This seal device comprises: a movable seal ring arranged so as to be deformable in the radial direction, in a state of facing an outer peripheral surface of a rotor of a steam turbine capable of rotating around the axis; a first elastic member provided to each of end surfaces of the movable seal ring in the circumferential direction; and a second elastic member that is provided to an intermediate position in the circumferential direction of the movable seal ring and urges the movable seal ring outward in the radial direction.

Seal device

A seal member is disposed between a rotor and a stator to provide a seal between the rotor and the stator. The seal member comprises: a rotary-side member fixed to a surface of the rotor opposing the stator; a fixed-side member fixed to the stator and facing the rotary-side member; and a first fin and a second fin which are disposed on one of the rotary-side member and the fixed-side member, the first fin protruding on the opposing surface side, the second fin being disposed on a lower pressure side in a rotating axis direction relative to the first fin and protruding on the opposing surface side. The thickness, in the rotating axis direction, of the second fin at the root thereof is greater than the thickness, in the rotating axis direction, of the first fin at the root thereof.

Seal member and rotary machine

A seal segment comprises: a seal body having a plurality of thin-plate seal pieces that extend while being inclined forward in a rotational direction of a rotating shaft as the pieces draw farther inward in a radial direction of the rotating shaft, and that are layered in a circumferential direction of the rotating shaft; a pair of side plates extending in the circumferential direction so as to cover the seal body from both sides with respect to an axial direction of the rotating shaft; and a housing having a housing main body that accommodates the seal body while allowing the seal body to protrude inward in the radial direction, and an extending part that is provided to an end portion of the housing main body in the circumferential direction, and that extends inward in the radial direction along an end surface of the seal body in the circumferential direction.

Seal segment and rotating machine

A sealing device seals a gap between an outer circumferential surface of a rotor and an inner circumferential surface of a stator. The sealing device includes a sealing ring provided on the stator and having a free-cutting material, in which a convex portion and a concave portion are alternately formed in an axial direction, on a surface facing the rotor; a plurality of radial fins protruding radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the rotor; and oblique fins which obliquely protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the rotor toward both ends of the free-cutting material of the sealing ring in the axial direction from the outside of the both ends.

Sealing device and rotary machine

A seal segment () includes a retainer (), a seal body () having a thin plate seal piece (), a high-pressure side plate (), a low-pressure side plate, a retainer simulating section () further extending in the circumferential direction (Dc) from an end portion of the retainer () in the circumferential direction (Dc), and a block body () including a seal body simulation section () extending inward in the radial direction (Dr) from the retainer simulation section. The high-pressure side plate () and the low-pressure side plate cover at least a part of the seal body simulation section () of the block body ().

Seal segment and rotary machine

A rotary machine includes: a stationary body having a stationary-side peripheral surface; a rotating body having a rotating-side peripheral surface facing the stationary side-peripheral surface. One surface which is one of the stationary-side peripheral surface and the rotating-side peripheral surface has an upstream-side peripheral surface, a downstream-side peripheral surface, and a rearward step surface. The other surface has an upstream-side seal fin forming a minute gap between the upstream-side seal fin and the upstream-side peripheral surface; a downstream-side seal fin forming a minute gap between the downstream-side seal fin and the downstream-side peripheral surface. The rearward step surface has a guide surface extending downstream Dawhile directed toward the other surface and connected to the upstream-side peripheral surface.

Rotary machine

In a steam turbine including a rotor including a free side end fixed by a journal bearing in a radial direction and a fixed side end fixed by a thrust bearing in an axial direction, and a casing including a fixed side end fixed by the thrust bearing in the axial direction, a casing position adjustment device is configured to adjust an axial position of the casing with respect to the rotor due to thermal expansion. The casing position adjustment device includes: a low-pressure casing end plate, which is an end plate oriented to a free side in the axial direction in a low-pressure casing of the casing, and has a diaphragm deformable in the axial direction; and actuators, which are configured to deform the low-pressure casing end plate so that the low-pressure casing end plate extends toward the free side in the axial direction.

Casing position adjustment device

A seal structure is for sealing leakage fluid flowing through a gap between a rotation member rotating about a rotation axis and a stationary member facing the rotation member. The seal structure includes seal fins projecting from a base that is one of the rotation and stationary members toward the other one, the seal fins being spaced apart from each other at a certain interval in an axial direction of the rotation axis; and a step section provided to the other one, the step section including step surfaces facing the seal fins and a riser surface between the adjacent step surfaces, the step surfaces and the riser surface defining a step portion. The seal fins are inclined upstream in a flow direction of the leakage fluid relative to a radial direction perpendicular to the rotation axis. Each seal fin and the base define a corner portion having a curved surface.

