A combustion control device is installed in a gas turbine including a compressor, a combustor, a turbine, a turbine bypass pipe through which compressed air from a casing is discharged to a turbine downstream part so as to bypass the turbine, and a turbine bypass valve that regulates a turbine bypass flow rate of the compressed air. The combustion control device includes: a fuel distribution setting unit that sets a turbine inlet temperature or a turbine inlet temperature-equivalent control variable on the basis of input data, and sets fuel distribution ratios on the basis of the turbine inlet temperature or the turbine inlet temperature-equivalent control variable; and a fuel valve opening setting section that sets the valve openings of fuel regulating valves. The fuel distribution setting unit includes correction means for modifying the fuel distribution ratios.

Gas turbine combustion control device and combustion control method and program therefor

A combustion control device () is installed in a gas turbine including a compressor (), combustors (), a turbine (), a bleed air pipe () through which bleed air is returned to an inlet of an air intake facility (), and an air bleed valve () that regulates the amount of bleed air extracted. The combustion control device () includes: a fuel distribution setting unit () that sets a turbine inlet temperature or a turbine inlet temperature-equivalent control variable on the basis of input data, and sets fuel distribution ratios on the basis of the turbine inlet temperature or the turbine inlet temperature-equivalent control variable; and a fuel valve opening setting section () that sets the valve openings of fuel regulating valves. The fuel distribution setting unit () includes correction means for modifying the fuel distribution ratios.

A fuel nozzle for a gas turbine combustor includes: an internal cylinder; a burner cylinder concentrically provided on the outer circumference of the internal cylinder in the vicinity of its distal end to surround the distal end portion of the internal cylinder; an air passage provided between the burner cylinder and the internal cylinder for delivering combustion air; a space provided at an axial center of the internal cylinder and extending in the axial direction of the internal cylinder; a plurality of inner passages provided at approximately equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the internal cylinder for injecting fluid through its distal end portion; and at least one communication portion provided on the upstream side of the distal end portion of the internal cylinder and extending from the outer wall of the internal cylinder toward the inner side in the radial direction to communicate with the space.

Fuel nozzle, gas turbine combustor with the same, and gas turbine with the same

A gas turbine control method and device to restrain combustion vibration more precisely by alleviating the relationship between the composition or heat quantity of the fuel and the combustion vibration characteristic and by grasping the combustion vibration characteristic more accurately. The combustion vibration generated by a burner of the gas turbine and the composition or heat quantity and other plant status amounts of fuel supplied to the burner are detected. The combustion vibration characteristic is grasped based on the detected values. When the combustion flow rate or air flow rate supplied to the burner is increased/decreased to obtain operation condition under which no combustion vibration occurs, the detected values of the combustion vibration as well as the composition or heat quantity and other plant status amounts of the fuel are divided and stored in multiple databases corresponding to the value of the composition or heat quantity of the fuel.

Gas turbine control method and device

In a central portion of inner tube,of combustor,pilot fuel nozzle,and pilot cone,are arranged and main fuel nozzles,and main swirlers,therearound. Air intake portion (X-,) is provided with rectifier tube,for making air intake uniform. In air intake portion (X-,), air holes of appropriate number of pieces are provided in circumferential wall of the inner tube,In main swirler portion (X-,) and pilot cone portion (X-,), bolt joint of the main swirlers,is employed and optimized welded structure having less influence of thermal stress of the pilot swirler,is employed, respectively. Tail tube cooling portion (X-,) is provided with cooling structure having less influence of thermal stress to cool flange,portion of tail tube,uniformly. By the improvements in the portions (X-,) to (X-,), obstacles in attaining higher temperature in the combustor,is dissolved and combustor performance is enhanced.

Gas turbine combustor

A gas turbine steam cooled system has a high temperature portion,outlet steam temperature maintained to a predetermined value without a cooling steam pressure becoming lower than the pressure in the gas turbine cylinder. Steam coming from an intermediate pressure superheater,of a waste heat recovery boiler,is led into the high temperature portion,of the gas turbine for cooling thereof. The temperature of the cooling steam at the outlet of the high temperature portion,is detected by a high temperature portion outlet steam temperature detector,, and a signal thereof is sent a lower value selector,via a temperature controller,. Pressure in the gas turbine cylinder is detected by a gas turbine cylinder pressure detector,, and pressure of the cooling steam at the high temperature portion,outlet is detected by a high temperature portion outlet steam pressure detector,. A differential signal thereof is sent to a pressure controller,. Signals from the temperature controller,and the pressure controller,are inputted into the lower selector,, and temperature control valve,is controlled by the lower value thereof to be opened and closed.

