A raw material fluid treatment plant is provided with a raw material reaction apparatus for reacting a raw material fluid to form a reaction gas. The raw material reaction apparatus includes preheaters and a reactor. The preheaters are heat exchangers that perform heat exchange between a second heat transfer medium and the raw material fluid to heat the raw material fluid. The reactor is a heat exchanger that performs heat exchange between a first heat transfer medium differing from the second heat transfer medium and the raw material fluid having been heated by the preheaters to heat and react the raw material fluid.

Raw material fluid treatment plant and raw material fluid treatment method

A raw material fluid treatment plant provided with a raw material reaction apparatus for reacting a raw material fluid to form a reaction gas. The raw material reaction apparatus includes preheaters and a reactor. An ammonia decomposition facility includes a heating medium line configured to flow a heating medium heated by heat generated by a gas turbine, an ammonia supply line configured to flow ammonia, an ammonia decomposition device, and an ammonia removal device. The ammonia decomposition device is configured to use heat of the heating medium from the heating medium line, thermally decompose ammonia from the ammonia supply line, and generate a decomposition gas containing hydrogen, nitrogen, and residual ammonia. The ammonia removal device is configured to remove the residual ammonia contained in the decomposition gas from the ammonia decomposition device.

A humid air turbine includes a compressor; a combustor; a turbine; an exhaust heat recovery unit for recovering the heat of turbine exhaust gas to generate high-temperature moisture; a fuel supply system having a fuel flow rate control valve; an exhaust temperature acquiring unit for acquiring a temperature of the exhaust discharged while the turbine is driven; a combustion gas moisture ratio calculating section for calculating a ratio of moisture contained in combustion gas; an exhaust temperature upper limit calculating section for setting an exhaust temperature upper limit based on the combustion gas moisture ratio and the pressure ratio; an exhaust temperature difference calculating section for calculating the difference between the exhaust temperature upper limit and the exhaust temperature; a fuel flow rate command value calculating section for calculating a fuel flow rate command value using the exhaust temperature difference; and a control command value output section for outputting a command signal to the fuel flow rate control valve based on the command value selected by a fuel flow rate command value selecting section.

Humid air turbine

A thermal power plant for recovering water from exhaust gas includes a gas turbine, a heat recovery steam generator for generating steam by supplying exhaust combustion gas exhausted from the gas turbine as heat source, a water recovery system installed on the downstream side of the heat recovery steam generator, a recovered water system for supplying a part of the water recovered by the water recovery system, allowing the water to be circulating as circulating water, a feed water system for supplying the heat recovery steam generator with other part of the water recovered by the water recovery system as feed water, pH adjusting systems, and a control system for controlling the volumes of pH adjusters supplied from the first and second pH adjusting systems.

Thermal power plant for recovering water from exhaust gas and a method for treating recovered water of thermal power plant thereof

A thermal power generation system includes a combustor burning oxygen and fuel with supercritical CO, a turbine driven by the supercritical COand water vapor fed from the combustor, a low-pressure supercritical COstorage storing low-pressure supercritical COfrom the turbine, a compressor compressing the low-pressure supercritical CO, a high-pressure supercritical COstorage storing high-pressure supercritical COfrom the compressor, and a high-pressure supercritical COfeeder supplying between the high-pressure supercritical COstorage and the combustor, in which the high-pressure supercritical COfeeder supplies the high-pressure supercritical COto the combustor at a constant pressure. Thus, the thermal power generation system can perform adjustment of an electric power supply required to use unstable renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power, can achieve high efficiency power generation with high temperature working fluid, and can reduce emissions of environmental load substances such as NOand CO.

A gas turbine equipment utilizing high humidity, for preventing generation of white smoke throughout a year, and for restraining radiation of extra heat so as to restrain lowering of heat efficiency, the equipment comprising a humidifying device for humidifying compressed gas for combustion, a heat recovery device for recovering exhaust heat from a gas turbine or the compressed air so as to heat humidifying water in the humidifying device, a recuperator for recovering exhaust heat from the gas turbine and heating the compressed gas for combustion, a dehumidifying device for dehumidifying and recovering moisture in the exhaust gas having passed through the recuperator, and an exhaust gas reheater for heating the exhaust gas after dehumidification, and further comprising a temperature measuring device for measuring a temperature of the exhaust gas passing through the exhaust gas reheater, and a heating temperature adjusting device for increasing the heating temperature of the exhaust gas reheater if a temperature of the exhaust gas measured by the temperature measuring device is not higher than a predetermined value.

Gas turbine equipment utilizing high humidity

The present invention provides a cleanser which is excellent in both of the foaming property and the cleansing capability. The cleanser comprises an organosiloxane derivative salt represented by the following formula (1) or (3) and one or more anionic surfactants selected from a group consisting of carboxylate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms, sulfate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms, sulfonate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms, and phosphate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms.

Heat pump

Motive power supply equipment for a natural gas liquefaction plant includes gas turbine equipment having a compressor for compressing air, a combustor for generating combustion gases by burning a fuel and the compressed air from the compressor, and a turbine rotated by the combustion gases from the combustor. A low-temperature heat source supply system is provided which, during rated load operation of the gas turbine equipment, supplies carbon dioxide as a cooling medium to the gas turbine equipment in order to cool the gas turbine equipment. The carbon dioxide supplied is generated by separation from the natural gas in the natural gas purification equipment.

Natural gas liquefaction plant and motive power supply equipment for same

The amount of water to be injected in an intercooler is controlled to cool the compressed gas to the saturation temperature. It is difficult to adjust the amount of the water to be injected, however, since the temperature of the compressed gas at an intercooler outlet is actually higher than the saturation temperature. An intercooling system is configured so as to cool a gas to the saturation temperature without controlling the amount of water injection and thereby maintain the reliability of the compressor while improving the cooling efficiency. The intercooling system is located between a plurality of compression stages of a gas compressor to cool the gas that has been in the compressor. A desired amount of liquid is sprinkled to cool the compressed gas while restraining inflow of the liquid into the compression stages.

The present invention provides a modified powder that is obtainable by coating the surface of a base powder with a hydrophobizing agent and a cationic surfactant. In the modified powder described above, it is preferable that the amount of coated hydrophobizing agent and the amount of coated cationic surfactant are 3 to 90% by mass and 0.5 to 10% by mass, respectively, relative to the self weight of the base powder. In the modified powder described above, it is preferable that the mass ratio of the coated hydrophobizing agent and the coated cationic surfactant is from 1:1 to 9:1. In addition, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition comprising the above modified powder wherein the modified powder and the base powder have an ultraviolet scattering effect. In the cosmetic composition described above, it is preferable that the blended amount of the modified powder is from 0.5 to 100% by mass. Furthermore, the present invention provides a sunscreen cosmetic composition comprising the above modified powder with an ultraviolet scattering effect. In the sunscreen cosmetic composition described above, it is preferable that the base powder is one or more selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide, zinc oxide, iron oxide, cerium oxide, bismuth oxide, zirconium oxide, chromium oxide, and tungstic acid. In the sunscreen cosmetic composition described above, it is preferable that the blended amount of the modified powder is from 1 to 40% by mass.
