Access points are grouped into access point groups. An access point group table that stores correlation between the access point groups and the access points and a terminal position table that manages the correlation between the access point groups and a terminal are provided for a position managing server that manages the position of the terminal. An access point notifies the position managing server of the identifier of the access point itself and the identifier of the terminal being connected to the access point. In the position managing server, an access point group to which the access point belongs is found by searching the access point group table. The terminal is registered in the column of 'access point group' of the terminal position table.

A liquid crystal display panel including two substrates combined together through a sealing material applied to a peripheral portion thereof. A liquid crystal is sealed between the substrates, and there is a picture-frame area on the substrates, outside a display area and inside a region where the sealing material is formed. A method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display device in which liquid crystal is sealed between substrates using a one drop fill method. Dropping of liquid crystal is controlled so that the dropping quantity of the liquid crystal is reduced in an area including the vicinity of a seal material on a side with a relatively narrow cell gap width while the dropping quantity of the liquid crystal is increased in an area including the vicinity of the seal material on a side with a relatively broad cell gap width. Alternatively, dropping of the liquid crystal is controlled so that the number of times the liquid crystal is dropped is reduced in the area including the vicinity of the seal material on one side while the number of times the liquid crystal is dropped is increased in the area including the vicinity of the seal material on another side without changing the dropping quantity of one drop.

A method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display panel includes coating a resin film on one of a pair of substrates facing each other and patterning the resin film to form pillar spacers. The surface of the substrate where the pillar spacers have been formed is optically cleaned, and alignment film is formed on the optically cleaned substrate. In the optical cleaning process, a light source having an emission peak in a wavelength range of 180 nm or less, or 260 nm or more, and not having an emission peak in a wavelength range from 180 nm to 260 nm is used.

The STM time slot and ATM time slot are identified by the STM/ATM identifier. The STM time slot is stored by multiplexing a plurality of STM data.
