A double-sided adhesive tape is provided for bonding two or more adherends. The double-sided adhesive tape has satisfactory rollability, excellent reworkability after cleavage, and excellent shear holding characteristics at high temperatures. The double-sided adhesive tape includes a foam base, a resin layer (A1) disposed in direct contact with one surface of the foam base, an adhesive layer (B1) disposed on A1 on a side opposite to the foam base, a resin layer (A2) disposed in direct contact with another surface of the foam base, and an adhesive layer (B2) disposed on A2 on a side opposite to the foam base. A1 and A2 are each formed of a crosslinked product of a composition containing a resin having a hydroxy group and a compound reacting with the hydroxy group, and the tensile modulus of each of A1 and A2 is 50 MPa or more and 1000 MPa or less.

An adhesive tape including an adhesive layer is provided. The adhesive layer has a biobased content of 50% or more by mass. The adhesive layer contains a reaction product of a urethane resin (A) and a cross-linking agent (B). The urethane resin (A) contains at least a structural unit derived from a biobased polyether polyol and a structural unit derived from an aromatic polyisocyanate. The adhesive layer has a gel fraction of 10% or more by mass and 80% or less by mass and a stress of less than 50 N/cmat 100% strain in a stress-strain curve.

The invention provides a packaging material that has high formability and that does not undergo a decrease in the adhesion strength between layers and appearance defects such as lifting between layers even after thermal fusion between portions of the sealant layer performed for sealing battery elements and furthermore after a long-term durability test under high temperature and high humidity. An object to be achieved by the present invention is to provide an industrially useful adhesive sheet that can be used to bond various adherends and has excellent peel adhesion, excellent push strength, and excellent holding power under static load. The object of the present invention can be achieved by an adhesive sheet having, on one side or both side of a substrate, an adhesive layer (A) having a tensile strength of 6 N/cmor more as determined from a stress-strain curve (a so-called S-S curve) at a strain of 100%.

An adhesive tape including a particular foam base is provided. An average bubble diameter in a machine direction (MD) and an average bubble diameter in a cross-machine direction (CD) of the foam base are each 150 &#x3bc;m or less, the ratio of the average bubble diameter in the machine direction/an average bubble diameter in a vertical direction (VD) and the ratio of the average bubble diameter in the cross-machine direction/the average bubble diameter in the vertical direction are each 6 or less, and the foam base has an interlaminar strength of 20 N/cm or more. [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide an easily peelable adhesive tape that has a good peel adhesive strength when attached to an adherend and that can be easily peeled after being irradiated with active energy rays. [Solution] The present invention is directed to an easily peelable adhesive tape that has, on at least one surface of a base material, an active energy ray-curable layer having a storage modulus (G') of less than 1.0&#xd7;10Pa as measured at a temperature of 25&#xb0; C. and a frequency of 1.0 Hz and has an adhesive layer on the surface side of the active energy ray-curable layer.

Easily peelable adhesive tape, article, and method for disassembling article

An adhesive tape includes a foam base and an adhesive layer disposed on at least one surface of the foam base, in which the foam base has a thickness of 120 &#x3bc;m or less, a 25% compressive strength of 160 MPa or more, and a density of 0.4 g/cmor more, and an average bubble diameter in a vertical direction of the foam base is 23 to 50 &#x3bc;m. Even though the adhesive tape has a small thickness, with this adhesive tape, it is possible to realize excellent waterproofness due to good conformability to an adherend, such drop impact resistance that detachment of the adhesive tape and cracking of the foam base at the time of dropping do not easily occur, and such excellent reworkability that a component can be efficiently separated even in the case where a problem occurs.

There is provided a double-sided adhesive tape includes a foam base, a resin film disposed on a surface of the foam base, an adhesive layer disposed on a surface of the resin film, and an adhesive layer disposed on another surface of the foam base. The foam base has a density of 0.45 g/cmor less and an interlaminar strength of 10 N/cm or more. The adhesive layer has a 180&#xb0;-peel adhesion of 10 N/20 mm or more. The 180&#xb0;-peel adhesion is measured at a peeling speed of 300 mm/min when an adhesive tape including a 25-&#x3bc;m-thick PET base and a 25-&#x3bc;m-thick adhesive layer disposed on the PET base is bonded to an aluminium board at 23&#xb0; C. and 65% RH by pressing the adhesive tape against the aluminium board with one stroke of a 2-kg roller and subsequently the adhesive tape is left standing for 1 hour at 23&#xb0; C. and 50% RH.
