Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for antifungal use, comprising: 1) one or more compounds selected from compounds represented by the general formula (1) below and physiologically acceptable salts thereof; 2) one or more compounds selected from polypropylene glycol, diesters of dibasic acids, triacetin, 2-ethyl-1,3-hexanediol, lauromacrogol, and polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene glycol; and 3) one or more compounds selected from glucono-&#x3b4;-lactone, propylene glycol, glycerin, and lactic acid. Antifungal composition

Disclosed is an antifungal agent for external use, which is characterized by containing a compound represented by the general formula (1), 50 to 95 mass % of an alcohol such as ethanol, 0.1 to 35 mass % of water or the like, and 0.01 to 5 mass % of a cellulose thickening agent. Provided is an antifungal medicinal composition, comprising: (1) a film-forming agent; (2) a water-soluble plasticizer in a form of a solid or a paste at 20&#xb0; C. at 1 atm; and (3) an antifungal compound represented by a general formula (1) and/or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof.
