Superconducting coil assemblies () in which a plurality of coil units () composed of superconducting material are arranged coaxial to the same direction, and including magnetic field adjusting members () composed of ferrite, powder metallurgical core, or permendur powder, which have higher magnetic permeability than said superconducting material and are provided in the vicinities of said coil units.

Superconducting coil apparatus and inductor-type synchronous machine

An inductor-type synchronous machine having an axial gap structure, which has a shaft portion at the center thereof, the machine includes: a field-side stator which has a yoke made of a magnetic material and a field body protruding from the yoke in an axial direction of the shaft portion to form an N pole and an S pole in a radial direction; a rotor which has N pole inductors disposed so as to be opposed to the N pole formed by the field body and S pole inductors disposed so as to be opposed to the S pole formed by the field body; and an armature-side stator in which an armature coil is disposed so as to be opposed to the N pole inductors and the S pole inductors.

Inductor-type synchronous machine

A superconducting device includes a coil formed of a superconducting wire, an iron core to which the coil is attached, and a magnetic material arranged in a magnetic circuit and magnetized by magnetic flux. The magnetic circuit is generated by energization of the coil and passes through the iron core. A gap is formed between the coil and the iron core, or/and a nonmagnetic material is interposed between the coil and the iron core.

Superconducting device and axial-type superconducting motor

Axial gap type superconducting motor

An axial motor includes an armature side stator (), a pair of rotors, and a pair of stators, which are arranged with gaps left therebetween in the axial direction of a drive shaft (). The armature side stator () includes armature coils (). The pair of rotors are a first rotor () and a second rotor () that are arranged on both sides of the stator () and include inducers (). The pair of stators are a first field side stator () and a second field side stator () that are arranged respectively on oppositely spacing sides of the first rotor and the second rotor. The first and second rotors () are mounted to the drive shaft (). The first and second field side stators () include respectively first and second field coils () arranged in a toric form about the axis of the drive shaft (). The first and second field coils () are supplied with currents in opposed directions such that magnetic fluxes are generated in the first and second field coils () in opposed directions.

Axial motor

A magnetizing device for superconductor and a superconducting synchronous machine are provided capable of constituting more compact and simple equipment that uses a superconductor as a magnet. The magnetizing device for superconductor includes a superconductor (); a coolant chamber () for cooling the superconductor () down to or below a critical temperature at which the transition to a superconducting state occurs; coils (') for generating a magnetic field equal to or higher than a critical magnetic field in which the intrusion of a magnetic flux into the superconductor () starts, around the superconductor () cooled down to or below the critical temperature at which the transition to the superconducting state occurs; and position modification means capable of arranging the superconductor () on a disk () and modifying the relative positional relationship with the coils (&#x2032;).

Superconductor magnetizing device and superconducting synchronization device

In a cooling structure of a superconducting motor in which a superconducting coil is attached to a rotor, grooves are concavely provided on an outer surface of a rotating shaft that penetrates and is fixed to the rotor. A refrigerant is circulated through a refrigerant circulation pipe disposed inside the grooves to that the superconducting coil is cooled by the refrigerant.

Cooling structure of superconducting motor

An inductor-type synchronous machine includes field stators having field elements by which an N-pole and an S-pole are concentrically formed, rotors to which a rotating shaft is fixed and has N-pole inductors disposed so as to face the N-pole of the field elements and S-pole inductors disposed so as to face the S-pole of the field elements, and an armature stator having armature coils disposed so as to face the N-pole inductors and the S-pole inductors.

A piezoelectric transformer inverter includes: a piezoelectric transformer, one of whose primary electrodes is grounded, which performs voltage conversion of alternating voltage or direct current voltage applied between the primary electrodes and supplies the converted voltage to a load connected to a secondary electrode; a drive unit for supplying alternating voltage or direct current voltage between the primary electrodes of the piezoelectric transformer; a low-pass type resonance circuit unit inserted between the output of the drive unit and the primary electrodes of the piezoelectric transformer; a duty control unit for controlling ON-Duty of the drive unit so that a value of current flowing into the load coincides with a targeted current value; a phase-difference detection unit for detecting a phase difference between the input voltage and the output voltage of the piezoelectric transformer; and a frequency control unit for controlling a driving frequency of the drive unit.

Piezoelectric transformer inverter

A power apparatus includes a compensator which is capable of enabling phase to lead as the frequency increases, even if gain increases, as shown in a Bode diagram, so as to operate stably. The power apparatus includes a power converter for controlling a voltage from a power source and supplying it to a load, a smoothing circuit which is connected between the power converter and the load, and a controller for controlling the power converter, wherein the controller is formed of an amplifier, first to seventh (or eighth) resistors, and first and second capacitors, arranged to provide specific transfer functions.

Power apparatus

A power supply includes a power converter 2 for generating an output voltage to be supplied to a load 3 from a power source 4, a filter 5 connected between power converter 2 and load 3, and a controller 10 for controlling the power converter 2, in which controller 10 applies a voltage instruction value v.sub.r applied as an input to circuitry which implements an operation element A defined as: ##EQU1## subtracts the output voltage from instruction voltage v.sub.r, and applies the difference to power converter 2.
