When bus bars are covered with covering parts and high-voltage conducting paths are formed and further the ends of the high-voltage conducting paths are provided with a motor side connector and an inverter side connector, formation of a wire harness is completed. Since the wire harness has a shape holding part, the whole bus bar is not a rigid body. The wire harness has plasticity. Since the shape holding part holds the shape at a point in time of stopping a bend process, the wire harness can be formed in a desired bend shape.

Wire harness, method for transporting wire harness with device, and method for connecting devices with wire harness

A corrugated tube is formed in a cylindrical shape to cover an electric wire that is made of at least a conductive material, extends in one direction, and inserted into the corrugated tube. A holding member is fixed to the corrugated tube. A tie band fixes a part of the electric wire to the holding member, the part being extended outwardly from the corrugated tube. With this constitution, the electric wire inserted into the corrugated tube can be fixed to the holding member fixed to the corrugated tube by the tie band thus fixing the electric wire to the corrugated tube formed in a cylindrical shape.

Fixing structure for wiring material and wire harness

A wire harness includes a conductive path configured to electrically connect between high-voltage devices. The conductive path includes a main line and a branch line that branches from the main line. An overcurrent cut-off portion is disposed on a way of the branch line to cut off an overcurrent.

Wire harness

A wire harness which electrically connects high-voltage devices includes a conductive path that is used as a trunk cable, a branch cable that branches from the trunk cable, and a branch connecting portion which connects the trunk cable with the branch cable, wherein the trunk cable has a trunk cable-side conductor exposed portion where a cover of the trunk cable lying in a predetermined position of the trunk cable is removed, the branch cable has a branch cable-side conductor exposed portion where a cover of the branch cable lying a predetermined position of the branch cable is removed, the trunk cable-side conductor exposed portion is connected with the branch cable-side conductor exposed portion at the branch connecting portion, and the branch connecting portion has an insulating and waterproofing portion which functions as an insulating portion and a waterproofing portion.

A corrugated tube includes: a tubular body including outer-face bellows recess sections outer-face bellows protruding sections in a circumferential direction as viewed from an outside, wherein the outer-face bellows recess section and the outer-face bellows protruding section are alternately arranged continuously in an axial direction of the tubular body. Deep groove sections are formed in some of the outer-face bellows recess sections. The deep groove section has: a shape being recessed partially in a predetermined range in the circumferential direction; a shape protruding toward an inner side of the tubular body; and a shape having a pair of tapered sections as viewed from the axial direction of the tubular body.

Corrugated tube and wire harness

A shield member capable of preventing the break of a metallic foil due to the bend of the metallic foil and bringing the shielding capability is provided. The shield member includes a metallic foil formed in a tubular shape, to be provided for covering and surrounding one or more conducting paths. At least one of a wrinkled part and an axially-uneven part is formed in the metallic foil at least in correspondence with a bent position of the one or more conducting paths. At least one of the wrinkled part and the axially-uneven part is formed over one loop of the metallic foil.

Shield member for conducting path and wire harness

To provide a wiring harness and a routing structure of the wiring harness able to prevent high temperature and its influence caused by heat generation. A wiring harness includes a harness main body having a plurality of high voltage conducting lines. The high voltage conducting lines are arranged with gaps between the adjacent high voltage conducting lines. Further, the plurality of high voltage conducting lines are arranged to maintain an interval as the gap. It becomes a routing structure of the wiring harness when curved portions of such high voltage conducting lines are directly or indirectly made contact with a shield cover covering the wiring harness. Because the high voltage conducting lines of the wiring harness are arranged with gaps between the adjacent high voltage conducting lines, radiation performance of the wiring harness is better than the wiring harness of which high voltage conducting lines are bundled.

Wiring harness and routing structure of the same

A waterproofing structure includes one or multiple insulated core wires; a shielding member configured to collectively cover the one or multiple insulated core wires; a sheath provided on the outside of the shielding member; and a waterproofing member provided at a target part of waterproofing. The target part of waterproofing is positioned where a sheath end portion is formed by cutting away the sheath to a predetermined length, and the shielding member is exposed from the sheath end portion. The waterproofing member is shaped to include a bottomed cylindrical body including a bottom portion, and one or multiple tubular portions which open up the bottom portion and continue with an outer surface of the bottom portion.

Waterproofing structure, waterproofing method and wire harness

A wire harness includes a tubular shaped exterior member, a conductive path protected by the exterior member, and a vibration suppression member post-fitted to the conductive path and disposed inside the exterior member. The exterior member is formed into a shape having no slit. Ribs are formed in an outer circumferential surface of the vibration suppression member so as to be disposed at circumferential intervals. The rib is formed into a shape in which a front end surface thereof in a protruding direction thereof protrudes to a position near an inner surface of the exterior member or to a position contacting the inner surface.

An exterior member which is tubular and which accommodates and protects one or multiple conductive paths, the exterior member is provided with a non-slit shape and multiple projections which project on a tube inner surface of the exterior member. The multiple projections respectively have substantially arc-like shapes extending in a tube inner peripheral direction, and the multiple projections are arranged zigzag alternately along a tube axial direction.

Exterior member and wire harness

A rear holder is attached to a wire lead-out opening for leading out an electric wire from a housing. The rear holder includes an inner holder. An inner circumferential surface of a through hole of the rear holder is formed so that a part of the inner circumferential surface includes a small diameter portion and the remaining part includes a large diameter portion. A hood portion having an arc shape is provided in the inner holder, and the hood portion is formed so that, in a state that the inner holder is assembled to the rear holder, the hood portion is inserted into the large diameter portion while each of opposite circumferential ends of the hood portion abuts against a step surface in a border between the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion.

Rear holder capable of absorbing dimensional variations in electric wires

A wire harness which can absorb a position shift or a dimensional tolerance related to mounting or the like sufficiently is provided. A wire harness () includes a harness body (), a motor side connector () provided at one end of the harness body (), and an inverter side connector () provided at the other end of the harness body (). The harness body () includes high voltage conduction paths (), and an electromagnetic shielding member () which collectively covers the high voltage conduction paths (). The high voltage conduction path () includes a conductor body (), connecting parts () and a mold part (). The conductor body () is provided with a tolerance absorbing part ().

A female terminal assembly includes: a female terminal body in which a male terminal receiving space is formed internally; and a cylindrical spring contact which is received in the male terminal receiving space from a male terminal insertion side of the female terminal body. A lock portion formed at a male terminal insertion-side end portion of the spring contact is fixed to a male terminal insertion-side end portion of the female terminal body.

Female terminal assembly

A waterproof structure for a conductive path for waterproofing a conductive path without imposing an unnecessary load on a conductor, including a plurality of grooves formed on an outer circumferential surface of an insulator of a wire. The groovesare formed within a predetermined range on the outer circumferential surface of the insulator and an overmold part is a seal member made of an elastomer, and is disposed and formed within the predetermined range of an electric wire to prevent water from entering the conductive path.

Waterproof structure for conductive path

A wiring harness can include a plurality of high-voltage electrical conduction paths, a motor connector provided at one ends of the high-voltage electrical conduction paths, and an inverter connector provided at the other ends of the high-voltage electrical conduction paths. An extra-length portion can be provided at an intermediate portion of the conductor. The extra-length portion can be configured to absorb displacement caused by a force acting upon the wiring harness and forcing it to be extended. The extra-length portion can take a folded shape obtained by folding the conductor.
