A forklift includes a downstream exhaust pipe that releases engine exhaust gas into the atmosphere. The downstream exhaust pipe includes a tail pipe extending in a width direction of a vehicle body. A closure part that closes a tail pipe's opening is provided at the tail pipe's tip end portion. A first exhaust port which discharges the exhaust gas rearward from the vehicle body and a second exhaust port which discharges the exhaust gas rearward from the vehicle body at the tail pipe's tip end side with respect to the first exhaust port are provided in the tail pipe's circumferential surface portion. The first exhaust port and the second exhaust port are disposed in a region where cooling air flows. A throttling part that changes a flow path area for the exhaust gas is disposed between the first exhaust port and the second exhaust port in the tail pipe.

A vibration isolator includes: a pair of opposing members fixed to a vehicle body of the vehicle to be located on both sides of a protrusion protruding from an outer circumferential edge of the power train in a direction perpendicular to the principal axes of inertia to oppose to each other in the direction about the principal axes of inertia; a precompressed part provided on part of each of the opposing members facing the protrusion to be precompressed by the opposing member and the protrusion in the direction about the principal axes of inertia; and a contacting part provided on part of each of the opposing members facing the protrusion to be spaced from the protrusion, and contacts the protrusion when the power train vibrates in the direction about the principal axes of inertia.

Vibration isolator

A battery stopper stops a battery from slipping from a battery compartment in a frame of a vehicle. The battery compartment has a side opening which enables the battery to be taken in and out of the battery compartment. The battery stopper includes a stopper member capable of closing the side opening so as to cross the side opening. The stopper member is pivotally supported by a pair of frame-side fixed members that are located on both sides of the side opening, thereby enabling the side opening to be opened and closed.

A control unit cooling device for an industrial vehicle that can efficiently cool the control unit, wherein the control unit includes a cooling portion integrally formed with an electric circuit. In one embodiment of the invention, the control unit cooling device may be implemented on an industrial vehicle, such as a counterbalanced forklift. The cooling device has a first air current generation mechanism and a second air current generation mechanism. The first air current generation mechanism generates a first air current from air drawn in from the outside of a vehicle body. The first air current cools the electric circuit. The second air current generation mechanism generates a second air current from air drawn in from the outside of the vehicle body. The second air current cools the cooling portion. This efficiently cools the control unit.