Seal structure and turbine

A seal segment () includes a seal body having a plurality of laminated thin plate seal pieces (), and a high-pressure side plate (). The high-pressure side plate () includes an outer diameter side edge portion () which is an outer edge portion in the radial direction (Dr) and extends in a circular are shape in the circumferential direction (Dc), an inner diameter side edge portion () which is an inner edge portion in a radial direction (Dr) and extends in a circular arc shape in the circumferential direction (Dc), and a front edge portion () which is an edge portion on a front side in the rotational direction (Bc). The high-pressure side plate () further includes a reinforcing portion () only in a region of the high-pressure side plate () on the front side in the rotational direction (Bc).

A seal segment includes a retainer extending in a circumferential direction of a rotary shaft on an outer circumferential side of the rotary shaft; a first seal body which has a plurality of first thin plate seal pieces extending inward in a radial direction from the retainer and laminated in the circumferential direction; a high-pressure side plate; a low-pressure side plate; and a second seal body having a plurality of second thin plate seal pieces which are laminated at an end portion of the retainer in the circumferential direction, extend inward in the radial direction, and have fluttering resistance higher than the first thin plate seal piece. The high-pressure side plate and the low-pressure side plate cover at least a part of the second seal body in the circumferential direction.

A seal device for a turbine is disposed around a rotor so as to separate a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space and includes: a plurality of thin plates arranged along an outer peripheral surface of the rotor. Each of the thin plates has a thin-plate tip surface facing the outer peripheral surface of the rotor; a first side plate disposed so as to face the high-pressure space and covering outer peripheral regions of first side surfaces; and a second side plate disposed so as to face the low-pressure space and covering outer peripheral regions of second side surfaces. The first side surface of each of the thin plates is covered with the first side plate in a region extending further to an inner side, in a radial direction of the rotor, than a region of the second side surface covered with the second side plate.

Seal device for turbine, turbine, and thin plate for seal device

A seal device for a turbine includes: a plurality of thin plates arranged along an outer peripheral surface of the rotor, each of the thin plates including a root portion disposed on an outer side in a radial direction of the rotor and supported on a stationary part of the turbine and a tip portion disposed on an inner side in the radial direction of the rotor and having a tip surface facing the outer peripheral surface of the rotor. Each of the thin plates is configured such that a width direction of the thin plate is parallel to an axial direction of the rotor at a side of the root portion, and the tip portion of each of the thin plates is configured such that an end on a side of the high-pressure space is positioned downstream of another end on a side of the low-pressure side.

A clearance-control-type seal structure including a plurality of arc-shaped grooves () formed side by side in the axial direction with respect to an inner circumferential surface of a housing () of a turbine; and abradable seal rings () having fitting parts () that are fitted into the grooves so as to leave a prescribed gap, that have extended parts () that are exposed from the housing in the radial direction toward the inside and expand in the axial direction, and that, during operation, due to back pressure inside the grooves, receive a force that moves in the radial direction toward the inside. One extended part has a protruding part extending even further in the axial direction toward the upstream side, and the other extended part has formed in an outer circumferential surface of a downstream-side end part thereof a recessed part that corresponds to the protruding part.

Clearance-control-type seal structure

A shaft sealing device includes a plurality of leaves that is arranged in a periphery of a rotating shaft and divides a space around the rotating shaft into two spaces in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and a side seal plate that is arranged on one side of the plurality of leaves in the axial direction of the rotating shaft and has an opposite surface facing a side end on one side of the plurality of leaves. The side seal plate has a friction reducing portion for reducing a friction force between the opposite surface of the side seal plate and a surface of the side end on the one side of the plurality of leaves.

Shaft sealing device, rotating machine, and method for manufacturing shaft sealing device

In a seal structure that seals a gap between a first structure and a second structure which faces the first structure in a radial direction and rotates relative to the first structure, one of the first structure and the second structure has a base surface and a step surface that protrudes toward the other side from the base surface, and the other is provided with: a first fin which extends toward the step surface and forms a first gap between the step surface; a second fin that, on the downstream side of the first fin, extends toward the base surface and forms a second gap between the base surface; and a protrusion part that is disposed between the first fin and the second fin and that divides a leak flow, into a first vortex along the first fin and a second vortex along the second fin.
