripheral surface of the hole formed in the bumper reinforce, the inner peripheral surface of the reinforcing member, and the inner peripheral surface of the hole flange formed in the mounting flange member, thereby these are joined with each other. Thin aluminum alloy extruded material can be used for the shaft member. With such configuration, when a bumper stay is fit in to the holes formed in the front and rear walls of the bumper reinforce and the bumper stay is enlarged by electromagnetic forming to join with the bumper reinforce, joining of the both can be firmly performed and sufficient strength and energy absorption quantity can be secured.

Bumper structure

An automobile hood includes an outer panel and an inner panel. The inner panel includes a frame-shaped first inner member that joins with the outer panel and a second inner member disposed within the frame of the first inner member. The first inner member includes an outer edge portion, a first inner concave portion that forms an airspace portion, and an inner edge portion. The second inner member includes a second inner concave portion that has joint portions that join with the first inner member and form the airspace portions, panel joint portions that join with the outer panel at position on a center side of the panel, and an extension portion that extends into the first inner concave portion to join with the outer panel.

Automobile hood

An automotive engine hood is built by joining together respective edge parts of an outer panel and an inner panel such that spaces are formed between the outer and the inner panel. The inner panel has a plurality of ridge-like beads and ridge-like connecting beads connecting at least end parts of the beads on one of the opposite sides of the beads with respect to length of the beads. Each of the connecting beads has a top wall having a connecting surface continuous with the joint surfaces of the top walls of the beads, and a first inclined surface extending from the connecting surface to a bottom surface surrounded by the adjacent ones of the beads and the connecting beads.
