A system includes: a low-temperature circuit having a chiller and in which a cooling water circulates therethrough; a heat dissipation unit for dissipating heat to an air; a refrigeration circuit in which a refrigerant circulates and for absorbing heat from the cooling water to the refrigerant at the chiller and dissipating heat from the refrigerant at the heat dissipation unit; a ratio adjusting device for adjusting a heat dissipation unit passing ratio; and a controller for controlling an heat transfer amount adjusting apparatus capable of adjusting the heat transfer amount in the refrigeration circuit and the ratio adjusting device. If it is predicted that the temperature of the cooling water decreases, the controller controls the apparatus so that the heat transfer amount is increased and controls the ratio adjusting device so that the ratio is decreased, before the temperature of the cooling water flowing through the chiller decreases.

Vehicle-mounted temperature controller

A cooling system includes a shared path; a first path connected to the shared path and having a first pump and a first heat exchanger exchanging heat with an inverter; a second path connected to the shared path in parallel with the first path and having a second pump and a second heat exchanger exchanging heat with a battery. The first and second paths are configured to be able to switch a flow state between a first state where the heat media flow through the shared path, and a second state where one of the heat media does not flow through the shared path. The control device controls the outputs of the pumps so that when switching the flow state between the first and second states, flow rate of the heat medium flowing through the first path becomes temporarily larger than the target flow rate.

Cooling system

A cooling apparatus of a vehicle driving system for driving a vehicle according to the invention activates a heat pump to cool a hybrid system by cooling medium and flows an engine cooling water in an engine water circulation passage through a condenser to cool the cooling medium by the engine cooling water at the condenser when an engine water circulation condition is satisfied. The engine water circulation condition is a condition that a heat pump activation condition is satisfied, and an engine cooling condition is not satisfied. The heat pump activation condition is a condition that a process of cooling the hybrid system by the cooling medium of the heat pump is requested. The engine cooling condition is a condition that a process of cooling an internal combustion engine by the engine cooling water is requested.

Cooling apparatus of vehicle driving system

A vehicle-mounted temperature controller, including: a first heat circuit having a heater core used for heating and a first heat exchanger and configured so that a first heat medium is circulated through the first heat exchanger; a refrigeration circuit having the first heat exchanger condensing the refrigerant and an evaporator evaporating the refrigerant, and configured to operate a refrigeration cycle; and a heat medium flow path of an internal combustion engine configured to communicate with the first heat circuit so that the first heat medium circulates through the heat medium flow path. The first heat circuit is configured so that an outlet of the heat medium flow path is communicated with a core downstream side part positioned downstream of the heater core and upstream of the first heat exchanger and a core upstream side part positioned downstream of the first heat exchanger and upstream of the heater core.

A vehicle-mounted temperature controller includes a low temperature circuit and a refrigeration circuit. The low temperature circuit has a heat generating equipment heat exchanger exchanging heat with heat generating equipment, a radiator, a first heat exchanger, and a three-way valve. The refrigeration circuit has a second heat exchanger discharging heat from the refrigerant to a high temperature circuit to make the refrigerant condense, and the first heat exchanger making the refrigerant absorb heat from the cooling water to make the refrigerant evaporate. The low temperature circuit includes a first partial circuit through which the cooling water flows through the radiator and the first heat exchanger, and a second partial circuit through which the cooling water flows through the heat generating equipment heat exchanger without passing through the radiator and the first heat exchanger. The cooling water circulates simultaneously and separately at these first partial circuit and second partial circuit.

A cooling system mounted in a vehicle includes a radiator exchanging heat with the outside air; first and second flow paths; and a control device. The first path is configured so that when the first pump is operating, a heat medium circulates through the radiator and a first heat exchanger exchanging heat with the inverter. The second flow path is connected to the radiator in parallel with the first flow path, and is configured so that when the second pump is operating, the heat medium circulates through the radiator and a second heat exchanger exchanging heat with the battery. The control device controls the outputs of the first and second pumps so that when making both of the outputs rise or fall, the flow rate of the heat medium flowing through the first flow path becomes temporarily larger than the target flow rate.

