An axle housing support structure may readily assemble and support an axle housing to a base frame. In the axle housing support structure, the axle housing composed of a differential housing with a body and a pair of axle tubes mounted on right and left sides of the differential housing for receiving a front axle is supported by fixing axle brackets fitted to the axle tubes, respectively, to the base frame. The axle bracket is fastened by using a repulsive force receiving bolt to a repulsive force receiving portion formed integrally with the body of the differential housing.

Axle housing assembly

An industrial vehicle includes a transmission, which is coupled to an engine by a torque converter. When the vehicle is accelerating, the rotational acceleration of driving wheels is computed based on the rotational speed of the driving wheels. A traction control procedure is executed based on the rotational acceleration for eliminating spinning of the driving wheels. When the vehicle is decelerating, the rotational deceleration of the driving wheels is computed based on the rotational speed of the driving wheels. An anti-lock brake control procedure is executed based on the rotational deceleration for preventing the driving wheels from locking. As a result, skidding of the driving wheels is reliably prevented by a simple structure.

Driving control apparatus for industrial vehicle

An axle housing assembly has a stable strength against a drive repulsive force and is superior in dimensional precision and maintenance. The axle housing assembly for a vehicle includes: a differential housing for receiving a differential gear; a pair of axle tubes mounted integrally on the right and left sides of the differential housing for receiving respective drive axles; and an axle bracket mounted integrally on at least one of the axil tubes for receiving a repulsive force. In the axle housing assembly, the interconnection between the differential housing and the axle tube and the interconnection between the axle tube and the axle bracket for receiving the repulsive force are performed by bolts, respectfully.

A differential apparatus includes a ring gear and a sensor for detecting the rotation speed of the ring gear. One side of the ring gear has a plurality of teeth. The sensor detects the teeth passing by the sensor when the ring gear rotates. Each tooth has an outer end surface that is parallel to the rotation axis of the ring gear. The sensor is spaced from the gear and radially faces the axis of the gear.

Support structure for rotation speed sensors

A deadman brake assembly incorporating a turnover spring in a link mechanism thereof to exert a spring force in a direction in which a seat supporting plate is kept in a state it enters when a driver sits on the driver's seat and to exert the spring force in another direction in which the seat supporting plate is lifted when the driver leaves the driver's seat, suppressing as much as possible the lifting force acting on the driver's seat when the driver sits thereon.
