A battery device includes a battery pack, a circuit substrate which acquires battery information on the battery pack or controls charge and discharge of the battery pack, a switch including a first power element or a second power element, and a heat radiator. The switch is a device controlling input and output of electric power to and from the battery pack, and an exterior part of the switch is arranged away from the circuit substrate. The heat radiator is a member made of a material having thermal conductivity, and is in direct contact with or indirect contact via a heat conductor with the exterior part of the switch so that heat of the switch can be transferred.

Battery device

A battery pack includes: an assembled battery having battery cells; a battery case that houses the assembled battery; a wiring case assembled to the battery case; and an elastic member held between the battery cell and the wiring case. A safety valve is formed on one surface of the battery cell. The elastic member has a first end surface that comes in contact with a region in which the safety valve is not formed on the one surface of the battery cell, and a second end surface that comes in contact with a facing surface of the wiring case that faces the one surface. The wiring case has a regulation member that comes in contact with a side surface of the elastic member which connects the first end surface to the second end surface.

Battery pack

A battery unit includes a battery module having a plurality of batteries that are lined next to each other, and a case that accommodates the battery module. An intermediate heat releasing member that is configured to release heat from a center position to the case is arranged in a center position, between the plurality of batteries in the battery unit.

Battery unit

A battery unit is provided which includes a control board, a storage case, a water detector, and an electrical conductor. The storage case is made of an assembly of a first and a second casing member. The first casing member has an upright wall which extends from the bottom thereof and surrounds the battery. The second casing member also has an extension which extends toward the bottom of the first casing member. The water detector is located close to the lower end of the extension of the second casing member. The electric conductor extends upward from the upper end of the extension and are electrically joined to the water detector. The electric conductor is also mechanically and electrically joined to the control board. This structure facilitates the ease with which the water detector is installed electrically and mechanically in the battery unit.

Structure of battery unit suitable for installation of water damage sensor

A battery unit is provided which includes a battery and a storage case in which the battery is mounted. The storage case is made up of a base, a cover, and an intermediate case. The cover is jointed to the base with an interspace therebetween. The intermediate case is disposed between the cover and the base and has a peripheral wall which occupies the interspace. The intermediate case is lower in stiffness than the cover and the base, thereby realizing a lightweight structure of the storage case without sacrificing the mechanical strength thereof.

Lightweight and rigid structure of battery unit

In a brake apparatus, a pump sucks brake fluid and discharges the brake fluid through a pump discharge conduit. Orifices are connected in series with one another with respect to brake fluid flow discharged from the pump and restrict the brake fluid flow. Because the orifices are formed for restricting brake fluid pulsation, the brake fluid pressure discharged from the pump decreases gradually. Therefore, cavitations are not generated at lower reaches of the orifices because the brake fluid pressure does not decrease rapidly. As a result, the brake apparatus decreases or restricts undesirable noise.
