A maximum output creator is provided with: a temperature reception unit that receives an intake temperature, which is the temperature of air taken in by a compressor of a gas turbine; a change reception unit that receives the details of a change to a maximum opening degree in an intake quantity adjuster of the compressor; a basic maximum output computation unit that determines a basic maximum output of the gas turbine on the basis of the intake temperature received by the temperature reception unit; a coefficient creation unit that creates a maximum output correction coefficient for correcting the basic maximum output on the basis of the details of the change to the maximum opening degree received by the change reception unit and the intake temperature received by the temperature reception unit; and a maximum output correction unit that corrects the basic maximum output using the maximum output correction coefficient.

An output corrector is provided with an adjustment coefficient creating unit which creates an adjustment coefficient, an output adjusting unit which adjusts a control output using the adjustment coefficient, and an output accepting unit which accepts an output from an output meter for detecting the output of a gas turbine. The adjustment coefficient creating unit includes a first coefficient element calculating unit which calculates a first coefficient element, a second coefficient element calculating unit which calculates a second coefficient element, and an adjustment coefficient calculating unit which calculates the adjustment coefficient using the first and second coefficient elements. The first coefficient element is the ratio of an immediately preceding output in an immediately preceding time period, to a reference output at a reference time point in the past. The second coefficient element is the ratio of the current output in the current time period, to the immediately preceding output.

A gas turbine apparatus includes a turbine configured to be driven by a combustion gas from a combustor, an exhaust passage, an extraction line configured to extract a fluid from a combustor casing, a cooling part disposed in the extraction line and configured to cool the fluid, a return line for returning the fluid from the cooling part to an inside of the combustor casing, the return line being connected to the extraction line downstream of the cooling part, a bypass line for introducing the fluid from the cooling part to the exhaust passage by bypassing the turbine, the bypass line branching from the return line, and a communication state switching part for controlling a communication state between the extraction line and the combustor casing via the return line, and a communication state between the extraction line and the exhaust passage via the bypass line.