Steam cooled system in combined cycle power plant

A nozzle cap (,) is disposed downstream of a nozzle body (,) of a combustor for a gas turbine, an inner surface part (,) of which is of a conical shape diverging downstream to define a fuel-jet guide (,) for guiding fuel jet ejected from one or more nozzle holes (,) provided at the center of a downstream end surface of the nozzle body. Fuel ejected from the one or more nozzle holes smoothly runs along the fuel-jet guide without remaining there to join with a swirl stream (S) in a swirl path (,), and to burn without generating smoke. Air introduced into a first auxiliary air path (,) defined between the nozzle body and a partition (,) at a position upstream thereof passes through a second auxiliary air path (,) defined between a downstream end surface (,) of the nozzle body (,) and an upstream end surface (,) of the nozzle cap and reaches an entrance (,) of the fuel-jet guide. The air then flows along the fuel-jet guide to cool the nozzle cap and prevent the fuel ejected from the one or more nozzle holes from sticking to the nozzle cap.

Gas turbine combustor with fuel and air swirler

In a central portion of inner tube 28 of combustor 20, pilot fuel nozzle 22 and pilot cone 33 are arranged and main fuel nozzles 21 and main swirlers 32 therearound. Air intake portion (X-1) is provided with rectifier tube 11 for making air intake uniform. In air intake portion (X-2), air holes of appropriate number of pieces are provided in circumferential wall of the inner tube 28. In main swirler portion (X-3) and pilot cone portion (X-4), bolt joint of the main swirlers 32 is employed and optimized welded structure having less influence of thermal stress of the pilot swirler 33 is employed, respectively. Tail tube cooling portion (X-5) is provided with cooling structure having less influence of thermal stress to cool flange 71 portion of tail tube 24 uniformly. By the improvements in the portions (X-1) to (X-5), obstacles in attaining higher temperature in the combustor 20 is dissolved and combustor performance is enhanced.

Liquid fuel purge device uses water, not compressed air as in the prior art, thereby prevented are rapid load change of gas turbine due to sudden discharge of liquid fuel and coking of remaining liquid fuel. Upon supply of liquid fuel to fuel nozzle (,) being stopped, water purge system (,) having stop valve (,) supplies water into fuel system including liquid fuel system (,) and fuel nozzle (,) and liquid fuel remaining therein is purged by water into combustion chamber (,) from the fuel nozzle (,).

Gas turbine combustion system and combustor ignition method therefor

In gas turbine combustor in which combustion air flows on outer periphery of cylinder body and turns to enter the cylinder body while being mixed with fuel in main burner to form pre-mixture, there is provided upstream of the main burner 101 in the combustor 103 a rectifier 106 or 108 for rectifying the combustion air so as to make flow velocity of the combustion air uniform, thereby shortcomings in the prior art of concentration non-uniformity of the pre-mixture of main fuel and combustion air, high concentration of NO.sub.x generated from the main burner 101 in combustion, etc. are eliminated and larger combustion range to maintain stable combustion is attained.

A combustor has a pilot nozzle 02 arranged at a central portion of an inner cylinder 01 opening at its end into a combustion chamber 018 and includes a plurality of main nozzles 03 arranged around its outer circumference. Along the outer circumference of a flame holding cone 014 for igniting a fuel F injected from the main nozzles 03 there are disposed elliptical extension pipes 016 of an elliptical sectional shape which are extended from the fronts of the main nozzles 03 to have openings at the axial position of the opening of the flame holding cone 014. As a result, a hot premixed flame 013 does not flow back to a main swirler zone 015 of the circumferential edges of the openings of the main nozzles 03 so that mixing between the fuel F and an air flow A can be improved, reducing the Nox emission while eliminating the burning of a base plate 04 and the main nozzles 03.
