An intermediate member that enables enhancement of ease of fabrication of a wire harness and a wire harness including such an intermediate member are provided. A wire harness is divided into an intermediate member placed in an intermediate portion of the wire harness and two terminal members placed at respective terminals of the wire harness and to be connected to equipment. After being separately fabricated, the intermediate member and the two terminal members are connected together, whereupon fabrication of the wire harness is completed. The intermediate member includes one or a plurality of intermediate conducting paths, intermediate routing path retaining means retaining a cable routing path geometry of the intermediate conducting paths; intermediate shield means covering and shielding the intermediate conducting paths; and intermediate protection means covering and protecting the intermediate conducting paths.

[Problem] To provide a wire harness allowing a relatively large number of electrical wires to be passed under the floor of a vehicle body. [Means for Solving Problem] A wire harnessis provided with a plurality of high-voltage electrical wires, a protection memberwhich protects the high-voltage electrical wires, fixed memberswhich fix the wire harness in a vehicle, and a low-voltage electrical wire. The protection memberhas two protection members for body under floorand a body under floor protection member. The protection members thereof are flat-corrugated tubes. In the two protection members for body under floor protection member, circuitswhich have the plurality of high-voltage electrical wiresare respectively received. Also, in the protection memberfor body under floor, a circuitwhich has the low-voltage electrical wireis received. The two protection membersand the protection memberare arranged side by side.

Wire harness

A wire harness includes a conduction path, and a flexible sheathing member through which the conduction path passes and which has recessed sections and protruded sections. The recessed sections and the protruded sections extend in a circumferential direction on the surface of the sheathing member and are formed alternately along a longitudinal direction of the sheathing member. A curing-type adhesive or resin containing the adhesive is supplied to the recessed sections of a bent part which is formed when the wire harness is bent, and cured while the bent part is maintained in a bent shape.

Wire harness and method of maintaining shape thereof

A wire harness for which an exterior member can be maintained in a desired shape is provided. A flexible, tubular corrugated tube () which covers electric wires () and a route keeping tape () which is more difficult to extend or buckle in the widthwise direction than the corrugated tube () are included, and the route keeping tape () is wound helically around a bent part (), which is formed by bending the corrugated tube (), along the longitudinal direction.

A wire harness includes a tubular sheathing member that covers at least one conduction path, and at least one path-maintaining member that is formed in flat plate shape corresponding to a bent part formed by bending the sheathing member. A tape is wrapped around the path-maintaining member while the path-maintaining member is placed along the bent part.

A wire harness includes a coaxial conducting wire including a plurality of high voltage paths which are coaxially aligned, a covering member, accommodating the coaxial conducting wire, and a terminal, connected to one of the high voltage paths disposed outside of another one of the high voltage paths, and including a tubular portion coaxial to the coaxial conducting wire. The terminal includes a connection tubular portion as the tubular portion, a crimping tubular portion connecting the one of the high voltage paths to the connection tubular portion by crimping, and an outside connection terminal integrated with the connection tubular portion.

A high voltage conductive wire includes a first conductor, configured to perform as one of a plus pole and a minus pole, a first insulator, provided outside of the first conductor, a second conductor, configured to perform as the other of the plus pole and the minus pole, provided outside of the first insulator, and formed by a metallic pipe, and a second insulator, provided outside of the second conductor so as to cover an outer face of the second conductor. A cross sectional area of the second conductor is set corresponding to a cross sectional area of the first conductor. The second conductor is configured to hold a shape itself so as to be arranged along an arrangement pathway.

High voltage conductive wire and wire harness

A wiring harness includes: a harness main body having a plurality of high voltage electrically conductive paths; and a half pipe as a harness attachment member. The half pipe is formed in a substantially roof gutter shape. The half pipe is provided on a cabling target portion of a vehicle floor where the harness main body is cabled and fixed to the vehicle floor with the substantially roof gutter shape.

Wiring harness

Provided are a braided shield member, a manufacturing method of a braided shield member and a wire harness which make it possible to demonstrate shielding performance sufficiently. The braided shield member constituting the wire harness includes a tubular body part and a tubular terminal part. The braided shield member is formed so that the terminal part is formed in a two-folded structure of an outside terminal part and an inside terminal part. Further, the braided shield member is formed so that metal wires are in a loose state inside stitches of the outside terminal part.

The buffer performance of the buffering partdepends on flexibility and resiliency of a corrugate tubeand on a circular shape formed between a holding position of the retainerand the neighbor of the end of the wiring harness

In a first production process, firstly, a flat corrugate tubehaving a necessary length for wiring is prepared. Next, a grommetand a protectorare assembled with the flat corrugate tubeat predetermined positions. In a second production process, high-voltage power linesand low-voltage electric wiresare inserted into the flat corrugate tubefrom the one openingtoward the other opening. In a third production process, ends of the high-voltage power linesand the low-voltage electric wiresexposed from the one openingand the other openingof the flat corrugate tubeare treated. When the third production process is finished, the production of the wiring harnessis finished.

Method for producing wiring harness

This invention is to provide a protector capable of discharging water into an outside and a wire harness including the protector. A drainage hole is formed as a portion so as to discharge water collecting in an electrical wire receiving portion into an outside. The drainage hole is formed so as to penetrate through the electrical wire receiving portion and toward the rear of a vehicle. Further, the drainage hole is formed so as to gradually slope from the electrical wire receiving portion toward the ground surface. The drainage hole is a through hole which is formed at a position near an end portion of a protection member for the vehicle interior. The drainage hole is formed and located in a portion of the wire harness which is the closest to the ground surface.

A water stopping structure includes a water stopping member that has an outer peripheral face which is inclined with respect to an axis direction of a shielded wire, and that is adapted to contract a diameter thereof and attached on an outer face of the shielded wire in a state that the outer peripheral face of the water stopping member is positioned to an end portion of the sheath which is adjacent to an exposed portion of the outer sheath, and a fastening ring that has an inner peripheral face which is corresponded to the outer peripheral face of the water stopping member in inclination. The fastening ring is slid in the axis direction of the shielded wire so as to press the end portion of the sheath of the shielded wire for contracting the diameter of the water stopping member in a state that the inner peripheral face of the fastening ring is arranged on the outer peripheral face of the water stopping member.
