A battery-monitoring device that monitors a state of charge of each battery cell constituting a battery is provided, including: a voltage detection circuit that individually detects a voltage of the battery cell; a voltage comparison circuit that individually compares the voltage of the battery cell and a threshold voltage, and outputs a signal having a first level when the voltage of the battery cell is equal to or greater than the threshold voltage, and a signal having a second level when the voltage of the battery cell is less than the threshold voltage; and a determination unit that determines the overcharged state of the battery cell when at least one condition is satisfied from among two conditions of: a voltage detection value which is input from the voltage detection circuit being equal to or greater than a threshold; and a signal which is input from the voltage comparison circuit being a first level.

Battery-monitoring device

A semiconductor device is provided with: a semiconductor element; and a connecting conductor that electrically connects at least one of an input terminal and an output terminal of the semiconductor element to a connection terminal of an electronic device. In this semiconductor device, the connecting conductor is a block structure.

An electric leakage detecting apparatus includes: a first voltage-dividing circuit; a second voltage-dividing circuit; a first switch which is inserted in a line connecting the first voltage-dividing circuit and the ground connection resistance; a second switch which is inserted in a line connecting the second voltage-dividing circuit and the ground connection resistance; a first voltage detecting circuit which detects an output voltage of the first voltage-dividing circuit; a second voltage detecting circuit which detects an output voltage of the second voltage-dividing circuit; and a judging circuit which judges whether the electric leakage of the high voltage battery occurs or not on the basis of the output voltage of the first voltage-dividing circuit in a case that the first switch is in ON state and the output voltage of the second voltage-dividing circuit in a case that the second switch is in ON state.

Electric leakage detecting apparatus

A semiconductor control device is provided with: a plurality of semiconductor modules each having a cooling member and a semiconductor element; a circuit board mounted with a control element that controls the plurality of semiconductor modules; and a case in which the plurality of semiconductor modules and the circuit board are respectively mounted. The case is provided with a cylindrical sidewall that forms an internal space within the case, and on both ends of the sidewall, a first opening and a second opening are correspondingly formed to be opposite to each other. The plurality of semiconductor modules include a first semiconductor module mounted on the sidewall on a side of the first opening, and a second semiconductor module mounted on the sidewall on a side of the second opening. The circuit board is positioned between the first semiconductor module and the second semiconductor module, in the internal space.

Semiconductor control device

A rotary actuator including: a housing that rotatably supports thereinside a rotor shaft of an electric motor; an eccentric shaft portion that is provided on a protruding end portion of the rotor shaft that protrudes outside the housing; an external gear that is rotatably supported on the eccentric shaft portion via a bearing; an internal gear that is fixed to an outer surface of the housing and meshes with the external gear; and a transmitting portion that is provided on the external gear, and transmits rotation force to an external output shaft.

This fuel injection control device includes: a fuel injection valve; a piezoelectric element or a solenoid which drives the fuel injection valve; a fuel pump which pressurizes fuel and supplies it to the fuel injection valve; a magnetostrictive element which drives the fuel pump; and a magnetostrictive element driving coil which drives the magnetostrictive element; and the magnetostrictive element driving coil also serves as a voltage elevation coil for a drive circuit which drives the piezoelectric element or the solenoid.

Fuel injection control device

A drive system for a brushless motor. The brushless motor includes a rotor having opposite magnetic poles on its periphery, and a stator facing the rotor. The stator has, for example, three interconnected coils at equal angular intervals. The drive system includes a memory for storing drive data which represent drive currents supplied to the respective coils at each angular position of the rotor. The drive system also includes a controller for reading those drive data which best match a target angular position of the rotor, from the memory. The controller generates drive signals based on the drive data. The drive system also includes a drive circuit for supplying the drive currents to the respective coils, based on the drive signals, respectively. The drive system can precisely control the angular position of the brushless motor.

Apparatus and method for driving a brushless motor

A positioning apparatus having a brushless motor, a positioning mechanism, and a motor control circuit to rotate a rotor of the brushless motor by sequentially supplying a driving pulse to a plurality of fixed coils of the brushless motor. The motor control circuit includes a driving pulse generator, a present stage number detector to detect a present stage number of the rotor in accordance with an output signal from at least one magneto-sensitive device of the brushless motor, an initializer to move the movable member to at least a forward or a backward traveling limit within the movable range so as to set the rotor present stage number, and a speed reducer to reduce a rotating speed of the brushless motor by reducing power of the driving pulse when the rotor present stage number is equal to at least a forward traveling or a backward traveling stage number.

Positioning apparatus using brushless motor

A positioning controller includes a gear mechanism having a rotating gear for positioning a movable member, a brushless motor to drive the rotating gear, and a motor control circuit to rotate a rotor of the brushless motor by sequentially supplying a driving pulse to a plurality of fixed coils of the brushless motor. The motor control circuit includes a present stage number detector to detect a present stage number of the movable member in accordance with an output signal from a magneto-sensitive device of the brushless motor, and a driving pulse generator to generate a driving pulse to rotate the rotor until a target stage number converted from a specified position of the movable member is equal to the present stage number. The controller in an apparatus including a motor driving unit allows positioning of the movable member without using a component for the detection of the position of the movable member.
