A tire vulcanization system is configured to deliver a vulcanized tire carried out from a vulcanizer by a tire conveyance device to a PCI device at a first position, and attaches an upper lid. The PCI device mounted with the upper lid is moved from the first position to a second position by a PCI moving portion. The tire conveyance device is configured to receive the raw tire disposed above the PCI device moved to the second position and carry the raw tire into the vulcanizer.

A tire vulcanizing method comprises: a step of causing a connecting body, at which an upper mold of a vulcanization mold is supported and that connects together upper end portions of upper tubes of a plurality of supporting pillars, the supporting pillars being disposed so as to be apart in a peripheral direction at a periphery of the vulcanization mold, which is formed from a lower mold and the upper mold, which is set above the lower mold, and the supporting pillars having lower tubes that are hollow and the upper tubes, which are hollow and are slidably engaged with the lower tubes, and the supporting pillars extending in a vertical direction, to, together with the upper tubes and the upper mold, approach the lower mold, and close the vulcanization mold; and a step of vulcanizing an unvulcanized tire that is accommodated at an interior of the vulcanization mold that is closed, wherein the causing the connecting body, the upper tubes and the upper mold to approach the lower mold is carried out by operating raising/lowering mechanisms that are accommodated at interiors of the supporting pillars.

Tire vulcanizing method and device

A method for continuously producing a fatty acid ester of the present invention comprises (a) mixing and agitating an oil and fat starting material and a lower alcohol, and supplying a mixture to one of the catalyst reaction tubes filled with a lipase; (b) producing a fatty acid ester and glycerin in the catalyst reaction tube; (c) introducing an outflowing liquid from the catalyst reaction tube into a glycerin separation tank, thereby collecting the glycerin; (d) adding a lower alcohol to a separated liquid obtained by separating the glycerin from the outflowing liquid, mixing and agitating an obtained material, and supplying a mixture to a following catalyst reaction tube; (e) repeating the steps (b) to (d) until supply to a last catalyst reaction tube is performed; and (f) collecting a fatty acid ester from the separated liquid obtained from the last catalyst reaction tube. According to the method of the present invention, the concentration of a lower alcohol can be strictly controlled and by-product glycerin can be automatically removed.

Continuous production of biodiesel fuel by enzymatic method

A tire vulcanizer and tire vulcanizing system improving production efficiency by shortening time for loading and unloading of tires are provided. They include: a lower mold supporting part; an upper mold supporting part; a moving device moving the upper mold supporting part horizontally; an elevator device moving the upper mold vertically; a lift device pushing up a vulcanized tire held in the lower mold; and a tire supporting part supported by the upper mold supporting part. The tire supporting part moves between a supporting position and a retreated position. The bottom side of the vulcanized tire is supported by the tire supporting part at a peripheral side closer to the outside than a pushed-up position in the supporting position. The retreated position is positioned at a peripheral side closer to the outside than the vulcanized tire.

Tire vulcanizer and tire vulcanizing system

A tire vulcanizer includes: a support structure () which includes a platen portion (); a guide member () which includes a flanged portion () in an end portion thereof so as to cause the flanged portion () to be detachably supported by a peripheral edge portion of a through-hole () formed in the platen portion (); and a bag head () which is slidably inserted into the guide member (). The bag head () includes a restriction member () which abuts on the guide member () and restricts displacement of the bag head () in an insertion direction in a case where the bag head () is inserted to a predetermined position set in advance with respect to the guide member (). The restriction monitor () is detachable mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the bag head () to protrude outward from the outer peripheral surface.

Tire vulcanizer and maintenance method of tire vulcanizer

The tire vulcanizer is featured by including a slide back mechanism configured such that the upper metal mold separated and lifted from the lower metal mold installed to be fixed to a base is moved by an operation of a movable carriage so as to reciprocate between a vulcanization position at which the upper metal mold is pressed toward the lower metal mold, and a waiting position at which the green tire can be carried in the lower metal mold and at which the cured tire can be carried out from the lower metal mold, and is featured in that the upper metal mold is attached below, via a squeezing cylinder mechanism, to a beam integrated with a tie rod which is vertically moved by an operation of a lifting/lowering cylinder along a guide hole provided in the movable carriage.

Tire vulcanizer

In a vulcanizing system of the present invention, a temperature booster and a pressure booster are provided on a steam supply path connecting vulcanizers that belong to groups and a boiler allocated to the groups. The temperature booster and the pressure booster are sequentially arranged from an upstream side, a second branch supply path for supplying the steam to a mold between the temperature booster and the pressure booster is branched from the steam supply path. The second branch supply path is preferably in a form of allowing the steam temperature-boosted by the temperature booster to be supplied to the mold by bypassing the pressure booster.

Vulcanizing system

Provided is a microorganism that can display, on the cell surface, any molecules other than a molecule comprising amino acids, more specifically, a microorganism that displays biotin on a cell surface. The microorganism is capable of co-expressing a biotinylating enzyme and an acceptor peptide having a sequence recognized by the biotinylating enzyme, wherein the acceptor peptide is expressed on the cell surface, so that lysine of the acceptor peptide is biotinylated to display biotin on the cell surface. Also provided is a method for displaying an intended molecule, including not only a molecule comprising amino acids but also any molecules, on a cell surface of a microorganism.

A laterally independently operated column-equipped vulcanizer comprises two (right and left) die opening and closing devices (A,B) disposed to be operable independently of each other, the die opening and closing devices having upper die mounting members () corresponding to lower die mounting members () installed on a base plate (), the upper die mounting members being supported in an ascendable and descendable manner on right and left paired columns () erected on the base plate. The right and left paired columns throughout the two die opening and closing devices are arranged in V-configuration as viewed in plan. Thus, the entire vulcanizer can be rendered even more compact.

Laterally independently operated column-equipped vulcanizer

A plasmid is constructed so as to express a fused protein of a sugar chain-binding protein domain with a desired protein. Then this plasmid is transferred into cells and thus the protein is expressed in the cell surface layer. This method is particularly adequate in case of expressing a protein having an activity in the C-terminal portion in cell surface layer.

Cell surface layer-binding protein and utilization thereof

The present invention provides a method for producing a fatty acid ester inexpensively and efficiently by reacting a lipase or an intact mircroorganism containing a lipase, an oil and fat, and a linear lower alcohol in a system containing little or no solvent in the presence of water. The intact microorganism has not been treated with a solvent or the like, and is used as such, so that a fatty acid ester can be prepared in a simple manner. An oil and fat, a natural oil and fat such as a vegetable oil and fat, an animal oil and fat, as well as a waste oil thereof can be used. According to the method of the present invention, a reaction proceeds even in the presence of water, so that waste oils containing a large amount of water can be used as a raw material. Therefore, the waste oil to be dumped into the environment can be recycled, and a biodiesel fuel, which hardly pollutes the environment, can be provided at the same time.

Process for producing fatty acid lower alcohol ester

Treatment of cells with lower alcohol provides cells having the reaction rate 350 to 600 times higher than that of cells that are not treated with lower alcohol More specifically, a simple operation of treating cells with lower alcohol provides a catalyst that has a higher activity that that of a cell extract and can be recycled.
