A contact device of present invention includes a first contact portion, a first fixed terminal electrically connected to the first contact portion, a second contact portion, and a second fixed terminal electrically connected to the second contact portion. The contact device further includes a housing being box-like in shape and disposed so as to surround the first and second contact portions, the housing including a bottom plate having a first opening hole through which the first fixed terminal passes and a second opening hole through which the second fixed terminal passes. The contact device further includes a first insulating member being electrically insulating, annular, and directly or indirectly joined to the bottom plate around the first opening hole, and a second insulating member being electrically insulating, annular, and directly or indirectly joined to the bottom plate around the second opening hole.

Contact device, electromagnetic relay using the same, and method for manufacturing contact device

A contact device includes: a contact block including a plurality of fixed terminals on which fixed contacts are formed, and a movable contactor on which movable contacts contacting and leaving the fixed contacts are formed; and a driving block that drives the movable contactor. Moreover, it is made possible to extinguish arcs, which are generated in an event where the contacts contact and leave each other, by arranging permanent magnets on a periphery of the contact block. Then, at least one fixed terminal among the plurality of fixed terminals is formed so that the fixed contact and the movable contact can abut against each other in a region other than a side opposite to the other fixed terminal.

Contact device and electromagnetic relay equipped with the contact device

A contact apparatus is provided and includes fixed terminals having fixed contacts, a movable contact member having the movable contacts provided on one surface thereof so as to come into contact or out of contact with the fixed contacts, a first yoke arranged at one side of said one surface of the movable contact member, and a second yoke arranged at a side of the other surface of the movable contact member, the second yoke having one surface facing the first yoke through the movable contact member. The first yoke is larger in volume than the second yoke.

Contact apparatus

An electromagnet device is configured to generate a magnetic attractive force between a stationary core and a movable core when electricity is applied to a coil, so that the movable core is moved in a direction for coming into contact with the stationary core, and a movable shaft is moved in a direction in which a first end face of the movable shaft separates from a movable terminal. After the movable contact comes in contact with the fixed contact, the movable core moves further in a direction for coming into contact with the stationary core. A yoke made of a magnetic body is disposed between the movable terminal and the first end of the movable shaft.

Contact device

A contact device includes: fixed terminals; a movable contact maker; a pressing spring; an adjustment plate that comes into contact with an upper face of the movable contact maker; a holding portion; a movable shaft; and an electromagnet block. The holding portion is divided into first and second holding portions that are separated from each other. The first and second holding portions are electrically connected to each other via only the adjustment plate, due to the adjustment plate being sandwiched by a first side plate of the first holding portion and a second side plate of the second holding portion. The adjustment plate is moved in extending and contracting directions of the pressing spring, and the adjustment plate and each of the first and second side plates are subjected to resistance welding at a position at which pressing force of the pressing spring is a predetermined value.

Spring load adjustment structure of contact device and spring load adjustment method of contact device

A contact device includes a contact point block, a drive unit, and permanent magnets. The contact point block includes fixed terminals having fixed contact points and a movable contactor having movable contact points arranged side by side on one surface of the movable contactor. The movable contact points are configured to come into contact and out of contact with the fixed contact points. The drive unit drives the movable contactor such that the movable contact points come into contact and out of contact with the fixed contact points. The permanent magnets are arranged in a mutually opposing relationship across the contact point block along a direction orthogonal to an arrangement direction of the movable contact points and to a direction in which the movable contact points come into contact and out of contact with the fixed contact points. The permanent magnets are provided with mutually-opposing surfaces having the same polarity.

A contact apparatus includes a case; fixed terminals having the fixed contacts arranged within the case; a movable contact member having the movable contacts provided on one surface thereof so as to come into contact or out of contact with the fixed contacts; a first yoke arranged on said one surface of the movable contact member within the case, one surface of the first yoke facing an inner surface of the case and the other surface thereof facing said one surface of the movable contact member; and a second yoke arranged on the other surface of the movable contact member within the case, the second yoke having one surface facing the other surface of the first yoke through the movable contact member. The first yoke is larger in volume than the second yoke.

