A reinforced thermoplastic resin composition which has good moldability and can increase a rigidity, impact resistance, mechanical strength, heat resistance and flame retardancy of an obtained molded article, and a molded article having a high rigidity, impact resistance, mechanical strength, heat resistance, flame retardancy, and weld strength. The reinforced thermoplastic resin composition including 80% to 100% by mass of a polycarbonate resin (A); a resin main component (C) containing 0% to 20% by mass of a specific graft copolymer (G); a polyethylene terephthalate resin (B) obtained by solid phase polymerization of recycled and/or repelletized material; an inorganic filler (D); and a glycidyl ether unit-containing polymer (E) having a mass average molecular weight of 3,800 to 60,000 at a specific ratio.

Reinforced thermoplastic resin composition and molded article thereof

A reinforced thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises a resin component (C) which consists of 80 to 100% by mass of a polycarbonate resin (A) and 0 to 20% by mass of a specific graft copolymer (G) (wherein the total amount of the polycarbonate resin (A) and the graft copolymer (G) is 100% by mass), a recycled and/or repelletized polyethylene terephthalate resin (B), an inorganic filler (D), and a glycidyl ether unit-containing polymer (E) having a weight average molecular weight of 3,800 to 60,000 in a specified ratio.

A reinforced thermoplastic resin composition is provided containing a resin main component (C) including 50% to 100% by mass of a polycarbonate resin (A) and 0% to 50% by mass of a graft copolymer (B) obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing an aromatic alkenyl compound monomer (a) and a vinyl cyanide compound monomer (b) in the presence of a rubbery polymer (B1), an inorganic filler (D), a glycidyl ether unit-containing polymer (E) having a glycidyl ether unit and a mass-average molecular mass of 3,800 to 60,000, and polyamide 6/66 (F) having a moisture content of 0.1% or less in a specific ratio.

A reinforced thermoplastic resin composition comprising specific amounts of: a main resin component (C) comprising 50 to 100% by weight of a polycarbonate resin (A) and 0 to 50% by weight of a graft copolymer (B) obtained by polymerizing an aromatic alkenyl compound monomer (a) and a vinyl cyanide compound monomer (b) in the presence of a rubber polymer (B1); a grass fiber (D); a glycidyl ether unit-containing polymer (E) containing glycidyl ether units and having a weight average molecular weight of 3,800 to 60,000; a phosphoric acid ester-based flame retardant (F); and an organomodified siloxane (G).

A reinforced thermoplastic resin composition containing, in specific proportions, a resin main component (C) composed of a polycarbonate resin (A) and an optional graft copolymer (B), an inorganic filler (D), a glycidyl ether unit-containing polymer (E) having a weight-average molecular weight of 3,800 to 60,000 (excluding (B)), and a phosphorus-containing modified polyester-based resin (H) prepared by modifying a phosphorus-containing polyester-based resin (F), which includes a dicarboxylic acid component containing a cyclic phosphorous compound of formula (1) and has a phosphorus content of at least 4% by masswith a polycarbodiimide compound (G), wherein (B) is a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing an aromatic alkenyl compound monomer (a) and a vinyl cyanide compound monomer (b) in the presence of a rubber-like polymer (B1).

A reinforced thermoplastic resin composition containing: a resin main component (C) consisting of 50 to 100% by mass of a polycarbonate resin (A) and 0 to 50% by mass of a graft copolymer (B) obtainable by polymerization of a monomer mixture containing an aromatic alkenyl compound monomer (a) and a vinyl cyanide compound monomer (b) in the presence of a rubber polymer (B1); an inorganic filler (D); a glycidyl ether unit-containing polymer (E) that has a glycidyl ether unit and has the mass average molecular weight of 3,800 to 60,000; and a specific amount of a polyamide (F) that has a moisture percentage of 0.1% by mass or less.

A reinforced thermoplastic resin composition containing: 50 to 90% by weight of a polycarbonate resin; 10 to 50% by weight of a graft copolymer in which a polymer including an aromatic alkenyl compound monomer unit and a vinyl cyanide compound monomer unit is grafted to a rubber polymer; 61 to 129 parts by weight of a grass fiber which has been surface-treated with a water-soluble polyurethane, relative to the total of 100 parts by weight of the polycarbonate resin and the graft copolymer; 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of a glycidyl ether unit-containing polymer; and 10 to 40 parts by weight of a phosphoric acid ester-based flame-retardant agent.
