The present invention is an induction control system for an autonomous-traveling vehicle that performs traveling and work autonomously while measuring the position of the traveling vehicle by using a satellite positioning system, the induction control system being characterized by, when the autonomous-traveling vehicle is moved backward, setting a virtual antenna position more backward, by a predetermined distance, than the antenna position of the satellite positioning system, and performing a lateral control by using a lateral deviation from a target path at the virtual antenna position. This makes it possible to travel along a pre-designed target path during a forward movement, turning, and a backward movement of the autonomous-traveling vehicle.

Guidance control system for autonomous-traveling vehicle

The hydraulic apparatus is set so that the ratio of the pressure-receiving area of the respective bottom oil chambers of the boom cylinder, the arm cylinder and the bucket cylinder to the pressure-receiving area of the respective rod oil chambers matches the ratio of the extruded volume drawn into or discharged from the bottom oil chambers per single rotation by the respective extrusion members of the first hydraulic pump motor, the second hydraulic pump motor and the third hydraulic pump motor to the volume discharged from or drawn into the rod oil chambers.

Hydraulic apparatus

A traveling vehicle includes: a vehicle body frame, a pair of right and left front crawler traveling devices, a pair of right and left rear crawler traveling devices, a front suspension device that suspends the pair of right and left front crawler traveling devices on the vehicle body frame, and a rear suspension device that suspends the pair of right and left rear crawler traveling devices on the vehicle body frame. The front suspension device integrally suspends the pair of right and left front crawler traveling devices on the vehicle body frame and allows the pair of right and left front crawler traveling devices to be swingable in the vertical direction with respect to the vehicle body frame.

The present invention relates to hydraulic equipment comprising input shaft () and output shaft; first and second plungers () and first and second spool valves () which are moved reciprocally axially; a cylinder block () which houses the plungers and spool valves and is rotated integrally with the input shaft; an input side swash plate () which touches the first plungers; and an output side swash plate () which touches the second plungers and is rotated integrally with the output shaft. The purpose of the present invention is to reduce number of parts concerning to the accuracy of the reciprocal movement of the first and second spool valves. Spool valve guides (and) on which guide grooves (and) slanted against axis of the rotary shaft are formed, and the first or second spool valve is engaged with a holding member (or) attached to the guide groove or the guide groove.

Hydraulic equipment

A hydraulic stepless transmission comprises a first hydraulic system. Formed in a cylinder block are first and second plunger holes that contain first and second plungers, respectively, a hydraulic closed circuit that connects the first and second plunger holes, and distributing valve holes that contain distributing valves, which switch flow direction of hydraulic fluid in the circuit. A shaft and cylinder block synchronously rotate, with the first and second plunger holes formed in parallel to the shaft, respectively, and the swash plate of the second hydraulic system is rotatably supported around the shaft. The first and second plungers are urged toward the swash plates by springs provided in the corresponding first and second plunger holes, respectively. The swash plate of the first hydraulic system is supported by an outer ring of a first combined thrust and radial bearing that supports the shaft, and the swash plate of the second hydraulic system is supported by an outer ring of a second combined thrust and radial bearing that supports the shaft. The movement of inner rings of the first and second combined thrust and radial bearings in an axial direction to the shaft is regulated.