A vehicle-mounted temperature controller has a first heat circuit and a refrigeration circuit. The first heat circuit has a first radiator exchanging heat with outside air, a first heat exchanger, and a first pump, and configured so that a first heat medium is circulated therethrough. The refrigeration circuit has the first heat exchanger discharging heat from the refrigerant to a first heat medium to make a refrigerant condense, a second heat exchanger absorbing heat to the refrigerant to thereby make the refrigerant evaporate and to cool an object to be cooled, and a compressor, and is configured so that the refrigerant circulates through the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger and thereby a refrigeration cycle is realized. When the object to be cooled starts being cooled, the compressor is started up after the first pump is started up.

A vehicle-mounted temperature controller includes a first heat circuit having a battery heat exchange part exchanging heat with a battery and a first heat exchange part, with a first heat medium circulating therethrough; and a refrigeration circuit having a compression part compressing a refrigerant, a second heat exchange part radiating heat from the refrigerant, an expansion part expanding the refrigerant, and the first heat exchange part evaporating the refrigerant by making the refrigerant absorb heat from the first heat medium, realizing a refrigeration cycle by the refrigerant circulating therethrough. The first heat circuit includes a bypass flow path bypassing the battery heat exchange part, and an adjusting device adjusting a flow rate of the first heat medium flowing through the bypass flow path based on the temperature of the battery.

A heating apparatus of the invention executes a first heating control for heating a heater core by a heat generation device when a process of heating the heater core is requested while an engine operation is stopped. The heating apparatus executes a second heating control for heating the cooling water which cooled an internal combustion engine, by the heat generation device and supplying the heated cooling water to the heater core when a heater core temperature is not increased to a requested temperature only by the heat generation device. The heating apparatus executes a third heating control for stopping the engine operation, heating the cooling water which cooled the internal combustion engine, by the heat generation device, and supplying the heated cooling water to the heater core when an engine temperature becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature while the second heating control is executed.

A control apparatus of a heat exchanging system according to the invention activates a connection system to connect an engine water passage to a heater water passage and then, shuts off a heater water passage portion between a portion, into which heat exchanging water flows from the engine water passage and a portion, from which the heat exchanging water flows out toward the engine water passage, and decreases heater pump and engine pump duty ratios when the duty ratios should be decreased for controlling core and engine flow rates to requested flow rates after the particular water passage is shut off, and the engine water passage is connected to the heater water passage.

Control apparatus of heat exchanging system

A cooling apparatus of a vehicle driving system of the invention connects an engine water circulation passage to a hybrid system water circulation passage and flows cooling water in the engine water circulation passage and the hybrid system water circulation passage to cool a first hybrid system component by the cooling water cooled by an engine radiator and cool a second hybrid system component by the cooling water cooled by a hybrid system radiator when an engine cooling process is not requested, a first hybrid system cooling process is requested, a second hybrid system cooling process is requested, and a connection condition is satisfied. The connection condition is satisfied when the engine cooling process is not requested, and the cooling water flowing into the hybrid system water circulation passage from the engine water circulation passage, can cool the first hybrid system component.

A control apparatus of a heat exchanging system according to the invention, decreases a duty ratio of the heater pump after connecting an engine water passage to a heater water passage, shutting off a predetermined water passage portion of the heater water passage, and increasing a duty ratio of an engine pump when the controls for shutting off the predetermined water passage portion, connecting the engine water passage to the heater water passage, decreasing the duty ratio of the heater pump, and increasing the duty ratio of the engine pump, are requested to be executed.

A control apparatus according to the invention is applied to a heat exchanging system comprising a connection system for connecting an engine water passage for heat exchanging water for cooling an internal combustion engine and the heater water passage for the heat exchanging water for heating a heater core to each other. The apparatus activates the connection system to connect the engine water passage to the heater water passage when a temperature of the heat exchanging water circulating through the engine water passage, is equal to or higher than the temperature of the heat exchanging water circulating through the heater water passage, and an interior of a vehicle is requested to be warmed up.

A control apparatus of a heat exchanging system according to the invention executes a control for activating a connection system to connect an engine water passage to a heater water passage and a control for increasing an engine pump duty ratio, and then executes a control for decreasing a heater pump duty ratio when the control for decreasing the heater pump duty ratio and the control for increasing the engine pump duty ratio are requested to be executed in order to control a core flow rate to a requested core flow rate and an engine flow rate to a requested engine flow rate after the engine water passage is connected to the heater water passage by the connection system.
