A rear glass according to the present invention is a rear glass that is attachable to a resin lift-up back door in a rear of a vehicle, the rear glass including a glass plate, a defogger that is arranged in the vicinity of a center of the glass plate in an up-down direction, and an AM antenna that is arranged upward of the defogger on the glass plate, in which the AM antenna includes a power supply part and an antenna element that extends from the power supply part.

Rear glass

A windshield according to the present invention is a windshield to which an information acquisition device that emits and/or receives light to acquire information from an outside of a vehicle can be attached, and that includes a glass sheet, and a mask layer that is formed on the glass sheet and blocks a visual field from the outside of the vehicle, and at least one opening is formed in the mask layer. The glass sheet and the mask layer have different heat shrinkage percentages and are molded together by being heated. The information acquisition device is configured to be capable of using the information while reducing an influence of distortion that occurs in a predetermined range from an inner peripheral edge of the opening toward a center of the opening due to the molding.

Windshield

A glass antenna is installed on a glass having a first edge and a second edge opposite the first edge. A first antenna element extends linearly in a direction from the first edge to the second edge of the glass. A second antenna element extends in a direction opposite to the direction of the first antenna and is connected to a grounding point provided on the first edge of the glass. At least one third antenna element extends along the circumference of the glass and intersects one of a tip of the first antenna element and a base of the second antenna element.

On-board antenna device

An on-board antenna device, comprises a radiation element () formed on an inner-surface of a window glass () for a vehicle (), a base plate () having an opening, the base plate () being fixed on the inner-surface of the window glass () so as to surround the radiation element (), and a housing () assembled onto the base plate (), the housing () having an opening surrounding the radiation element, wherein the base plate has four leakage prevention walls (and) and each of four leakage prevention walls (and) has a surface substantially parallel to each of four sidewalls (and) of the housing ().

A sheet of glass (rear glass) is provided with a radiation conductor. An electronic circuit unit includes a base plate soldered on the radiation conductor so as to be fixed on the sheet of glass; a frame body which houses a circuit substrate and is screwed on the base plate; and a cover for covering the frame body. The base plate has a narrow section that connects a soldering section and other sections of the base plate. The soldering section is provided with a protrusion that abuts on the radiation conductor such that a solder-accumulation space is formed around the protrusion. Furthermore, the base plate is provided with a plurality of height-adjustment portions disposed at different positions and distant from the soldering section. Each height-adjustment portion has substantially the same dimension as the protrusion.

In-vehicle antenna apparatus

Rear glass is provided with a patch-like radiation conductor and a first ground conductor surrounding the patch-like radiation conductor. An electronic circuit unit includes a base plate fixed on the rear glass; a frame body which houses a circuit substrate and is fixed on the base plate; and a cover for covering the frame body. One surface of the circuit substrate defines a component-holding surface which is connected with a second end of a feeder cable connected with the radiation conductor and the first ground conductor. The other surface of the circuit substrate is provided with a second ground conductor to function as a radio-wave reflective surface. The radio-wave reflective surface faces the radiation conductor and the first ground conductor disposed on the rear glass such that the radio-wave reflective surface is separated from the radiation conductor and the first ground conductor by a predetermined distance.

A feeding structure of an antenna device formed on a window glass panel of a motor vehicle is provided. A first feeding element opposing to the hot antenna element of the planar antenna and second feeding element opposing to the ground antenna element are located in the module mounted on the window glass panel so as to cover the planar antenna.

Feeding structure of antenna device for motor vehicle and antenna device

A structure for feeding a planar antenna formed on the surface of a window glass panel for a motor vehicle is provided. A dielectric substrate fixed in the module is mounted on the window glass panel so as to cover the planar antenna. A first capacitive feeding element opposed to the hot antenna element and a second capacitive feeding element opposed to the ground antenna are provided on the surface of the dielectric substrate at an antenna side. The planar antenna is fed through these antenna feeding elements. Air is present between the dielectric substrate and the planar antenna.

A vehicular antenna apparatus includes a radiating conductor directly patterned on a glass surface of a vehicle, a base plate fixed to the glass surface, a frame screwed to the base plate, a power feeding substrate and a circuit substrate accommodated and held in the frame, a connecting small substrate electrically connecting both substrates, and a cover attached on the top of the frame. A patterned surface of the power feeding substrate is close to and faces the glass surface, and thereby indirect power feeding can be performed. Both ends of the connecting small substrate are received in connecting holes. A power feeding pattern and a preamplifier circuit are connected via a microstrip line.

Vehicular antenna apparatus

Rear glass is provided with a radiation conductor and a ground conductor. An electronic circuit unit includes a base plate fixed on the rear glass; a frame body which houses a circuit substrate and is screwed on the base plate; and a cover for covering the frame body. The frame body and the cover are provided with drainage holes. These drainage holes are provided at the bottommost portion of the electronic circuit unit in a state where the electronic circuit unit is mounted on the rear glass. Furthermore, the frame body is provided with a plurality of tongue pieces that are bent in order to support the circuit substrate, and clearance holes provided for forming the tongue pieces. The clearance holes that are disposed in one of side walls of the frame body are used as drainage holes.

A sheet of glass (rear glass) is provided with a radiation conductor and a ground conductor. An electronic circuit unit includes a base plate fixed on the sheet of glass; a frame body which houses a circuit substrate and is screwed on the base plate; and a cover for covering the frame body. The circuit substrate has a component-holding surface and a radio-wave reflective surface at opposite surfaces of the circuit substrate, the radio-wave reflective surface facing the radiation conductor. A section of the frame body proximate the sheet of glass is provided with an engagement portion that fits in an opening of the base plate; and stoppers placed on sections of the base plate that are adjacent to the opening. An amount of insertion of the engagement portion with respect to the opening is set within a thickness of the base plate.

An on-board antenna includes a radiation element provided on a dielectric substrate, a grounding conductor surrounding a periphery of an outer edge portion of the radiation element at a position spaced away outwardly from the outer edge portion, and a conductive member provided on the surface at a position spaced away outwardly from an outer edge portion of the grounding conductor.

Planar antenna element for vehicle windowpane

A glass plate is formed with a radiating conductor. An electronic circuit unit includes a base plate soldered to the radiating conductor to be fixed to the glass plate, a frame fixed to the base plate with screws for accommodating the circuit board, and a cover crowned on the frame. The base plate is provided with a holding piece which protrudes the inside of the frame, and a hooking piece which protrudes out of frame. The cover is provided with a holding groove. A feeder line connected to the radiating conductor is inserted between the holding piece and the glass plate. The feeder line drawn out of the frame is hooked on the hooking piece, and led to the circuit board by the holding groove.
