The object of the present invention is to provide a nucleic acid agent that can be efficiently delivered to the nervous system, particularly the central nervous system to which the BBB mechanism prevents drug delivery, and can produce an antisense effect on a target transcriptional product at the delivered site, and a composition comprising the same. Provided is a double-stranded nucleic acid complex formed by annealing a first nucleic acid strand capable of hybridizing to part of a target transcriptional product, and has an antisense effect on the target transcriptional product, to a second nucleic acid strand comprising a base sequence complementary to the first nucleic acid strand, and is bound to tocopherol or an analog thereof, cholesterol or an analog thereof, or a substituted or unsubstituted Calkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted Calkenyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted Calkoxy group.

A sensor includes a generator configured to generate a predetermined detection target, a detector configured to detect the detection target generated by the generator, and a substrate provided with the generator and the detector. The substrate includes a first portion provided with the generator, a second portion provided with the detector, a bent portion that is bent between the first portion and the second portion such that the generator and the detector face each other, and a ground pattern provided in a portion including the first portion, the second portion, and the bent portion. A sensor manufacturing method is a method for manufacturing a sensor including a generator that generates a predetermined detection target, a detector that detects the detection target generated by the generator, and a motion body that performs motion in the area in between the generator and the detector. In the method, the generator and the detector are positioned opposite to each other by either curving or bending a substrate including a first portion having the generator installed thereon and a second portion having the detector installed thereon that are formed in an integrated manner, and the substrate and the motion body are made to perform relative movement in such a way that the motion body enters the area in between the generator and the detector.