A diaphragm section has a mesh-like beam section which partitions the diaphragm section into a plurality of rectangular regions, and a thin film section formed in the region partitioned by the beam section, and the thickness of the thin film section is less than that of the beam section.

Pressure sensor having thin film sections

The micro relay of the present invention comprises a base substrate, an armature block, and a cover. The base substratehas a storage recessfor accommodating an electromagnetic device. The storage recess is composed of a holepenetrating the base substrateand a thin storage recess lid fixed on the one surface of the base substrate to close the hole. The electromagnetic deviceis isolated from a contact mechanism by the storage recess lidto increase the reliability of the contacts. The electromagnetic deviceincludes a yoke, a coilwound around the yoke to generate a flux in response to an exciting current, and a permanent magnetsecured to the yoke to generate a flux flowing through an armatureand the yoke. Because the permanent magnetis secured to the yoke, this micro relay can reduce the thickness.

Micro relay

In the electromagnetic switching device, it is possible to miniaturize and have low costs, have quiet operation noise, and also quickly extinguish the arc. The electromagnetic switching device has an electromagnetic actuator with a movable iron core, a pair of fixed terminals that respectively have a fixed contact point, a movable contact that has movable contact points on the right and left ends, a shaft, and an enclosing component that holds the movable contact points and the fixed contact points. The pair of movable contact points respectively contact with and detach from the pair of fixed contact points, and the pair of fixed contact points respectively conduct each other and are insulated again through the shaft by moving the movable iron core along the axis using the electric magnetic actuator. A quasi-hermetically sealed space, which is the extinguishing space, is formed by the enclosing component and a first yoke. A potting compound is charged, into the space between a body and the quasi hermitically sealed space.

Electromagnetic switching device

And, the frameis directly bonded over its entire circumference to a peripheryof the bodyand to a peripheryof the coverto define a sealed space surrounded by the frameand closed between the bodyand the coverfor accommodating the armatureand the fixed contacts and the movable contacts.

Micro-relay

A shunt resistor of the present invention has a configuration including a substantially planar resistor () having a predetermined resistance value; a first fixed terminal plate () that has one end portion () connected to an edge of the resistor (); and a second fixed terminal plate () that has one end portion () connected to the other edge of the resistor (), that has a portion in the vicinity of the end portion () which is bent substantially in the shape of the letter 'U', and that opposes at least a portion of the first fixed terminal plate (), wherein a plurality of terminal tabs () for taking a voltage drop in the resistor () as a voltage signal is provided protrusive from a side edge of the resistor (), and lead wires () are connected to the terminal tabs (). This configuration eliminates a conventional structural restriction requiring portions in the direction of to the sidewall of the resistorto be open, and consequently, enables the degree of freedom in design to be enhanced.

Shunt resistance and method of adjusting the shunt resistance

In an electromagnetic switching device including a cylindrical part made of a magnetic material with a closed bottom for housing a movable iron core having a movable contact and so constructed as to render the movable contact movable toward and away from a fixed contact, a joint member made of a metallic material with an insertion hole formed substantially in the center thereof for movably receiving a movable shaft fixedly attached to the movable iron core, and a metal plate made of a non-magnetic material with a hole formed substantially in the center thereof with the inner diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of the cylindrical part, the cylindrical part and the joint member are air-tightly jointed to each other with the metal plate provided therebetween, and the movable iron core is housed in the cylindrical part with a clearance defined between the movable iron core and the joint member corresponding to a required stroke within which the movable contact contacts the fixed contact. This arrangement provides improvement in magnetic efficiency of electromagnet of the device. Accordingly, improved energy saving performance is accomplished as compared with a case of a conventional electromagnetic switching device.

Electromagnetic switching apparatus

A contact apparatus is provided having a permanent magnet disposed in a region where a fixing contact point is mounted to a fixing contact and a movable contact to which a movable contact point is mounted. An arc generated between both the contact points is moved in a lateral direction by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet and stretched. An arc-extinguishing member which is heated by the arc for generating arc-extinguishing gas is provided such as to surround the fixing contact point and the movable contact point.
