According to the method of producing organic pigment fine particles of the present invention, when producing organic pigment fine particles by allowing two or more solutions at least one of which is an organic pigment solution in which an organic pigment is dissolved to flow through a microchannel, the organic pigment solution flows through the microchannel in a non-laminar state. Accordingly, the contact area of solutions per unit time can be increased and the length of diffusion mixing can be shortened, and thus instantaneous mixing of solutions becomes possible. As a result, nanometer-scale monodisperse organic pigment fine particles can be produced in a stable manner.

Organic pigment fine particles and method of producing the same

According to a blood plasma collection tool of the present invention, a phenomenon that blood cells in blood spontaneously precipitate due to an effect of gravitational force takes place in the very narrow microspace (separation part) having the very narrow depth in the direction of gravitational force of not greater than 1 mm, and the overflow channel functions as a dam against the separation part so that the blood plasma separated out as supernatant fluid can overflow beyond the overflow channel, whereby the blood cells separated out can be prevented from entering the collection part. Therefore, blood plasma can be collected by accurately and readily separating blood plasma and blood cells in a small amount of blood from each other in a short time, using a small tool having a simple structure.

Method and tool for collecting blood plasma

In a micro chemical apparatus, guide walls as physical barriers are provided at a region where fluid A and fluid B as unmixed raw materials and a product are discharged so that, when the fluid A and the fluid B as raw materials are charged, only the portion in which the fluid A and the fluid B are mixed and allowed to react with each other by molecular diffusion of the raw materials is discharged. As a result, only the product is in the range between the two guide walls, and the product can be selectively taken out of the outlet.

The present invention provides a method for producing an inorganic fine particle comprising the step of: reacting two or more reaction solutions for forming an inorganic fine particle while the reaction solutions flow in a non-laminar flow state in a microchannel, thereby form the inorganic fine particle, and an inorganic fine particle produced by the production method. The method for producing an inorganic fine particle of the present invention can stably produce monodisperse inorganic fine particles of nanometer size and allows for flexible response to formulation conditions (e.g., varying flow rate ratios between reaction solutions to be mixed) and for high-throughput production.

Reaction method using microreactor

In a microreactor in which a plurality of fluids Land Lare led through their respective feed channels to merge in one reaction channel and react with each other while circulating, a spiral reaction channel is formed by cutting a spiral screw thread on either the outer surface of a round-bar-shaped core member or the inner surface having a circular cross section of an outer cylindrical member and engaging the outer surface of the core member in close contact with the inner surface of the outer cylindrical member.

Two or more solutions comprising an organic pigment solution in which an organic pigment is dissolved in a good solvent, and a poor solvent compatible with the good solvent, or a solution of the poor solvent are allowed to flow through a microchannel in a non-laminar state; and organic pigment fine particles are deposited from the organic pigment solution in a course of flowing through the microchannel by changing the solubility of the organic pigment solution with the poor solvent or the solution of the poor solvent. There is provided a microdevice in which a plurality of fluids L, Land Lare caused to pass through respective fluid supply passages and flow together in one mixing reaction flow path, and the fluids are diffused in the normal direction of the contact interface thereof while being allowed to flow as a thin layer shaped laminar flow, by which mixing or reaction is carried out. Production method of silver halide photographic emulsion and production apparatus thereof

A method and an apparatus for precisely controlling flow rate of reactant solution such as silver nitrate solution or halide salt solution which is added into a precipitation vessel. The method comprises applying a pressure to each source of said two solutions and controlling both said applied pressure and a flow resistance of each feed lines of said two solutions so that each flow rate of the two solutions to be added into the precipitation vessel can be adjusted to a predetermined value. The apparatus comprises a storage vessel for the reactant, a feed line to feed the reactant into the precipitation vessel and a flow rate controller, wherein the storage vessel is connected to a pressure controller which includes a pressure vessel pressurized with air or other gases and a pressure control valve, the feed line has a pressure sensor for detecting a pressure inside the feed line, a flow meter and a flow path opening controller along its line in order, the flow rate controller controls the flow rate of the reactant fed into the precipitation vessel by controlling the pressure control valve and the flow path opening controller.
