Wire position correction method and wire position correction apparatus

An oil application device includes an oil supply member capable of selectively supplying oil to a first lateral surface and a second lateral surface of a flat wire. The oil supply member includes a first side surface and a second side surface. A part of the first side surface is a first application surface that is in contact with a part of the first lateral surface. Another part of the first side surface is a first non-application surface spaced apart from the first lateral surface. A part of the second side surface is a second application surface that is in contact with a part of the second lateral surface. Another part of the second side surface is a second non-application surface spaced apart from the second lateral surface.

A cut-away cutting tool has two slit forming blade portions and a peeling blade portion interposed between the two slit forming blade portions. The two slit forming blade portions respectively form slits on an insulating coating of a flat conductor wire. On the other hand, the peeling blade portion peels off a portion of the insulating coating between the slits formed by the two slit forming blade portions.

Cut-away cutting tool

A hollow portion is formed in a holding jig. A first projection protrudes from a first inner side wall of the hollow portion. As the holding jig rotates to twist and bend a leg portion of a conductor, the projection bites into the leg portion.

Twisting and bending device

The present invention pertains to a stator manufacturing method and a device therefor. All of segments are twisted in order to obtain a stator, the linear sections of the segments being inserted into slots in a stator core. The segments on the inner peripheral side are subsequently twisted after the segments on the outer peripheral side are untwisted. In order to achieve this, e.g., a fourth spindle that is positioned on the outermost peripheral side and is one of the first through fourth spindles for twisting the segments is disconnected from a fourth motor and brought to a non-rotatable state. The following is then performed in sequence: the third spindle is disconnected from a third motor and twisted, and the second spindle is disconnected from the second motor and twisted.

Stator manufacturing method and device therefor

A manufacturing method for a rotating electric machine, in which the distal end portions of a plurality of coil ends, which are projected from slots of a stator core of a rotating electric machine and which are arranged in the radial direction of the stator core to form a plurality of layers, are held, and the coil ends are twisted and bent while moving the distal end portions in the circumferential direction. Neutral lines for bending the coil ends are different for each layer, and the neutral lines for the bending are positioned on farther outer sides for coil ends of farther outer layers.

Manufacturing method for rotating electric machine

A skew correction device is provided that can easily correct the skew in the circumferential direction of the stator core arising due to insertion of electrical conductors into each slot and twisting and bending of the leading ends thereof in the circumferential direction. A production method of rotary electric machines is provided that can laser weld the leading end parts of a plurality of electrical conductors projecting from respective slots with high joint strength. A production method of rotary electric machines that produces a rotary electric machine by joining, by way of laser welding, leading end parts of a plurality of electrical conductors inserted in respective slots provided in a stator core and projecting from the respective slots, includes the steps of matching and arranging the leading end parts of two adjacent electrical conductors; and joining the leading end parts of the two adjacent electrical conductors by irradiating a laser onto the two adjacent electrical conductors from a direction sloped at an angle relative to a joining face of the leading end parts of the two adjacent electrical conductors.

Production method of rotary electric machine

A metal molding machine includes a fixed mold and a movable mold, a fixed platen holding the fixed mold, an end frame coupled to the fixed platen by tie rods such that the end frame is fixedly mounted on a bed, a movable platen guided by the tie rods, the movable mold being held by the movable platen, and a rolling support mechanism supporting the movable platen. The rolling support mechanism includes a swingable arm, a wheel disposed on a portion of the swingable arm that is closer to the fixed platen and held in rolling contact with the bed, and a spring disposed on a portion of the swingable arm that is closer to the end frame. The spring is interposed between the swingable arm and a portion of the movable platen, for applying a resilient force in a direction so as to lower the wheel.

Metal molding machine and mold casting method

Made up of a step of preparing a map expressing a correlation between solid phase percentage and viscosity of a slurry-form semi-solid metal () for a given metal composition; a step of setting a target viscosity corresponding to a target solid phase percentage using this map; a viscosity measuring step of measuring the viscosity of a semi-solid metal in a vessel () while cooling it; and a step of carrying out cooling until this viscosity reaches the target viscosity, by these steps being carried out in from the preparation of the map expressing the correlation between solid phase percentage and viscosity of the semi-solid metal to the end of cooling of the semi-solid metal the solid phase percentage of the semi-solid metal is made to match the target solid phase percentage. Because the viscosity is detected, the affects of cooling rate changes and time can be eliminated, and it is possible to raise management accuracy of the solid phase percentage of the semi-solid metal much further than with related art management based on time.
