An integrally molded body has a rectangular planar structure in which an inner resin material containing a thermoplastic resin is interposed between a plate material having a design surface and an outer resin material containing a thermoplastic resin, the planar structure having a first joint in which at least a partial region of the outer-peripheral-side surface part and/or the outer peripheral edge part of the plate is joined with the inner resin material, and a second joint in which at least a partial region of the outer-peripheral-side surface part and/or the outer peripheral edge part of the inner resin material is joined with the outer resin material.

An integrally molded body has a bonding resin (C) interposed between a board (A) and a member (B), one surface of the board being a design surface, wherein: inside the member (B), a first bonding section disposed to space apart the board (A) and the member (B) and by which at least a partial region of an outer peripheral edge section of the board (A) bonds to the bonding resin (C), is provided; and at least at a part of the design surface-side surface of the integrally molded body, a region where the board (A), the member (B), and the bonding resin (C) are exposed is provided. A plurality of structures can be bonded with high bonding strength and allows for the bonding boundary thereof to have favorable smoothness, thereby making it possible to mitigate warping and reduce weight and thickness even when the molded body has a board constituent member.

The present invention relates to fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition comprising 0.1 to 10 mass % of a (meth)acrylic-based polymer, 1 to 70 mass % of reinforcing fiber, and 20 to 98.9 mass % of thermoplastic resin, wherein the (meth)acrylic-based polymer has, in a side chain, at least one functional group selected from a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, an amide group, and an urea group, and has a cohesive energy density (CED) of 385 to 550 MPa. The present invention provides, particularly in the case of using a polyolefin-based resin as matrix resin, a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition and a reinforcing fiber bundle which have high adhesiveness and good mechanical characteristics.

The prepreg can be applied for thin molded products which have been considered unsuitable as a laminated molded product and can provide molded products that have a complicated shape and have isotropically high mechanical properties.
