To provide a fixing device improved in fixation of an annular member to a cylindrical member. The fixing device for fixing the annular member to the cylindrical member that includes a first fixing portion and a second fixing portion. The first fixing portion includes an annular portion and an adjustment portion. The annular portion covers an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member from outward in a radial direction. A circumferential length of the annular portion is adjustable with the adjustment portion. The second fixing portion is fixed to the first fixing portion and fixed to the annular member.

Fixing device

An inclination adjusting mechanism includes a first member that is attachable to a connection portion of a lens unit that is connectable to a lens barrel; a second member that faces the first member and that is attachable to a connection portion of the lens barrel that is connectable to the lens unit; contact members that are fixed to the first member, that protrude from the first member toward the second member, and that contact the second member; and adjusting/fixing members that are capable of adjusting an inclination of the first member relative to the second member and capable of fixing the first member to the second member. The second member has an inclined surface that the contact members contact, and each of the contact members has a curved surface that contacts the inclined surface.

The adapter correcting for glass thickness includes an adapter main body, a plane parallel plate, and a retainer. The adapter main body includes an attacher/detacher capable of attaching and detaching with respect to an adapter connecter on the lens barrel; a tubular accommodator extending from the attacher/detacher toward the objective along an optical axis of the field lens; and a tongue provided on the attacher/detacher side of the accommodator. The plane parallel plate includes two mutually parallel flat surfaces and is inserted into the accommodator such that the two flat surfaces are orthogonal to the optical axis of the field lens. The retainer is attached to an end of the accommodator closest to the objective and holds the plane parallel plate between the retainer and the tongue. The accommodator is formed to have a tubular length sufficient to insert at least two plane parallel plates.

Adapter correcting for glass thickness and field lens

An optical apparatus includes a lens barrel, an optical apparatus body, a body-side mounting unit, a lens-side mounting unit and a position determination mechanism. A plurality of projection pins protrude from an outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical part of the body-side mounting unit. A groove is formed in an inner circumferential surface of the lens-side mounting unit. Cutout regions that are in communication with the groove are formed in a surface of the lens-side mounting unit that faces toward a flange part of the body-side mounting unit at positions that respectively correspond to positions of the projection pins. The position determination mechanism determines a position of the lens-side mounting unit around the optical axis of the optical apparatus body.

Optical apparatus

A bright and dark field switching device, according to the present invention, comprises a glare-proof filter and a condenser lens for a dark field, a guide mechanism , and a switching mechanism . The glare-proof filter and the condenser lens for a dark field are arranged on both sides with an optical path L of an illuminating optical system interposed therebetween. The guide mechanism holds the glare-proof filter and the condenser lens for a dark field such that they can be moved to the optical path L and can be returned from the optical path L. The switching mechanism moves the glare-proof filter and the condenser lens for a dark field to the optical path L and returns them from the optical path L. Further, the switching mechanism moves the glare-proof filter together so as to position the same on the optical path L only when returning the condenser lens for a dark field from the optical path L.
