To provide a stator structure or a stator manufacturing method capable of providing a short coil end, a stator structure includes a coil mounted on a stator core part and a resin-molded portion made of insulating resin that covers at least an end face of the core part and the coil. This structure includes a bus bar joined to a first coil terminal portion (a second coil terminal portion) formed in an end of the coil. The bus bar is placed so that a wide surface of the bus bar faces an end face of the resin-molded portion.

A stator structure comprises an edgewise coil molded with resin with long ends being exposed, a bus bar connected to both ends of the coil ends, and a pump and injection holes for directly cooling the bus bar.

Disclosed is a split stator manufacturing method, which is enabled to enhance a production efficiency and to charge a thermoplastic resin between an insulator and a coil by molding the resin. The split stator manufacturing method comprises a setting step of setting an insulator and a split stator core element in a stationary mold and setting an edgewise coil in a movable mold, a resin injecting step of injecting a resin into a cavity with the stationary mold and the movable mold being half-opened, and a clamping step of clamping the stationary mold and the movable mold.

A phone terminal is provided which allows more efficient use of a record area for recording call data than before. A complex apparatus is capable of suspending recording of call data during a period in which a no-service state is detected. As a result, the recordation of call data is not performed while the call is interrupted. The call data no longer contains a voiceless area. A call system for performing a voice call by an Internet call function using a known telephone terminal. In a multifunction machine serving as the telephone terminal, the output destination and the input source of audio signals input/output from/to a transmitter/receiver may be switched to an audio I/F. In the switched state, audio based on audio signals input/output from/to an outside source through the audio I/F is output/input from the transmitter/receiver. A telephone terminal having a function of telephone communication is provided with a communication recording unit that records the telephone communication as communication data, an interruption controller that controls the communication recording unit to interrupt and to restart recording the telephone communication, the communication recording unit indexing a position, in the communication data, corresponding to the interruption of recording, and a replaying unit that replays the telephone communication as recorded based on the communication data, the replaying unit notifying that the recording was interrupted at the indexed position.

Telephone terminal

A telephone terminal provided with a plurality of transmitter/receiver units and a base unit. When receiving an incoming call based on identifying information through Internet, the telephone terminal calls the transmitter/receiver unit to perform a voice call only if the voice call through the transmitter/receiver unit of the identifying information is available. When receiving the incoming call based on IP address through Internet network, the telephone terminal determines whether or not the voice call through the transmitter/receiver unit, to which identifying information is assigned, is available. Only if the voice call is available, the transmitter/receiver is called and the voice call is performed with a calling party through Internet network. If the voice call is unavailable, the message indicating that the voice call is unavailable is output to the calling party.

The multifunction machine which functions as a telephone terminal equipment requests a connection to an Internet terminal equipment evoked from a transfer operation while the multifunction machine is connected to a telephone terminal equipment. The multifunction machine can be connected to the Internet terminal equipment if this Internet terminal equipment responds to the request. After the multifunction machine is connected to the both terminal equipments, an audio call among three parties; the multifunction machine, the telephone and Internet terminal equipments can be achieved with input/output sound corresponding to audio signals input/output between the multifunction machine and the respective terminal equipments from a telephone transmitter/receiver.

Telephone terminal equipment and terminal control program

A tear portion is formed at a substantially center portion in a longitudinal direction and at both end portions in a lateral direction of an air bag door portion of an instrument panel so as to be formed in an H shape in a plan view. In the air bag door portion, protrusions are protruded downward at positions at both sides in a longitudinal direction of an automotive vehicle having therebetween a center portion of the tear portion, these protrusions being integrally formed with the air bag door portion. Accordingly, it is structured such that during expansion of the air bag body, the expanding air bag body abuts lower surfaces of the protrusions, so as to press the protrusions upward. Interior member having an airbag door section for use in vehicles, and its molding method

A vehicle interior member with an air bag includes an air bag door portion that can be made to be invisible and of improved construction. The vehicle member includes a skin molded to a substrate. The skin includes a tear line formed by a diagonal cut portion. In the vicinity of a lateral tear line of the skin side tear line, a projecting portion is provided on a lower mold to form a groove portion of the substrate along the diagonal cut portion so as to intercept a flow of a resin from the cutting direction of the diagonal cut portion. Therefore, as the resin flows in a reverse direction to the cutting direction of the diagonal cut portion at an opening portion thereof, a flow of the resin into a PP foam layer of a three-layer skin through the opening portion of the diagonal cut portion can be suppressed. This prevents the PP foam layer from being melted and damaged.

Method for molding a vehicle interior member having air bag door portion
