According to one embodiment, a rotor includes a rotor core including magnetic poles arranged in a circumferential direction around a central axis, each magnetic pole including magnet holder slots each of which includes an opening end opened to an outer circumference of the rotor core, a first core portion between adjacent magnet holder slots, a second core portion between the magnet holder slots and the central axis, and a bridge connecting the first core portion and the second core portion, permanent magnets within the respective magnet holder slots, and a non-magnetic filling material filled into a cavity between the permanent magnet and the opening end in the magnet holder slot and joined to the permanent magnet and an inner wall of the magnet holder slot.

Rotor of rotary electric machine

According to one embodiment, a rotor of a rotary electric machine is provided with a rotor iron core and a plurality of permanent magnets. The rotor iron core includes a plurality of magnetic poles, a plurality of magnet holding slots, an outer peripheral side iron core portion, an inner peripheral side iron core portion, a plurality of bridges passed between the outer peripheral side iron core portion and the inner peripheral side iron core portion, and a plurality of magnet holding protrusions extending from the middle of each of the bridges to each of the magnet holding slots for each of the magnetic poles. Each of the permanent magnets is accommodated in each of the magnet holding slots and is in contact with each of the magnet holding protrusions.

According to one embodiment, a stator includes a stator core and a stator coil configured by joining a plurality of coil segments mounted in slots of the stator core. Extending portions of the coil segments include a plurality of first extending portions, an inclined portion, and a joining end portion and a hook-shaped portion provided at an extending end of the inclined portion. The joining end portions are arranged side by side in a radial direction such that distal end surfaces are located at substantially the same height, the hook-shaped portions are meshed with each other, and a first engagement surface of one of the joining end portions faces and abuts on a first engagement surface of the other of the joining end portions.

Stator including coil segments with hook-shaped portions

According to one embodiment, a stator includes a stator core and a stator coil. The stator core includes an annular yoke, and a plurality of teeth each extending from an inner periphery of the yoke in a radial direction and arranged in a circumferential direction of the yoke at intervals, in which a gap between a pair of teeth adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction forms a slot extending in the radial direction. With respect to the pair of teeth and the slot, only one of the teeth includes a convex holder-shaped part which projects in the slot toward the other tooth and extends in an axial direction. The stator coil includes a plurality of linear conductors aligned in the radial direction in the slot and held in the slot by the holder-shaped part.

According to one embodiment, each of the first piece portions of a fixing ring is elastically deformed with a first bent portion to be bent toward a first surface side serving as a point of origin. In a map shape formed by projecting a plurality of broad portions and the first piece portions onto a virtual plane parallel to the first surface, each of the first bent portion intersects a straight line passing through a contact point of a circumscribed circle in contact with an outer circumferential edge of the broad portion on which the first piece portion is provided and a center point of the circumscribed circle. According to one embodiment, a rotor includes a rotor core including magnetic poles arranged in a circumferential direction around a central axis, each magnetic pole including at least two magnet holding slots opposed to each other at intervals in the circumferential direction, a first core portion between the two magnet holding slots, a second core portion between the two magnet holding slots and the central axis, and a bridge connecting the first core portion and the second core portion, and permanent magnets each arranged in the magnet holding slot. The bridge includes first center bridges located between the two magnet holding slots and separated from each other in the circumferential direction, and a coupling element that connects the first center bridges to each other.

According to one embodiment, a rotor includes a rotor core including magnetic poles arranged in a circumferential direction, a cavity formed on an axis q and extending toward a central axis, and a flux barrier band formed in the magnetic pole between a pair of the cavities to cross an axis d and including a first bridge part facing one cavity, a second bridge part facing the other cavity, and a magnet embedding hole formed between the first and the second bridge parts, a first permanent magnet formed of a fixed magnetic force magnet and disposed in the magnet embedding hole to be adjacent to the first bridge part, and a second permanent magnet formed of a variable magnetic force magnet and disposed in the magnet embedding hole to be adjacent to the second bridge part.

In the second inverter, the number of parallel-connected semiconductor devices are two or more per phase, the semiconductor devices are connected together in parallel and the number of parallel-connected semiconductor devices in the second inverter is fewer than that in the first inverter per phase. The semiconductor devices in the first inverter are installed in an area of a cooling surface of the cooler positioned over a first channel. The semiconductor devices in the second inverter are installed in an area of the cooling surface positioned over the second channel.
