An electrode structure includes a positive electrode layer and a positive electrode collector member. The positive electrode collector member includes a positive electrode collector foil, a carbon film, and a hot melt adhesive agent. A positive electrode total specific surface area is more than or equal to 2.2 m/g and less than or equal to 3.0 m/g, the positive electrode total specific surface area being represented by a total of a product of weight ratio and specific surface area of a positive electrode active material, a product of weight ratio and specific surface area of a solid electrolyte, and a product of weight ratio and specific surface area of a conductive material. A softening point of the hot melt adhesive agent is more than or equal to 100° C. and less than or equal to 130° C.

Electrode structure

A main object of the present disclosure is to provide an anode slurry that gives an all solid state battery with suppressed fluctuation of restraining pressure. The present disclosure achieves the object by providing an anode slurry for an all solid state battery, the anode slurry including a Si-based anode active material, a first dispersion medium and a second dispersion medium; and the anode slurry satisfying: (i) when a hydrogen bond term σH of Hansen solubility parameter of, the Si-based anode active material, the first dispersion medium, and the second dispersion medium, are respectively regarded as σH, σHand σH, and when ΔσH=σH−σH, and ΔσH=σH−σH, the ratio ΔσH/ΔσH, which is a ratio of ΔσHwith respect to ΔσHis 0.96 or less; (ii) when Tdesignates a boiling point of the first dispersion medium, and Tdesignates a boiling point of the second dispersion medium, T−T≤3° C.; and (iii) when Wdesignates a content of the first dispersion medium and Wdesignates a content of the second dispersion medium, 0.1≤W/(W+W)≤0.25.

Anode slurry

A main object of the present disclosure is to provide an all solid state battery wherein the confining pressure variation is suppressed. The present disclosure achieves the object by providing an all solid state battery comprising a cathode current collector, a cathode active material layer, a solid electrolyte layer, an anode active material layer, and an anode current collector stacked in this order, and the anode active material layer includes a Si based active material, and a graphite, when a graphite wherein an angle formed by a plane direction of (002) plane of the graphite, and a stacking direction surface of the anode current collector is 45° or more and 90° or less, is regarded as a crossing graphite, a proportion of the crossing graphite among the graphite is more than 20 mass %.

All solid state battery

A main object of the present disclosure is to provide a method for producing a slurry in which chronological aggregation of an oxide active material is restrained. The present disclosure achieves the object by providing a method for producing a slurry containing an oxide active material, a solid electrolyte, a dispersion medium, and at least one of a conductive material and a binder, the method comprising: a dispersion preparing step of preparing a dispersion containing the oxide active material, the solid electrolyte, and the dispersion medium; and an adding step of adding at least one of the conductive material and the binder to the dispersion; wherein when Hansen parameters (&#x3c3;H) of the oxide active material, the solid electrolyte, and the dispersion medium are respectively regarded as &#x3c3;Ha, &#x3c3;Hb, and &#x3c3;Hc, relationship of &#x3c3;Ha&#x2212;&#x3c3;Hc&#x2265;5, and relationship of &#x3c3;Ha&#x3e;&#x3c3;Hb&#x3e;&#x3c3;Hc are satisfied.

Method for producing slurry, method for producing active material layer, and method for producing all solid state battery

Provided is a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery in which LiPOis added to a positive electrode active material layer and the increase of battery temperature when the voltage rises is suppressed. The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery disclosed herein includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution. The positive electrode has a positive electrode active material layer. The positive electrode active material layer includes a positive electrode active material, LiPO, and acetic anhydride. The content of LiPOin the positive electrode active material layer is 1% by mass or more and 15% by mass or less. The content of acetic anhydride in the positive electrode active material layer is 0.02% by mass or more and 0.2% by mass or less.

Nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery

Provided is a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery in which LiPOis added to a positive electrode active material layer and the increase of battery temperature when the voltage rises is suppressed. The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery disclosed herein includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution. The positive electrode has a positive electrode active material layer. The positive electrode active material layer includes a positive electrode active material, LiPO, and polyvinyl alcohol having a degree of saponification of 86% by mole or more. The content of LiPOin the positive electrode active material layer is 1% by mass or more and 15% by mass or less. The content of the polyvinyl alcohol having a degree of saponification of 86% by mole or more in the positive electrode active material layer is 0.05% by mass or more and 0.2% by mass or less.

Nonaqueous electrolyte secondary cell

Provided is a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery in which LiPOis added to a positive electrode active material layer and the increase of battery temperature when the voltage rises is suppressed. The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery disclosed herein includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution. The positive electrode has a positive electrode active material layer. The positive electrode active material layer includes a positive electrode active material, LiPO, and a polymerizable unsaturated monomer including a naphthyl group optionally having a substituent. The content of LiPOin the positive electrode active material layer is 1% by mass or more and 15% by mass or less. The content of the polymerizable unsaturated monomer including a naphthyl group optionally having a substituent in the positive electrode active material layer is 0.01% by mass or more and 0.1% by mass or less.

The present invention provides a conductive paste for positive electrodes of lithium-ion batteries and a mixture paste for positive electrodes of lithium-ion batteries that are inhibited from increasing in viscosity and gelling, and that have an easy-to-apply viscosity. The conductive paste of the present invention contains a dispersion resin (A), polyvinylidene fluoride (B), conductive carbon (C), a solvent (D), and a dehydrating agent (E).

Conductive paste and mixture paste for lithium ion battery positive electrode

This invention relates to a conductive paste for lithium-ion battery positive electrodes and a mixture paste for a lithium ion battery positive electrode that have an easy-to-apply viscosity, even when a relatively small amount of a dispersion resin is incorporated. More specifically, the invention provides a conductive paste for lithium-ion battery positive electrodes, the conductive paste comprising a dispersion resin (A), conductive carbon (B), and a solvent (C), the dispersion resin (A) containing a resin (A1), the resin (A1) containing, as one constituent component, a polymerizable unsaturated group-containing monomer (A1-1) represented by a specific formula.

Conductive paste for lithium-ion battery positive electrodes and mixture paste for lithium-ion battery positive electrodes

The present invention provides a conductive paste for positive electrodes of lithium-ion batteries and mixture paste for positive electrodes of lithium-ion batteries that have an easy-to-apply viscosity, even when a relatively small amount of a dispersant is incorporated. More specifically, the present invention provides a conductive paste for positive electrodes of lithium-ion batteries containing a dispersion resin (A), conductive carbon (B), and a solvent (C), the dispersion resin (A) being a copolymer of a monomer mixture comprising a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon-containing monomer (A-1) in an amount of 1 to 70 mass %, based on the total solids content.

A battery system includes a lithium ion rechargeable battery including a power generating element having a laminated part, a positive electrode extended part, and a negative electrode extended part. The battery system further includes a controller and a detector that detects the temperatures of a central laminated part in the laminated part, and at least one of a positive-side temperature detector that detects the temperatures of a positive side-laminated part in the laminated part and a negative-side temperature detector that detects the temperatures of a negative-side laminated part in the stacked part. The controller controls the lithium ion rechargeable battery using the temperature of the central laminated part, and at least one of the temperature of the positive-side laminated part and the temperature of the negative-side laminated part.

A method of producing an electrode for an electricity storage device includes producing a paste to form an electrode active material layer, in which aggregates of a solids fraction material that contains at least an electrode active material and a binder are dispersed in a solvent, coating the paste on a surface of a current collector, and drying the current collector coated with the paste, to form the electrode active material layer formed of the solids fraction material. The paste is produced in such a manner that a content ratio of the solids fraction material in the paste is 60 to 80 mass %, an abundance ratio for the aggregates with a particle size that is equal to or smaller than 20 &#x3bc;m is at least 99%, and a viscosity at 25&#xb0; C. and a shear rate of 40 sis 200 to 5,000 mPa&#xb7;s.
