A noise current absorber includes a pair of split magnetic bodies formed by equally splitting an annular magnetic body into an open annular shape, and a pair of housing parts capable of housing the split magnetic bodies. The pair of housing parts are coupled, and thus the pair of split magnetic bodies are abutted into an annular shape. The pair of housing parts include a first spring and a pair of second springs. The first spring is disposed in a central region of a bottom surface of the housing part facing the split magnetic body. The pair of second springs are disposed on both sides of the first spring.

Noise current absorber

A noise current absorber including a pair of housing parts capable of housing each of the pair of magnetic bodies, wherein the pair of magnetic bodies forms an overall cylindrical shape or a ring shape when abutted against each other; an engaging portion and an engaged portion capable of maintaining a closed state of the pair of housing parts; and a wall molded integrally with at least a first housing part of the pair of housing parts, adjacent to an abutting surface of at least the first housing part against a second housing part of the pair of housing parts, the wall protruding to a side where the second housing part abuts.

A holder for a noise current absorber in one aspect of the invention comprises a pair of accommodating portions, and one or more pairs of an engaging portion and an engaged portion. The accommodating portion accommodates a magnetic body. The engaging portion and the engaged portion are engaged with each other and maintain a state that a pair of the magnetic bodies exhibits a cylindrical shape or an annular shape. The engaging portion and the engaged portion form a through hole that penetrates in an insertion direction of the engaging portion. When at least one of the engaging portion and the engaged portion is elastically deformed by using a jig inserted in the through hole, engagement between the engaging portion and the engaged portion is released.

Holder and noise current absorber

In a bus bar assembly includes a magnetic body having at least a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole and a bus bar. The bus bar is configured so that directions of electrical current flowing through it are opposed to each other at least once. The magnetic body includes a middle leg in the middle region located between portions of the bus bar. At least the middle leg defines a gap rendering a magnetic field discontinuous. The bus bar is configured to extend through the first insertion hole of the magnetic body from a first side of the magnetic body to a second side opposed to the first side with respect to an extending direction of the bus bar and further through the second insertion hole from the second side to the first side. The middle leg is located between the first and second insertion holes.

Bus bar assembly

A retainer includes a pair of housings having opening surfaces; a connecting portion connecting outer peripheral surfaces of the pair of housings. The retainer is configured to be at a closed state with the opening surfaces of the pair of housing put together and to be at an open state with the opening surfaces of the pair housings separated. Parts of wall surfaces, constituting the housings, are structured as flexible walls capable of deforming, and the connecting portion is connected to the flexible walls.

Retainer and noise current absorber

A ferrite clamp includes a pair of divided cores, each being formed in an open circular shape; and a pair of case parts, each being adapted to hold each of the divided cores. When the case parts are assembled with each other, the pair of divided cores held by the case parts constitute a circular magnetic core having an insertion hole to insert an electric cable therethrough. The case part includes, in a portion thereof to hold an outer peripheral surface of the divided core, a protruding portion which is outwardly convex.

Ferrite clamp

A vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft is superior in maneuverability, safety, and mobility. The aircraft has turbofan engines with separate core engines having fan engines used commonly for cruising and lifting up. The thrust from the fan engines can be directed to all directions by supporting the fan engines of the turbofan engines with separate core engines with biaxial support so that the fan engines are rotatable in the direction of pitching and rolling. The fan engines are mounted on both sides of each of front and rear sings. With this construction, the VTOL aircraft can cruise and hover by tilting the fan engines about the two axes while using the fan engines commonly for cruising and hovering.

Vertical takeoff and landing aircraft

A method of forming a magnetic body, alternative to a ferrite core, on a printed circuit board is provided. A printed circuit board is set in a mold and injection molding is conducted. The mold comprises a fixed plate, an intermediate plate and a movable plate. A cavity in the intermediate plate is filled with a melted material (i.e., mixture of resin and magnetic filler) supplied via a sprue and a runner. A cavity in the movable plate is also filled with the material supplied to the cavity in the intermediate plate through a hole in the printed circuit board. When a magnetic body for noise control is directly injection molded onto the printed circuit board in such a way, no gap appears between the magnetic body and the printed circuit board. As a result, the magnetic body functions well as desired.

Forming method of magnetic body and printed circuit board

A thermal conductive sheet with conductive foil is obtained by press bonding a magnetic foil to a thermal conductive layer via a primer layer. Since the primer layer contains a thermal conductive filler, it has high thermal conductivity and does not interrupt thermal conduction from the thermal conductive layer to the magnetic foil. It also spontaneously destroys a skin layer on the surface of the thermal conductive layer upon the press bonding. Accordingly, the thermal conductive sheet with conductive foil of the present invention improves thermal conduction from the thermal conductive layer to the conductive foil, eliminating the unfavorable effects of the skin layer and the primer layer, and thus improves heat radiation of the thermal conductive sheet with conductive foil.

Process for forming thermal conductive sheet

An electric noise absorber for preventing looseness of magnetic body parts in a closed housing, without increasing the number of parts or decreasing the strength of the housing. The housing comprises a pair of case halves which house ferrite core halves, respectively, and are hinged to each other. The bottom wall of each case half is formed with a curved shape convex toward the space housing the ferrite core half. When the case halves are closed with the ferrite cores therein, the ferrite cores press each other toward respective bottom walls and resiliently deform the walls. The resilience of the deformed bottom walls urges abutting surfaces of the ferrite cores into close contact.

An electric noise absorber provided with first, second and third magnetic body parts in first, second and third housing sections, respectively. Grooves are provided to form a first hollow in which an electric wire is placed between the first and second magnetic body parts when the magnetic body parts are connected by abutting faces. Moreover, grooves are provided to form a second hollow in which an electric wire is placed between the second and third magnetic body parts when the magnetic body parts are connected by abutting faces. The electric wire is wound desired times around the second housing section with the second magnetic body housed therein along the grooves in the opposite faces of the second magnetic body, and the first and third housing sections are closed, so that the electric noises flowing through the electric wire can effectively be absorbed.
